This study was performed in order to provide suggestions on how to strengthen librarian competency by evaluating and analyzing the competency value of librarians as information professions. First, the study divided the common competency value of librarians as human capital of libraries into skills, knowledge, behavior and attitude, and analyzed each area of competency value for librarians of the A-library. As a result, the average of the 'librarian's behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarian's skill' area and the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Second, in terms of 'librarian's skill', A-library librarians' competence values were high in the order of 'communication', 'leadership', 'technology' and in the terms of 'librarian's knowledge' ones were high in the order of 'law and policy', 'marketing', 'learning and growth' and 'finance and accounting'. In addition, in areas of 'librarian's behavior and attitude', the factors were high in the order of 'ethics and values', 'interpersonal relationships' and 'customer service'. Third, the analysis of whether the average difference exists depending on the characteristics of A-library librarians on their evaluation of the competency value shows that only the 'working period' factor in the total competency value and the two factors 'age' and 'working period' were statistically significant in the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Forth, as a result of a regression analysis to identify the characteristics of A-library librarians and their impact on competency value, only the 'final education' factor was statistically significant for the competency value of the 'librarian's skill' area. Fifth, in the survey on problems and desirable improvement measures in increasing the competency value of librarians, the proportion of presenting problems and improvement plan in systemic aspects such as the 'librarian qualification system' and 'librarian training system' was high.

최근 들어 TCP/IP(인터넷 프로토콜)기반 역추적의 기술적 한계를 이용해 각종 명의(계정)도용 사건을 비롯해 금융피싱 사고들이 부쩍 늘고 있다. 이 때문에 천문학적인 경제 및 사회적 손실이 초래되고 있음은 물론, 사이버상의 각종 행위에 대한 제약과 발전을 가로막고 있다. 이와 같은 난제를 해결하고 기업 혹은 기관의 보안시스템을 참화하기 위해 실시간 역추적 기술이 등장했다. 과거 정보보호시스템의 가치는 비용 절감, 강력한 보안기술 도입 차원의 맹목적 시도, 구축에 따른 구축 난이도에 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 정보보호 투자성과 평가에 대해 더욱 설득력 있고 과학적인 결과를 원하고 있으며, 단순한 재무적 시스템 효과보다는 종합적인 비즈니스 효과에 대한 ROI 평가를 중요시하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 역추적 기술의 필요성과 배경에 대하여 살펴보고, 흔히 많이 사용하는 방식인 재무 관점의 비용 효과(Cost-Benefit) 기법을 통해 역추적 기술 개발의 투자수익률(ROI)을 분석할 수 있는 기준을 도출해 본다.

