오늘날에는 국가 간의 기술경쟁이 더욱 치열해 지면서 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 최단기간 내에 최고의 성과를 얻을 수 있도록 협업 정보를 가상공간상에서 지원하기 위한 국가차원의 "소프트 인프라"에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 기업들은 저렴한 인터넷 망을 사용하지 못하고 상당한 비용의 선용회선을 협업자료의 유통을 위하여 지출하고 있는 것이다. 또한, 기업 내부에는 외부 웹 하드 ASP 사업자들을 통한 웹 하드 서비스를 제공받기 위하여 년간 특정 금액을 지속적으로 자료 유통을 위해서 그 대가를 지불하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 내 협업자료를 업무 환경 속에서 효율적으로 유통시키기 위한 정보 보안 강화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examined whether industry-level competition affects excess stock returns because of changes in cash holdings. Competitive inter-company threats increase the possibility of the manager's replacement, and function to induce management to make their best efforts, resulting in the amount and quality of the information provided by the enterprise increasing. Therefore, as competition intensifies, agency problems are reduced and stock returns increase because the company's cash holdings are expected to increase. However, there is a view that firms in industries with severe competition tend to have high information asymmetry because competitors may compete in more favorable positions by using detailed information disclosed by the competing firms. Accordingly, as market competition intensifies, the excess stock returns resulting from increased cash holdings are expected to decline. These results show that excess stock returns because of increases in cash holdings increase as the degree of competition in the industry intensifies, thus supporting the positive effect of market competition. Overall, the results of this study provide an understanding that market competition plays an effective external governance mechanism and that investors positively evaluate the cash held by companies with severe industry competition.

Today's firms face task of achieving competencies in two somewhat mutually exclusive areas. That is, due to fierce competition in the market, firms need to provide better products and services without losing cost advantage. In this respect, effective logistics management is one of the process that can yield a foundation of competitive advantage. Many firms are already using integrative supply chain management to achieve mutual goals of each firms within the supply chain. However, it is highly likely that inefficiency will occur because of different operations systems and organizational characters of each firms. Information system is receiving attentions as to reduce inefficiencies and gain competitive advantage. This study analyzes the effects of information integration on logistics performance to search the role of information system in supply chain management.

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have been combined with products from other industries to provide new functionality, as recently shown in the cases of Internet of Things (IoT). Modularity assumes a crucial role in such technological convergence, and has impacts on the relationship between organizations as well as competition within an industry. Interface standards, which ensure the connectivity between modules, serve as a critical factor in the process by which modularity affects organization systems and industry structure. To understand the aforementioned phenomenon, we studied modularity and interface standards with a focus on the interaction between technology and organization systems and subsequent changes in industrial dynamics. This paper examines previous literature on modularity and interface standards in the aspects of product architecture, organization systems, and institutional factors. With this analytical framework, we conducted a comparative analysis of electronic and automotive industries to derive implications for standardization policy. This research has shown the significance of external open interface standards in shaping an industrial landscape where a variety of module producers horizontally compete. It also advises that policymakers take into account product characteristics, engagement of leading firms in an industry, and institutional factors such as WTO law in the design of standardization policy.

셀칩(cells on chips)이란, MEMs/NEMs 응용분야 중 생명공학과 관련된 세포분야로의 응용에 이용되는 대표적인 기술로서 현재 전세계에서 경쟁적으로 연구, 개발되고 있다. 셀칩은 생체내부에서 세포가 성장하는 공간적(spatial), 시간적(temporal) 조건을 정교하게 모사(mimicking)함으로써, 복잡한 생화학적 생체 내(in vivo) 환경을 이해할 수 있는 새로운 기회를 창조하고 있다. 또한 셀칩과 다양한 형태의 분석용 센서와의 결합된 시스템을 통하여, 세포기반 질병진단 시스템의 소형화 및 조기진단 시스템 개발을 위한 바이오멤스 핵심 플랫폼 기술로 인식되고 있다. 즉 DNA, 단백질, 세포 등의 바이오 물질을 마이크로/나노시스템 위에서 검출 및 분석함으로써 극미량의 생체물질을 실시간 고감도 분석이 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 고에서는 셀칩분야의 기술 및 응용에 관해 정리하고 있다.

오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인해 제조업의 효율적인 운영이 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 기업내에 새로운 기술을 도입하고자 할 경우, 해당 기업이 추구하고 있는 전략은 물론이고 그것이 실제로 운용되어지는 제조구조에 적합하지 않으면 경제적 효과를 얻지 못할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 사업전략·제조구조, CIM기술간 적합성 개념이나 시너지 효과(synergy effect)를 밝혀내고자 하였다. 따라서 각 차원에 따른 유형들이 상호보완적인 집합임에 착목하여 , 두 차원간 부합성 정도의 결과치가 어떠한 순위를 나타낼 것인지 조사하였다. 또한 세 차원 사이의 선택적 결합에 따른 상황적응성이 제조기업의 성과에 얼마만큼이나 영향을 미치고 있는지 검증해 보았다. 특히 한·일 제조업의 경영시스템을 경쟁전략·제조체계·CIM기술간 적합성 측면에서 살펴봄으로써, 상이한 경영환경하의 양국 제조기업이 각각 어떤 특성을 지니고 있는지 파악하고자 시도했다.

