최근 기후변화에 따른 가뭄과 홍수 등 극한사상 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 환경, 생태, 사회, 경제적 측면에 영향을 미치는 심각한 재해로 인식되어 이로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위하여 다양하고 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 극한 가뭄시에는 최소한의 유량만을 제외하고 사용하는 경우가 많다. 대부분 하천 주변에서는 생공·농업용수를 위하여 지하수를 양수하고 있다. 이에 대한 명확한 기준에 정해져 있지 않아, 무분별한 양수는 하천 생태계를 위협하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 유역 물순환 해석 플랫폼(Catchment Hydrologic Cycle Assessment Tool, CAT) 모형을 이용하여 조천천 유역에 지하수 변화 등 인위적 물이용량을 고려했을 때의 하천유량 변화를 분석하였다. CAT은 기후변화나 토지이용변화에 따른 유역의 수문환경특성 변동성을 정량적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 모형이며, 인위적인 물이용체계 즉, 광역급수, 용수재이용, 지하수 취수, 하천수 취·배수 등을 고려하여 분석이 가능하다. CAT을 통한 인위적 물이용 시나리오를 달리하여 하천유량 변화를 분석한 결과를, 중소하천 가뭄 대책 및 효율적인 의사결정 자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

Appropriate allocation of personal and financial resources of a research organization is important for the successful accomplishment of its goals. Direct-seeding of rice is a technology compatible with sustainable agriculturer and much research on the technology has been carried out in the research institutes of Rural Development Adminstration (RDA). We analyzed, with a special interest in research on rice direct-seeding technology, patterns of resource allocation in RDA by technology to evaluate congruency levels in research resource allocation. Research on direct-seeding technology had been focused on its fundamental field in the past. However, research to solve the practical difficulties encountered by farmers such as those in seedling establishment weed control, and water management practices, has been increased in recent years. Research resource allocation had largely been made to the projects for variety and seeding-technology development in the early years, however, allocation to the projects for the fertilization, weed control, and water management fields has been increased in recent years. Allocation of resources to the projects in soil management and seedling establishment categories was decreased, indicating that difficulties encountered by farmers in these fields were mostly solved. High congruency between economic outcome of research and allocation of resources by technology categories indicates a rational allocation of resources for research on direct-seeding of vice in RDA.

대용량 ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)용 전전자 교환기 TDX-10 연구개발 사업의 궁극적 목적은 미래 통신망이 요구하는 다양한 음성 및 비음성 정보통신 서비스를 제공하고 정보의 교환, 가공, 축적 및 처리에 고도의 융통성을 부여할 수 있는 국내표준 전전자 교환기를 개발하여 통신투자의 경제적 통신운영기술 자립화를 달성하는데 있다. 현재 대용량 전전자 교환기인 TDX-10 ISDN의 상용화 단계의 마무리 업무가 진행중이며, 통신서비스의 다양화, 광대역화, 고속화를 위한 광대역통신망의 주축이 되는 ATM교환기가 개발중에 있다. 본 고에서는 TDX-10 ISDN 시스템개발단계에서 구현된 시스템 시험수행 과정 및 평가작업을 토대로한 체계적이며 전략적인 품질보증 활동에 관해 기술하였으며, 신뢰성 있는 시험결과를 도출할 수 있는 다양한 시험관리 기법과 그 결과를 분석하고 차후 시험 및 보완작업을 위한 제반 활동체계가 소개된다.

화석연료 고갈로 인해 전기자동차의 발전이 이루어지면서 현재 무선충전용 급집전 시스템 개발을 통하여 이 시스템의 확산 및 보급에 필요한 기반시설 및 구축의 경제성확보가 중요한 실정이다. 이에 무선전력전달의 운용방식의 발전에 따라 차량의 급전부 및 전기설비 구축이 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 하지만 수변전부에서 급전부까지의 전력공급 및 전기설비에 대한 협조체계가 없어, 이에 본 논문에서는 급전부에 전력전달시 발생되는 전압강하를 분석하고 무선 전력전달방식에서 고압측에서 발생되는 각종 지락사고 및 단락사고를 해석하여 문제점분석을 통해 안정적인 전력전달방식을 구축하고자 한다.

The economic relevance of Web applications increases the importance of controlling and improving their quality. Moreover the new available technologies for the development allow the insertion of sophisticated funcations, but often leave the developers responsible for the organization and evolution. As a consequence, a high demand is emerging for methodologis and tools for quality assurance of Web based systems. In this paper, a UML model of Web applications is inroduced for their high level representation and concept of the verification and validation activities. In this paper proposed analysis algorithm that was based on Domestic Website and presented result through experiments.

