Objectives : The purpose of this study is to discuss ginseng properties by historical research. Methods : Historical documentary records of ginseng were used to develop this review. Results : According to the historical research, the first Korean ginseng cultivation started from the Koryo Dynasty around A.D. 1000. Later, during the Chosun Dynasty around A.D. 1500$\sim$1600, the ginseng cultivators established a method of cultivation. Gasam (cultivated ginseng) was cultivated ginseng on the skirts of their domicile. It was reported that Gasam cultivation was broadened throughout the country around A.D. 1790 on Cheongjosilrok. On the other hand, ginseng properties were reported slightly cool in the oriental herbal medicine books from A.D. 250 to A.D. 1600. But, they were reported slightly warm or warm after A.D. 1600. Korean ginseng cultivation started in the Koryo Dynasty around A.D. 1000. Later, during the Chosun Dynasty, the ginseng cultivators established a standard method of cultivation. Gasam, cultivated ginseng, was grown on the outskirts of their domicile. It was reported that Gasam cultivation was broadened throughout the country around 1790 A.D. in Cheongjosilrok. On the other hand, ginseng properties were reported slightly cool in the oriental herbal medicine books from 250 to A.D. 1600, but they were reported slightly warm or warm after A.D. 1600. Conclusions : It suggests that ginseng properties (slightly cool) before A.D. 1600 are wild ginseng. Also, wood-grown ginseng and ginseng properties (slightly warm, warm) after A.D. 1600 are Gasams.
In this study, pilot study on the introduction of stationary fishery was performed to solve the problem of fisheries resource reduction. The Fyke net, which is a test fishing net was selected considering the environment, operation and management costs of Ulleungdo, conditions that can be operated by small fishing vessels and personnel. As a result of 11 times survey using Fyke net from April to May 2017, 2,735 individuals and 983.4 kg caught and the dominant species were red seabream, yellowtail, olive flounder, mitra squid, horse mackerel, filefish, etc. In conclusion, if the production of squid, which is one of the major fisheries resources of Ulleungdo, is continuously decreased, it is considered that introduction of small-scale stationary fishery such as Fyke net would be useful as a means replace income of fishermen.
This experiment was carried out to study the effects of nitrogen concentration of cultural solution, Rhizobium inoculation, and planting density on the growth and yield of soybean cultivars, Hwanggeumkong, Jangbaegkong, Paldalkong, Clark, and non-nodulation isoline of Clark. Rhizobium inoculation increased the stem length, particularly in Hwanggeumkong, Jangbaegkong, and decreased it significantly in non-nodulation Clark. Stem length was increased by the increase in nitrogen fertilization by the 195ppm level and decreased by the increase in plant population density. Rhizobium inoculation also increased the shoot dry weight, but significantly decreased it in non-nodulation Clark. As nitrogen concentration in the cultural solution increased the shoot dry weight decreased in Jangbaegkong and paldalkong. However, the shoot dry weight was decreased by the increase in plant population density. Rhizobium inoculation and the increase in nitrogen concentration of cultural solution increased the ratio of shoot dry weight to root weight. The Rhizobium inoculation and the increase in nitrogen concentration of cultural solution increased the grain yield per pot in Hwanggeumkong and paldolkong, While non-nodulating Clark showed significant decrease in grain yield. Grain yield per pot was also increased by the increase of plant population density. Grain yield was significantly correlated with shoot dry weight, nodule number, and nitrogen content of the soybean plants. The correlation between nitrogen contents of the soybean plants and stem length, shoot dry weight, and nodulation was significant. The allantoin-N content in stem was also significantly correlated with nodulation.
