This paper aims to examine into the public document management regulations of Gungnaebu(宮內府) at the last period of Daehan(大韓) Empire. Gungnaebu(宮內府), newly established as a political consequence of Gabo(甲午) Reform, had managed the affairs of Royal Court all through several political changes. Many of the main contents of public document management regulations were established after 1907. These regulations and methods have a significant meaning in that they have great affect on the prototype of today's public document management. Moreover, such regulations include the departments in charge of public document management, procedures for official documents handling, provisions on compilation and preservation, the formulation of records compilation classified table and provisions on records list and lending, in detail. They suggest us many points because they are the matrix of the methods of records and archives management which had been applied through Joseon(朝鮮) colonial government, even after the foundation of Republic of Korea.

Some additional fungi were collected during two field trips to Ullung Island in July and September of 1992. Through the observation of agaric fungi, 36 mushrooms were identified to the species or subspecies and are listed below. Among them, three species and one subspecies, Mycena luteopallens, Mycena macrocystidiata, Amanita hemibapha ssp. similis, and Pluteus petasatus, were confirmed new to Korea and are registered here with descriptions.

Four specimens of Chlorophthalmus albatrossis Jordan and Starks and one specimen of Chlorophthalmus acutifrons Hiyama belonging to the family Chlorophthalmidae were collected for the first time from Korea. We propose "Pa-rang-nun-mae-tung-yi" for Chlorophthalmus albatrossis and "Ch$\breve{u}$m-mun-pa-rang-nun-mae-tung-yi" for Chlorophthalmus acutifrons as a new Korean name.

A stargazer fish, Uranoscopus tosae of family Uranoscopidae was collected for the first time in Kunsan, Korea. The U. tosae was similar to U. oligolepis in exomorphological features but had sharply distinguishable from U. oligolepis in the several characteristics, U. tosae had the embedded cycloid scales on the nape between both lateral lines. 4 preopercular spines, anterior tubular and posterior slit of nostril pores, and narrower and longer respiratory valve than orbit. No other patterns were presented on the surface of head and body.

Some hypotrichous ciliates collected from the Han River and the Mountain Kwank were cultured at laboratory. They were identified as Paruroleptus lepisma Wenzel, 1953 and Euplotes aediculatus Pierson, 1943. These two species are reported for the first from Korea. Morphological and biometrical studies of them were carried out by observing both wild and cultured cells and the infraciliature of silver stained specimens. The two speices were redesribed and analyzed biometrically for their taxonomic characters.

A ricefish Oryzias latipes sinesis Chen et al. of the family Oryzidae is recorded for the first time from western Korea. The present speciment are similar to O. l. latipes in most morphometric characters, but agree well with the original description of O. l. sinensin based on the diploid chromosome number of 46 with two large metacentric chromosomes and the lesser vertebrae number.

Pleotrichophorus pseudoglandulosus (Palmer, 1952) collected on Artemisia princeps Pamp. is reported for the first time in South Korea. Species description, measurement, diagnosis, distributions, host plants, illustrations, and identification key of apterous viviparous females in the genus Pleotrichophorus from South Korea are provided.

Two new coexisting sepcies of the genus Bathynella of the Bathynellidae is described from North America. B. germanitas n. sp. is easily recognized by the basidorsal existence of cylindrical protrusion with a seta on endopod of uropod, whereas B. fraterna n. sp. is characterized by by the setal nature of exopod of thoracopods II-Vll.

v. Martens(1905)은 국내 다슬기과 담수패류를 모두 1속 15종 및 3아종으로 기록하였다. 그 후 많은 학자들에 의하여 형태 및 분류에 대한 연구를 시도하여 근래에 이르러 한국산 다슬기과 담수패류는 3속 7종 및 1아종(Choi ＆. Yoon, 1997), 3속 6종 및 1아종(Kwon et al, 2001)으로 정리하고 있다. 다슬기과 패류는 서식지에 따른 형태 변이가 매우 심하고, 또한 v.Martens(1905)에 의하여 발표된 18종의 동종이명 정리에 대한 국내외 학자간의 견해 차이가 정리되어 있지 않아 현재까지도 정확한 종 동정과 분류가 난해한 분류군인다. (중략)
