A Study on Customer's Satisfaction and Economic Valuation Model of Information Analysis Report (정보분석 보고서의 이용자 만족도 및 경제적 가치평가 측정에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to provide the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model for the KISTI S&T Informaion Analysis Report with the results of the survey. Recently the important issue for the informaion analysis service is make policies that reflect the proper demand and satisfaction of customers. In this paper, we explain how the evaluate of information analysis service in the customer's satisfaction and the economic valuation model can be estimated using survey. In such a setting, the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model are important methods for the reflection of monitored information in national scientific and technological policies.

A Study on the Role of Library for Realizing Sharing Value in a Sharing Economy Era (공유경제시대에서 도서관의 공유가치 실현을 위한 역할 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

A Study on the Impact of Patent Quality on the Firm's Market Value (특허의 질적 가치가 기업의 시장가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As corporate management enters the era of informatization or knowledge management, the level of patent quality, which is the fruit of R&D and technical innovation, is an important element of corporate competitiveness in this age of unbridled competition. This study analyzes the relevance between R&D stocks and 6 types of knowledge stock (patent quality) and corporate market values in utilization of related research models. With Tobin Q model utilized, 108,851 U.S. patents (observed value per year: 2,795) registered by 402 domestic enterprises were analyzed. As the Hall model was analyzed, it turned out that the R&D stock/asset, claim stock/patent stock, and citation stock/patent stock had positive effect on corporate market values. The inventor stock/patent stock also show positive effect on corporate market values.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of marathon service quality on service value and participant satisfaction. For data analysis, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to participants in the marathon, and a total of 329 (94%) data were used as valid samples, excluding 21 unscrupulous responses. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using PASW 21.0. This resulted in the following results. First, marathon service quality has an effect on service value. Second, marathon service quality had an effect on satisfaction. Third, service value influenced participant satisfaction.

The Effect of Public Technology Value on Technology Transfer Performance (공공 기술가치가 기술이전성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study was intended to identify the factors effecting the business performance of the firms that received public technology transfer and to suggest implications on the basis of the results. For this purpose, the author empirically analyzed the influence of the technology value on the business performance of the firms using the business data of the firms on the basis of quantitative data. Furthermore, the author analyzed the differences in perception of technology value and business performance according to type of firms and type of technology transfer. As a result of this study, it was found that the more advanced technology, the more positive influence on business performance of the firms, and that there was no difference in perception of business performance whereas there was difference in perception of technology value according to the type of firms and technology transfer. This study is meaningful in that through this study the author has confirmed the importance of technology value to enhance competitiveness of technology transfer companies and strategic direction for successful implementation of technology transfer.

  • 본 논문은 대전지역의 벤처기업을 대상으로 최고경영자의 경영가치를 분석하였다. 경영가치는 인적자원관리를 비롯한 경영전반에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수이다. 그러나 최근까지도 경영자의 경영가치와 인적자원관리를 다룬 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구는 일정한 한계에도 불구하고 이러한 중요한 주제를 다루었다는데 의의가 있다.

  • 빅 데이터 분석은 기존 데이터베이스 관리 도구로부터 데이터를 수집, 저장, 관리, 분석할 수 있는 역량을 말한다. 대부분의 빅 데이터 분석 기술 방법들은 기존 통계학과 전산학에서 사용되던 데이터 마이닝, 기계 학습, 자연 언어 처리, 패턴 인식 등이 해당된다. 최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 정보통신기술의 발전은 트위터, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등의 소셜 네트워크상에서 유통되는 정보량이 폭발적 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 데이터화가 가속화되고 있는 현대사회에서 데이터의 가치는 점점 높아질 것으로 예상되며, 데이터로부터 가치 있는 정보와 통찰력을 효과적으로 이끌어내는 기업이 경쟁력 확보를 위한 핵심가치가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 다음 커뮤니케이션의 빅 데이터 분석도구인 소셜 매트릭스를 활용하여 키워드 분석을 통해 스마트폰 플랫폼 키워드 의미를 분석하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 실용주의 입장에서 대학 및 그 부속기관들의 평가가 경제적 가치의 평가 문제로 다루어지고 있는 현상을 배경으로 하여 국내 대학도서관의 가치측정을 위한 기반 연구로써 대학도서관 서비스들 중 참고정보서비스와 기술서비스를 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이들 서비스가 가지는 상이한 특성으로 인한 각 연구들의 측정접근 방법 및 절차와 결과의 다양성을 분석하기 위하여 대학도서관의 영향력이나 가치와 관련한 최근 문헌을 대상으로 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 대학도서관의 가치측정의 방향과 방법론적인 틀을 검토하고 이를 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 측정모형 구축을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 하였다.