기술개발자 혹은 기술공급자의 예측에만 의존하는 기술의 가치 추정은 과대평가 또는 과소평가될 우려가 있으며, 정확한 기술가치평가를 위해서는 공급측면에서의 분석과 함께 수요측면에서의 가치평가가 요구된다. 이러한 맥락에서 기술을 사용하게 될 잠재적 수요처를 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한 기술의 잠재적 수요처 파악을 통해 기술개발자들은 수요산업에 보다 적합한 제품을 개발하여 기술 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술부가 시행하는 21C 프론티어 사업의 2단계 주요사업으로 선정된 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발 사업에서 개발 중인 기술의 수요처 선정을 위한 준비 단계로써 공급지장비용 분석을 포함한 산업연관분석을 사용하여 수자원의 확보 또는 공급지장에 따른 산업부문별 파급효과를 산출하였다. 파급효과의 산업부문별 순위는 용수의 재분배 우선순위의 주요한 참고자료가 될 수 있으나, 공공재인 수자원의 특성과 산업의 특성에 따른 현실적인 제약조건들을 고려해볼 때 직접적으로 기술의 수요처라고 보기는 어렵다. 하지만 파급효과의 순위에 따라 기술의 수요가 발생했을 때 기술의 최대가치가 실현됨은 자명한 사실이며, 개별기술에 대한 사례연구 시에 수요산업의 대략적인 틀을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 기술개발자들이 수요처에 대한 인식을 보다 명확히 함으로써, 정부와 산업체를 통해 실용화될 수 있도록 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 연구결과 산업연관분석을 통해 수도산업의 수요측면 공급측면 파급효과가 산출되었고, 수도의 공급지장으로 인한 파급효과의 순위는 농림수산품 음식료품 제1차금속제품 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개별기술의 달성가능한 최대가치가 산출되고, 개별기술의 사례연구 시에 설문대상 산업이 선정되어 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 수요처 선정을 위한 토대가 마련될 것으로 기대한다. 수 있었다. 인공순환에 의한 저감효과가 크지는 않을 것으로 예측된다. 조사 기간중 H호의 현존 식물플랑크톤량의 $60%{\sim}87%$가 수심 10m 이내에 분포하였고, 녹조강과 남조강이 우점하는 하절기에는 5m 이내에 주로 분포하였다. 취수탑 지점의 수심이 연중 $25{\sim}35m$를 유지하는 H호의 경우 간헐식 폭기장치를 가동하는 기간은 물론 그 외 기간에도 취수구의 심도를 표층 10m 이하로 유지 할 경우 전체 조류 유입량을 60% 이상 저감할 수 있을 것으로 조사되었다.심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할

첨단과학기술이란 말을 우리 주변에서도 흔히 듣게되며 하이테크시대란 용어도 심심치 않게 들을 수 있는 사회가 되었다. 그러나 그 첨단과학기술시스템을 안전하게 확보해 나가는 인간과 기계와 환경을 포함하는 안전공학의 시스템을 말하는 사람은 거의 없다. 안전을 대기에 비유하는 이도 있다. 마치 사람이 대기 속에서 아무 부자류를 느끼지 못하고 지낼 때는대기(산소)의 고마움을 자칫 잊어 버릴 수도 있는 것과 같이 안전이 잘 유지되고 있을 때는 그 가치를 자칫 과소평가할 수도 있기 때문이다.

도시화와 산업화, 그리고 인구 증가 등은 우리사회에 기후변화라는 재앙으로 다가오고 있다. 그리고 이러한 기후변화는 기업에 영향을 미치어 경영환경의 불확실성을 높이고 있다. 즉, 기후변화는 기업이 경영함에 있어 물 공급의 부족 등과 같은 물리적 리스크를 제공하는가 하면 요구 기술의 변화, 시장의 변화 등 전환 리스크(transition risk)로 작용하여 기존 제품 및 서비스의 생존을 어렵게 하는가 하면 기업의 자산 가치에 변화를 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기후변화로 인한 시장환경 변화에 글로벌 기업들이 어떻게 대응하고 있는가를 검토·시사점을 제시하였다. 기후변화가 기업에 미치는 영향은 단순히 위기로만 다가오지 않는다. 기후변화는 기업에게 물부족 등의 물리적 위험과 사회적 규제, 새로운 기술 수요 등 리스크로써 영향을 미치는 한편 탄소 시장 형성 등의 기회로도 작용하고 있다. 이에 글로벌 기업들은 위기이자 기회인 환경의 변화에 대응하여 'ESG 성과 측정'을 도입, 대응하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 사례로는 투자기관인 골드만삭스에서 기후변화 대응을 정부규제, 이해관계자, 경쟁환경 변화 등 3가지 관점에서 대응하는가 하면 독일계 화학회사인 BASF는 기업의 사회적 가치를 ESG 요소의 관점에서 평가하여 매년 발표하고 있다. 한편 국내 기업으로는 SK그룹이 대표적인데, 동사는 사회적 가치 평가 결과를 임직원 핵심성과지표(KPI)에 반영함으로써 경영현장에서도 사회적 가치를 고려하도록 시스템화하고 있다.