본 연구는 최근 실용주의 입장에서 대학 및 그 부속기관들의 평가가 경제적 가치의 평가 문제로 다루어지고 있는 현상을 배경으로 하여 국내 대학도서관의 가치측정을 위한 기반 연구로써 대학도서관 서비스들 중 참고정보서비스와 기술서비스를 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이들 서비스가 가지는 상이한 특성으로 인한 각 연구들의 측정접근 방법 및 절차와 결과의 다양성을 분석하기 위하여 대학도서관의 영향력이나 가치와 관련한 최근 문헌을 대상으로 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 대학도서관의 가치측정의 방향과 방법론적인 틀을 검토하고 이를 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 측정모형 구축을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 하였다.

석탄가스화복합발전(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle)기술은 우수한 환경성능과 열성능을 지니고 있어 장래 미분탄화력을 대신할 수 있는 대체기술로서 각광을 받고 있다. IGCC는 석탄가스화, 정제, 복합발전계통 및 공기분리계통 등 그 구성요소가 복잡하여 이들간의 시스템 최적화 정도에 따라 경제성 및 플랜트 성능이 크게 좌우된다. 최근에 가스터빈과 공기분리설비(Air Separation Unit)를 연계시켜 IGCC플랜트 성능을 향상시키는 연구가 다수 진행되었다[1],[2],[3]. 본 연구에서는 가스터빈과 ASU 간의 연계시 공기추출량을 결정하는 인자들을 검토하고 Texaco quench 가스화공정을 채용한 IGCC 플랜트에 대해 GatecCyle code등 상용코드를 이용하여 모델링하고 가스터빈 압축기 공기추출량에 따른 IGCC 플랜트 성능을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 대상 IGCC 플랜트의 적정 공기추출량을 결정하고 플랜트 성능을 계산하였다. 본 연구 결과는 전력연구원에서 수행중인 300MW급 IGCC 예비기본설계에 활용될 것이다.(중략)

우연(chance)과 역사(history)라는 비결정적인 요소(indeterministic)와 수요 측 규모의 경제(demand-side economy of scale)에 의해 특징지어 지는 네트워크 산업은 제품(기술)의 표준화 흑은 호환성이 핵심이 되며 산업 내 기업들은 시장선정을 위하여 치열한 경쟁을 하게 된다 산업 내에서 표준설정은 개별기업들의 내부적 문제라기 보다는 독립 기업들간의 협조(cooperation)와 경쟁(competition)의 문제로. 표준화 경쟁은 기술적인 관점에서보다는 다분히 경쟁전략적 관점에서 이루어지며 기업들도 이러한 점을 인식하고 다양한 경쟁전략을 구사하고 있다. 본 고에서는 제품의 생명주기(life cycle)와 기술(제품)의 특징에 따른 표준화 경쟁의 양상과 그에 따른 기업의 최적 경쟁전략을 모색하고, 다이나믹 모형(Dynamic Model)을 통하여 표준화 경쟁의 동태적 패턴을 분석해 보고자 한다.

The view of technology is largely divided into 2 theories: (1) the theory of autonomous technology that claims technology's own development logic and momentum, (2) the theory of social determinism that regards technology as reflection of political choices. Autonomous technologists read our society in the language of technology and social determinists read our technology in the language of society. This paper tries to analyze that conflicts between government and environmental group in nuclear policy, especially radioactive waste disposition policy reflect collisions between autonomous technologists and social determinists representing technology and politics, respectively. On the surface, such collisions are occurred in rational, ethical and economical aspects. It maintains, however, in depth, they are about solution means to problems from which technologies derived. Also, it suggests that one of the alternatives to avoid inevitable collision may be interaction approach based on intertwining technology with society. More understanding of political natures and control possibilities for technology is needed because interaction approach is founded on this understanding. Finally, to help forming the Korea's nuclear utilization policy from now on, it gives 2 case studies compared France with Germany where expanding and contracting nuclear utilization policy, respectively.

Most of the BoP (Base of the Pyramid) do not have the economic power to eat balanced nutrients. Therefore, the solution is to add essential nutrients to the food you eat. This method can improve nutrition without putting an economic burden on the BoP classes. The aim of the paper is to apply the strategic management process for analysing BoP solutions in nutrition improvement sector. This allows identification of critical aspects in developing BoP solutions. This includes reaching sustainability related objectives. Two cases (Ajinomoto, Grameen Danone) covering both products and services have been researched, allowing a contribution towards the applicability of strategic management in respective situations. In this study, we analyzed the case through the "Appropriate Technology 2.0" framework of Polak and Warwick (2014). In addition, we introduced the strategy of BoP business. Based on the results of this analysis, we analyzed the success factors of appropriate technology business in the emerging markets through the 4A model.