1. Purpose and Method : We have many difficulty of using the existing medical Hurbs based on the theory of Em-Yang and the five elements, this is why we still do not explain the Sasang Constitutional medical Hurb Classification and do not have the Sasang Constitutional Pharmacology exactly, so we easily enter into a dispute and confusion. So through literary consideration about Acorus gramineus Soland. I try to objectify Sasang Constitutional Classification of Acorus gramineus Soland and the spirit of using Acorus gramineus Soland and common property of Sasang Constitutional Medical Hurb and try to find out a clue that search the effect of other Sasang Constitutional Medical Hurb. 2. Result : Qi(氣) and mi(味) of Acorus gramineus Soland have aroma and hot taste and have won Qi(溫氣), the using portion of Acorus gramineus Soland is root as medical Hurb. So Acorus gramineus Soland rise from Goonghacho(中下焦) to Sangcho(上焦) and divied impurity and purity and able to remove the turbidity Qi(氣)Ack(液) Acorus gramineus Soland have the effect of progressing the involution of Paeqi(肺氣) and divided impurity and purity of Qi(氣) and ack(液) and improve the fuction and structure of Tae-Em-ln. I think that the method of literay consideration on objectification of Sasang Constitution Pharmacology is of great value.
Purpose and Method : We have many difficulty of using the existing medical Hurbs based on the theory of Yin-yang and the five elements, this is why we still do not explain the Sasang Constitutional medical Hurb Classification and do not have the Sasang Constitutional Pharmacology exactly, so we easily enter into a dispute and confusion. So through literary consideration about clematis mandshurica Maxim. I try to objectify Sasang Constitutional Clasification of Clematis mandshurica Maxim and the spirit of using Clematis mandshurica Maxim and common property of Sasang Constitutional Medical Hurb and try to find out a clue that search the effect of other Sasang Constitutional Medical Hurb. Result : Qi(氣) and mi(味) of Clematis mandshurica Maxim has bitter and hot taste and have won Qi(溫氣), the color is dark, the using portion of clematis mandshurica Maxim is root as medial Hurb. So Clematis mandshurica Maxim fall down from lung and divied impurity and purity and able to remove the symptom that dryness and fever is solidified like Magnoliae cortex(厚朴). Clematis mandshurica Maxim have the effect of awakening Jin-Qi(眞氣) of lung and divide impurity and purity of Qi(氣) and ack(液) and improve the fuction and structure of Taeumin(太陰人) I think that the method of literay consideration on objectification of Sasang Constitution Pharmacology is of great value.
This thesis has examined Jo Guimyeong's observation method and rhetoric of style of writing style. He tried to look at the world differently through observation and expressed relationship with the world through the style of comic. $J{\breve{o}}nggwan$ is a new way of looking at subjects and objects. It trust the senses and thoughts of the subject. So It is to clarify the circumstances and logic of the world from one's own point of view. In this case, it collides with the common thinking of the day. He put the reason and the action standard in the "taste" and the "mind". This means three things. First, he is proud that his reasons and actions are no different from those of a saint. Second, an individual is an independent being with different emotions and thoughts. Third, based on this, his works of literature have their own value. These reasons and actions were incarnated through '$J{\breve{o}}nggwan$(靜觀)'s observation methods. What he gained from the three stages of $J{\breve{o}}nggwan$(靜觀)' is the 'great mind'. The first step is self-reflection. It is the process of objectifying oneself. The second target is the appearance of things. It's about looking at everything equally, whether it's precious or vulgar. The third object of observation is a harmonic. He is joining the movement of the harmonizers. Therefore, one's own reasons, actions, and works of literature share the same meaning as those of a harmonizer. He said that the description can change according to his own knowledge. It means that you can fit the situation. A typical example was the analysis of 'Sung Bo hyung hwasangchan'<成甫兄畵像贊>. He described Park Moon-soo's life as the lives of officials through comic. Through this, He criticized Park Moon-soo's natural nature of the academic world. but the situation in which he can't escape from bureaucratic life by inducing laughter. This style of writing is one of the most representative features which was written by Jo Guimyeong writer.
