This study investigated the effects and relationships of various stress, school life adjustment and happiness factors among middle school and high school adolescents. The structural model group effects between boy and girl groups were also investigated. Data was employed from the 'Korean Children and Youth Well-Being Index Survey, 2018' while subjects of the analysis included 5,144 students. Based on the education statistics data, the sample was collected by probability proportional to size. Results utilizing structural equation modeling and multigroup analysis showed that first, school stress, friend stress, and look stress had significant effects on adolescent happiness. School life adjustment had positive significant effects on adolescents' happiness. Parent stress, money stress and school stress had significant effects on school life adjustment. Second, the mediating effect of school life adjustment between stress and happiness was significant with parent, school stress, and financial stress. Third, results of the multi-group analysis by level and gender showed that the structure was similar between boys and girls, with the only differences among mediating effects. Boys had significant mediating effects by school stress, and financial stress, while girls had significant mediating effects by school stress, financial stress, and parent stress. Finally, based on the results of the study, practice and policy implications were suggested to support the promotion of adolescents' happiness.

The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

As the dependence of technology on the economic structure increases, the importance of National Core Technology is increasing. However, due to the nature of the technology itself, it is difficult to determine the scope of the technology to be protected because the scope of the relation is abstract and information disclosure is limited due to the nature of the National Core Technology. To solve this problem, we propose the most appropriate literature type and method of analysis to distinguish important technologies related to National Core Technology. We conducted a pilot test to apply TF-IDF, and LDA topic modeling, two techniques of text mining analysis for big data analysis, to four types of literature (news, papers, reports, patents) collected with National Core Technology keywords in the field of Display industry. As a result, applying LDA theme modeling to patent data are highly relevant to National Core Technology. Important technologies related to the front and rear industries of displays, including OLEDs and microLEDs, were identified, and the results were visualized as networks to clarify the scope of important technologies associated with National Core Technology. Throughout this study, we have clarified the ambiguity of the scope of association of technologies and overcome the limited information disclosure characteristics of national core technologies.

최근 계획되고 있는 초고층 건축물은 높이에 따른 기술경쟁력의 과시와 함께 비정형의 자유로운 건축적 형상을 통한 디자인 형태의 상징성을 강조하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이러한 비정형 건축물의 구조시스템은 기술적, 경제적 문제로 인해 한정된 수의 가능성 있는 대안만이 고려되어 왔으나, 첨단 디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 비정형 건축물의 구조시스템에 대해 이전에는 적용이 불가능하였던 다수의 구조시스템 대안을 생성하고 동일한 컨셉을 가진 다양한 구조시스템 대안의 비교평가를 통해 검토안의 수를 최소화하는 것이 가능해졌다. 본 연구에서는 비정형 건축물 구조시스템 설계를 위한 디지털 요소기술에 대해 현재까지의 연구현황을 분석하고 앞으로의 연구방향과 과제를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원이 개발한 포도 저장용 유황패드 개발의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 장기저장용 살균패드 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액(할인율 7.3% 기준)은 최대 2,441.735억원, 최소 2,183.26억원 평균 2,312.498억원으로 추정된다. 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 700 이상으로 나타나 장기저장용 유황패드개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 감귤시험장에서 개발된 감귤신품종인 하례조생의 개발의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 감귤신품종 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액은 할인율 수준에 따라 최소 638.7억 원 (할인율 10%)에서 최대 1,088.7억 원(할인율 6%), 평균 829.17억 원(할인율 8%)으로 추정되고, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 60 이상으로 나타나 신품종개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

인터넷은 사회 경제적 상호작용을 위한 기본적인 인프라가 되어 사람들에게 많은 혜택을 주는 반면 여러 가지 다양한 위험들을 가져왔다. 또한 인터넷을 사용하는 어린이의 수가 증가하고, 그 연령이 더 어려지면서 어린이를 온라인상에서 보호하는 것은 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상에서 미성년자를 보호하기 위한 기술적인 대처 방안에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. COP의 다양한 기술들을 활용하여 어린이들을 위험으로부터 벗어나게 할 수 있으며(filtering technologies), 특정한 사이트에 어린이를 접근하지 못하게 하고(age or identity verification systems), 인터넷 상에 어린이들을 안전하게 할 수 있는 안전지대(walled garden)를 만들 수 있다. 이러한 기술적인 대처 방안들은 여러 기술들을 조합하여 사용해야 그 효과성을 높일 수 있으며, 특히 미성년자들의 개인정보 보안을 고려하여 균형적으로 사용해야 한다. 이외에도 COP에서 기술적인 대처방안의 발전적인 개발을 위해서는 보안기술 사이에 정보를 공유할 수 있는 표준이 개발되어야 하며, 보호 기술의 장점 및 기능을 파악할 수 있는 표준 성능 인자의 개발이 필요하다.

이 글의 목적은 디지털 저작권과 프라이버시 사이의 경합적 요인을 분석하고 균형을 위한 대안을 제시하는데 있다. 현재 대부분의 디지털 저작권 보호기술의 핵심은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 방법에 있는데, 이러한 사용자 식별은 익명성을 기반으로 하는 프라이버시에 대한 침해요인이 되고 있다. 이와 같은 경합적 요인을 해결하기 위해 익명성을 보장하는 디지털 저작권 관리기술들이 많이 제안되었으나, 그 대부분이 부분적인 문제에 대한 프로토콜의 형태로 이루어진 대안으로, 현재의 인터넷 환경, 사용자의 행동양식, 경제적 요인 등과 부합하지 않는 측면이 많아 적용하기 곤란하다. 한편, 디지털 저작권 보호를 위한 여러 기술적 노력들도 사실상 저작권 보호 효과는 미미한 반면, 사용자의 권리와 프라이버시에 대한 침해요인을 증대시키고 있다. 현재의 상황은 디지털 저작권과 프라이버시의 균형을 위한 기술적 해결이 요원한 상태이다. 이러한 상황에서 균형을 위한 대안으로 법률에 의한 조정과 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 통한 디지털 저작권 보호가 효과적임을 주장하고자 한다. 즉, 기술적 완벽성보다는 사용자 편리성에 의한 실질적인 저작권보호와 법률과 사용자 계도를 통한 프라이버시 보호를 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 감귤시험장에서 개발된 감귤 다공질 필름 멀칭재배법의 기술가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이는 농업 R&D사업의 효율성과 실용성 제고를 위하여 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면, 감귤다공질 필름 멀칭 재배법 개발에 따른 기술가치평가액은 할인율 수준에 따라 최소 421.64억 원(할인율 10%)에서 최대 550.18억 원(할인율 6%), 평균 480.34억 원(할인율 8%)으로 추정되고, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(6%~10%)보다 훨씬 크고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 영보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 20 이상으로 나타나 감귤 다공질 필름 멀칭 재배법 개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.

In spite of the increasing importance of service sector, most previous studies on schumpeterian hypotheses originated from manufacturing firms that have the needs to invest heavily in research and development (R&D). Conversely, we investigated the relationship between technological innovation activity and size of firms using panel data. Results of the analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the details depending on the industry sector was divided into active and vigorous industry technology innovation activities did not. Second, the relationship between firm size and technological innovation activity may not be, depending on the industry, some of the U-shaped model, may be. Third, showed fewer intangible assets, more debt, larger exports which further promote the technological innovation activities in industry. Finally, the relationship is responsive depend on the firm size variable.