본 연구는 중국의 WTO 가입 이후 시장규모 확대에 따라 동북아지역 국가들이 자국의 역할 선점과 경쟁력 확보를 위해 취하고 있는 항공화물운송부문의 시설운영과 전략추진 방향을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 항공 화물 운송 산업이 보다 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 역할과 제 기능을 다 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 장래 동북아지역 한 · 중 · 일 3국간 항공화물운송부문의 경쟁은 치열할 것으로 예상되는 반면, 국가 간 협력체제 구축도 필요한 시점이다. 지난 몇 년 동안 3국간은 협력체제 구축을 논의했지만, 가시적인 성과가 없는 현 시점에서 보면 보다 전향적인 발상을 기반으로 하는 접근방식이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 역내운송의 완전 자유화 특히, 항공화물운송 자유화나 공항 운영 주체들 간 지역 내 제휴를 검토해 볼 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 중국, 일본 등의 공항과 항공화물 운송정보 공유, 기술개발과 표준화, 인적교류, 항공사 유치의 공동노력 등과 같은 제휴를 통해 역내 공항 네트워크를 구축하기 위한 방안은 반드시 협의되고, 추진될 필요가 있는 사안이다. 우리 내부적으로는 21세기를 대비한 보다 구체적이고 실천적인 항공화물운송부문의 ‘master plan' 수립과 함께 항공화물운송 주체인 항공사, 화주, 포워더 등 이용자 중심의 비용절감 방안과 항공화물 기반시설의 차질 없는 추진, 항공화물 정보화 등 편리하고 저렴한 운송체계와 처리절차를 수립이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is two-fold. One is to investigate the relationship between parental psychological/behavioral control and adolescents' self-esteem and their internalized/externalized problems. The other is to examine if self-esteem mediate the effects of parental control upon adolescents' internalized/externalized problems. Total of 355 girls(52%) and boys(48%) from middle(48%) and high school(52%) were participated. Results indicated that adolescents' self-esteem, and internalized/externalized problems were negatively related to parental psychological control, and positively related to parental behavioral control. It was also found that self-esteem partially mediated the effects of parental psychological control upon adolescents' internalized problems, and completely mediated the effects of parental behavioral control on their internalized as well as externalized problems. Some implications for advisable parenting behaviors were discussed.

(주)PMPT사는 국내 뿌리산업 분야의 Zn-Ni자동차부품 도금업체로서 남동공단에 위치하고 있다. 하지만 자동차품질 향상에 기본이 되는 도금 기술자료가 부족하여 연구개발에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 미래자동차용 용접부품의 도금 품질향상을 위한 최신 기술정보제공이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 다년간 이론과 경험을 겸비한 도금전문가의 활용이 필요한 실정이다. '아직도 녹슨 자동차를 탈 것인가?' 지난 2003년부터 10년간 '녹슬지 않는 자동차', '녹과의 전쟁'을 목표로 자동차부픔의 품질기술지도가 실시되었다. PMPT사도 이에 동참하여 자체의 경험과 기술로써 용접부 품질을 개선하여 왔다. 하지만 경험에 의존해 왔던 PMPT사 자체의 도금기술로써는 유렵의 BMW사나 Toyota사의 Zn, Zn-Ni 합금도금에 대한 기술변화와 수출경쟁에 대처하기가 어려운 실정이다. 특히 용접부는 자동차 사고의 치명적 결함이다. 이에 도금전문가를 활용하여 해외의 선진도금 기술정보제공과 함께 미래의 자동차부품 품질향상을 위한 기술지원을 실시하였다. 세부적인 기술지원 내용으로서는 Zn, Zn-Ni합금도금제품 용접부품에 6가 Cr을 사용하지 않는 친환경 Chromate Free, Zn-Ni합금도금 용접부 내식성 향상을 위한 Ni의 최적함량과 메커니즘을 지원하였다. 필자가 도금현장에서 근무하면서 터득한 까다롭고 어려워하는 도금기술과 최신의 해외 Chromate Free표면처리 기술을 제공함으로써 수출향상과 품질기술력 향상에 이바지 하고자 하였다.

The competition between countries became internationalized in the market. However, a situation in which globalization is concerned is important to domestic corporates. Corporate strategy to survive in the domestic market are also juggling the limit of survival. Technology transfer and commercialization at this point has important implications now. The same applies to the national level. Public-to-private technology transfer has been more important, in order to overcome the international competitions. Although various studies have been made to promote technology transfer, in the livestock sector rarely attempted. Taking into account that few previous research and theory development has been achieved, the paper explored the technology transfer phenomenon in the sector employing the grounded theory approach by Strauss & Corbin(1998). Corporates that licensed in technologies through the Foundation of Agri. Tech. Commercialization & Transfer, were targeted as informants or interviewees. Finally, eight informants were selected sequentially utilizing theoretical sampling technique to the saturation point. As the result of open coding and axial coding of the interview data using NVivo10 by QSR International, 77 concepts, 20 sub-categories, and 7 categories were derived while paradigm model was established. Through selective coding, 'the factors affecting technology transfer in livestock sector' was identified as core category. The story line about the core category was developed based on four main categories. Finally, it is expected that the concepts, categories, and the relationship between them can be an important basis for further research.
