근래에 국가 간 교류가 한층 활발해지고 스마트폰이 급속히 보급됨에 따라 일반인들이 쉽게 자동통역 제품을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 자동통역 기술은 1990년대부터 세계 각국에서 정부차원의 연구개발 단계, 시범 서비스 및 실용화 연구개발 단계를 거쳐, 이제는 수십 개의 언어를 지원하는 스마트폰용 자동통역 앱이 소개되는 단계에 이르렀다. 본 고에서는 다국어 자동통역의 핵심 요소기술에 대해 설명하고, 최근 자동통역 기술의 개발 동향 및 응용 사례에 대해 기술한다.

한국의 자동차산업은 생산능력이 경제단위로 들어서고, 수출을 통해 선진국 자동차산체와 세계시 장에서 경합을 하지 않으면 안 될 성년기에 접어들고 있다. 따라서 경험적 강화를 위해서는 생 산단위의 증가 뿐만 아니라 자체기술개발능력도 향상해야 한다. 기술개발의 첫째 화제가 현재 외국으로부터 기술도입한 제품의 자체개발이 대상으로 된다는 것은 재론의 여지가 없다. 그러나, 앞으로 제품개발을 해 나가는데 수반되는 기술개발을 효과적으로 하기 위해서는, 선진자동차산 업의 기술개발동향과 Marketing차원에서 시장변활를 연밀히 분석, 검토함으로써 기술개발과제를 중점적으로 선택하고, 연구설비투자와 연구인력을 성별투입해야 할 것이다. 이런 관점에서 최 근의 자동차기술 개발동향을 개관하고 1980년대 후반의 개발동향을 전망해 보고자 한다. 자동차 제품기술은, 첫재 석유와 원재로, 부품, 노동력의 가격상승과 둘재 환경, 안전도, 연비면의 규제 강화, 셋째 사용자의 편이 안락한 문전의 추구라고 하는 세가지 주요인의 이호연관에 의해 그 개발방향이 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 현재, 미,일 자동차업체는, 가솔린 및 디젤 왕복내연기관 의 기존 동력원과 FF, FR 및 4WD의 기존구동방식을 유지하면서, 엔진 등 주요기능부품의 최적 제어와 운전자의 편이성향상 및 운전정보 제공을 위한 전자기술의 적용, 경량재질 및 세라믹스 등의 신소재 적용, 실용화, 그리고 유가상승에 대비한 대체연료의 개발연구를 주개발과제로 삼고 있으며, 이 주세는 80년대 후반까지 지속될 것으로 보여진다.

Recently, due to the increasing necessity of developing core parts for weapons systems, the project for localization of parts for weapons systems is expanding. In order to apply the developed core parts to the domestic weapon system and advance into the overseas market, it is necessary to plan a project that reflects the technology trends in advance. This study derived trend of technology development through conducting the patent research and analysis. Also, suggested plan for applying the analysis results when project planning and selecting. As a detailed method, patents related to the 2019 year selection project were investigated. The number of patent applications by year and number of applicants from the time of the first application to the present were analyzed. And the growth stage of the technology market was derived. The comprehensive result was derieved through the portfolio analysis by arranging the parts localization technology in each area of the matrix consisting of market growth stage and the criteria for the selection of parts localization project. This research suggested the applying plan for improving project selection process. we expect the promotion of defense industry and the effective task planning.

엔터테인먼트 산업으로서의 컴퓨터 게임은 대중의 감각에 의하여 유지되고, 대중의 감각을 최대한 활성화하는 게임이 지속적으로 출시되어야 한다. 게임의 품질은 게임 디자이너의 창작력을 최대한 현실화 시켜주는 컴퓨터 기술에 종속된다. 그러나 현재, 플레이어 수가 수천 명 이상으로 확장되는 대규모 시스템의 범주로 가면, 당장 기술 장벽에 부딪히게 된다. 본 고에서 게임 네트워킹의 특성을 고찰한 후, 산업계의 출시 제품들의 동향을 분석한다. 특히, 기술 개발 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 대규모 멀티플레이어 온라인 게임 서버 동향을 분석한다.

This study investigates the trend of the patent applications and the future direction of ICT in Gyeongbuk Province by employing patent portfolio analysis, one of the methodology of map analyses for industry-related ICT issues. Thus, this study aims to investigate the ICT development trend based on ICT patent information in Gyeongbuk Province. The promising technologies in ICT industry are extracted by applying patent portfolio analysis, one of the patent map analyses. The analysis results can be applied to the establishment of research and development strategies. This study extracts ICT trend by applying International Patent Classification to the patents registered in Gyeongbuk. For promising technologies, this study analyzed the patents based on the ICT Classification Code. Based on the analysis results, this study presents the trend of patent application, technology share, patent activity status, the trend of patent application by each technology according to ICT classification, the growth stages of ICT market, registration parties for patents, joint researches of research parties, and primary parties of patent applications. After drawing promising technologies, this study provides the future progress direction of ICT industry in Gyeongbuk Province. The research results also can be applied to securing technology competence and developing strategy of technology policy.

최근, 미래 제조업의 성장 동력과 그에 대한 중요성이 화두가 되면서 제조업과 예측분석 기술의 융합을 통해 선제적 제조 활동 개선을 위한 의사결정을 지원하는 예측적 생산 시스템에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 예측적 생산 시스템은 데이터의 수집과 저장/관리, 예측적 분석을 위한 다양한 단계의 기술요소들로 구성된다. 본고에서는 각 단계를 위한 기술개발의 현황 및 적용 사례들에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다.

For the ubiquitous web environment internet, as an one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, the project for platform technologies was initiated to provide customized land information and geospatial service. The platform technologies can be categorized for streaming, mashup and geosearch. More specifically, the 2D/3D hybrid streaming engine, mashup engine for u-GIS service and next generation search engine for land information have been developed. In this context, the patent analyses are required to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of these technologies. This study searches the related patents in Korea, US and EU, analyzes the trend of them for customized spatial information technologies, and finally proposes proper strategies.