Since the late 20th century, there has been much effort to improve the market value of media contents which are commercialized in a digital format, by fusing digital data of video, audio, numerals, characters with IT technology together. Then by what criteria and methodologies could the market value for the drama "Sons of the Sun" or the animated film 'Frozen', often referred to in the meida, be estimated? In the circumstances there has been little or no research on the valuation framework of media contents and the status of their valuation system development to date, we propose a practical valuation models for various purposes such as contents trading, review of investment adequacy, etc., by formalizing and presenting a contents valuation framework for the four types of media of movies, online games, and broadcasting commercials, and animations. Therefore, we develope computational methods of cash flows which includes production cost by media content types, provide reference databases associated with key variables of valuation (economic life cycle, discount rates, contents contribution and royalty rates), and finally propose the valuation framework of media contents based on both income approach and relief-from-royalty method which has been applied to valuation of intangible assets so far.

Although domestic research funding organizations require patented technologies as an outcome of financial aids, they have much difficulty in evaluating qualitative value of the patented technology due to lack of systematic methods. Especially, because citation data is not essential to patent application in Korea, it is very difficult to evaluate a patent using the incomplete citation data. This study proposes a method for evaluating technology importance of a patent when there is no or insufficient citation data in patents. The technology importance of a patent can be evaluated objectively and quantitatively by the proposed method which consists of 5 steps such as selection of a target patent, collection of related patents, preparation of key word vector, clustering patents, and technological importance assessment. The method was applied to a patent on 'user identification method for payment using mobile terminal' in order to evaluate technology importance and demonstrate how the method works.

본 논문에서는 기업의 기존 특허 포트폴리오를 비즈니스 모델 컴포넌트의 관점에서 사업타당성 평가를 수행할 수 있는 연구개발 비즈니스 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 기업이 보유하고 있는 기존 특허들의 기술적 가치를 평가하는 것이 아니라, 비즈니스 모델의 9가지 컴포넌트 관점에서 특허가 보유하고 있는 비즈니스적 특징을 분석할 수 있는 시스템이다. 평가 모델은 4가지 세부 평가모델로 구성하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있는 기본 파라미터와 제어 파라미터를 제공하여서 파라미터들의 값을 조정하면서 다양한 환경에서의 평가 결과값을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

전통적인 비용수익 분석법 (CBA approach) 과 활동기준원가계산 방법 (ABC approach)과 같은 지금까지의 방법으로는 전략적 정보시스템이나 정보 하부구조를 효과적으로 평가하고 정당화하는데 한계가 있다고 지적되어왔다. 따라서, 본 논문은 정보시스템의 하부구조를 이루고 있는 데이터 웨어하우징을 스물여섯 개의 데이터 웨어하우징 성공사례 분석을 통해서 데이터 웨어하우징이 가치사슬 모델의 각 활동에 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 분석하고, 경쟁우위적 관점에서 이들 사례들의 공통점을 찾아내어, 데이터 웨어하우징을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 보다 효과적으로 정당화할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 정당화에 사용되어왔던 방법들의 단점을 보완하여, 기업들이 데이터 웨어하우징이나 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 구축하는 다른 정보시스템들을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 정당화하고자 할 때 유용한 도구로써, 기존의 방법들과 병행해서 사용하면 보다 효과적으로 정보시스템들을 평가하고 정당화할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

Life cycle assessment was carried out to evaluate the environmental values of dimethylas a diesel alternative fuel with the assumption of dimethyl ether production from natural gas via synthesis gas. The whole life cycles from raw material acquisitions to the final usages of diesel and dimethyl ether were involved in the assessment. Inventory analysis showed that the most significant environmental impacts came from resource depletions and air emissions. Impact assessment revealed that dimethyl ether was environmentally better in the aspect of human health and ecosystem quality but worse in resource depletions compared with diesel fuel. Suggestions for environmental improvement of dimethyl ether as a diesel alternative fuel were prepared based on the assessment results.