Melanin is a polymer substance that plays an important role in the determination of hair growth and skin color in vivo. However, melanin, which is over-produced by reactive oxygen species, is known to cause stains, freckles, and hypercholesterolemia, which are associated with aging. Previous studies have shown that polyphosphate, one of the components of Rhynchosia Nulubilis, inhibits skin aging induced by ultraviolet rays. The aim of this study is to investigate the direct effect of Rhynchosia Nulubilis ethanolic extract (RNEE) on melanin synthesis. In this study, RNEE showed no antioxidative effects on scavenging activity of DPPH radical in addition to reducing power. The cytotoxicity of RNEE was increased in a dose-dependent manner in an MTT assay. In addition, RNEE increased tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis in DOPA-oxidation experiments. RNEE did not promote the conversion L-DOPA into melanin in live cells, but melanin production was promoted in the RNEE-treated group after H2O2 pretreatment compared to the control group in which melanin production was reduced by treatment with H2O2. In addition, RNEE increased the expression level of tyrosinase related protein-2 (TRP-2) and increased the expression level of tyrosinase related protein-1 (TRP-1) at a concentration of $16{\mu}g/ml$. In particular, it was found that RNEE increased the expression level of SOD-3, by which superoxide anion is converted to hydrogen peroxide, higher than the control and ${\alpha}$-MSH used as a positive control at a concentration of more than $16{\mu}g/ml$. The results suggest that RNEE can induce melanogenesis related to black hair.

In this paper, a new hardware and software architecture for a stereo vision processing system including rectification, disparity estimation, and visualization was developed. The developed method, named LArge scale stereo matching method using Support Point Interpolation (LASPI), shows excellence in real-time processing for obtaining dense disparity maps from high quality image regions that contain high density support points. In the real-time processing of high definition (HD) images, LASPI does not degrade the quality level of disparity maps compared to existing stereo-matching methods such as Efficient LArge-scale Stereo matching (ELAS). LASPI has been designed to meet a high frame-rate, accurate distance resolution performance, and a low resource usage even in a limited resource environment. These characteristics enable LASPI to be deployed to safety-critical applications such as an obstacle recognition system and distance detection system for autonomous vehicles. A Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) for the LASPI algorithm has been implemented in order to support parallel processing and 4-stage pipelining. From various experiments, it was verified that the developed FPGA system (Xilinx Virtex-7 FPGA, 148.5MHz Clock) is capable of processing 30 HD ($1280{\times}720pixels$) frames per second in real-time while it generates disparity maps that are applicable to real vehicles.
A 12.6-year-old, male Shitzu was diagnosed with perianal adenocarcinoma. The presented mass was brown to black, $4{\times}3{\times}3cm$ in size, and yellowish on cut section. Microscopic findings revealed that the mass composed of variable sized clusters of hepatoid cells with inconspicuous distinct. The tumor cells were polyhedral and pyknotic and exhibited high mitotic activity. Tumor cells intermingled with basaloid cells and primitive cells invaded the adjacent normal tissues. Basaloid cells exhibited positive immunoreactivity for Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER-2/neu), matrix metallopnateinase 9 (MMP-9), and perianal adenocarcinoma, protein kinase C alpha (PKC ${\alpha}$). Generally, tumors of the perianal gland are common and benign 4.5 times more often than carcinoma in the dog, particularly in males. In the present report, we examined histopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of a rare perianal adenocarcinoma in association with proteins involved tumor metastasis and adenocarcinoma development.
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are known to lead to oxidation of lipids, proteins, and DNA and cause skin damage. Moreover, ROS promote melanogenesis, which causes melasma, age spots, and freckle. The main compounds of the herbal medicines Poria cocas, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and Ulmus macrocarpa were reported to be parchymic acid, glabridin, and flavonoids, respectively. The aim of this study was to investigate the whitening and antioxidant effects of a mixture of P. cocas, G. uralensis, and U. macrocarpa extracts (PGUE) in B16F1 cells to develop whitening cosmetics. PGUE inhibited DPPH radicals and lipid peroxidation, in addition to high reduction power, compared with Glycyrrhiza uralensis ethylacetate extracts (GUEE). Furthermore, PGUE exhibited a protective effect against DNA oxidation induced by the hydroxyl radicals. In addition to its antioxidant activity, the inhibitory activity of PGUE against tyrosinase, which is associated with melanogenesis, was greater than that of arbutin used as a positive control. Moreover, PGUE exerted an inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis in live melanoma cells and reduced the expression levels of superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD-1) and tyrosinase related protein-1 (TRP-1). These results indicate that PGUE has skin whitening and antioxidant effects, suggesting that this mixture can be used as the main ingredient in the development of effective whitening cosmetics.
