웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 공공기관 웹사이트는 단순한 행정기관의 홍보에서 벗어나 국민과 정부 간의 의사소통의 증거인 동시에 업무의 기록으로서 역할을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 공공기관의 웹사이트들은 공공기록물로 인식하고 보호해야 한다. 하지만 공공기관의 웹기록물 중 하나인 심층 웹기록물은 실시간으로 상이한 페이지를 동적으로 구성하기 때문에 기존의 보존방법과는 다른 수집 보존 활용 기술이 요구된다. 국가기록원은 이러한 특징을 가지고 있는 심층 웹기록물을 장기보존하기 위해서 심층 웹기록물 장기보존 포맷인 KoDeWeb을 연구하고 개발하였다. KoDeWeb은 전자기록물이기 때문에 전자기록물로서 진본성 및 무결성을 보장해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 KoDeWeb의 전자기록물로서의 진본성 및 무결성을 증명하기 위해 국제 전자기록물 표준인 OAIS 참조모델에 KoDeWeb을 맵핑시켰다. 나아가 OAIS표준을 따르고 있는 전자기록물 장기보존 시스템에 KoDeWeb을 사용함으로써, 정부 및 공공기관의 심층 웹기록물 생성 및 수집을 체계화하고, 또한 민간이 운영하는 웹의 심층 웹기록물 장기보존에 활용할 수 있다.

Recently, the web service environment has changed from document-centered to data-oriented focus, and the Linked Open Data (LOD) exists at the core of the new environment. Specific procedures and methods were examined to build the LOD of records information in accordance with this trend. With the service sustainability of small-scale archive in consideration, an exemplification on LOD building process by utilizing open source software was developed in this paper. To this end, a 5-step service framework for LOD construction was proposed and applied to a collection of diary records from 'Human and Memory Archive'. Proof of Concept (POC) utilizing open source softwares, Protege and Apache Jena Fuseki, was conducted according to the proposed 5 step framework. After establishing the LOD of record information by utilizing the open source software, the connection with external LOD through interlinking and SPARQL search has been successfully performed. In addition, archives' considerations for LOD construction, including improvement on the quality of content information, the role of the archivist, were suggested based on the understanding obtained through the LOD construction process of records information.

Large-scale and complex disasters have frequently occurred all over the world recently, and they are repeated every year. Accordingly, the need for the systematic management and utilization of raw-data and processing information in the past has increased. For this purpose, this study proposed a construction strategy for disaster and safety record information resources archives based on automatic acquisition, which can be used as a hub for disaster and safety information. Based on local and foreign case studies, several consideration factors for building the archives are determined. Finally, this study proposed four steps for constructing the archives. These are as follows: 1) complete enumeration survey of the disaster and safety record information resources, 2) automatic acquisition possibility study, 3) selection of the resources for preservation, and 4) automatic acquisition of metadata. The construction of the archives proposed in this study will facilitate integrated management, sharing, and use of scattered information resources on disaster and safety.

The food culture reflects the unique characteristics of the locality and the lifestyle and values of its members. So It is one of the most revealing elements of local identity. Such a food culture has an intangible form, such as memories and customs related to food, and is an area that is likely to disappear if not recorded and preserved. Based on the study of domestic and foreign cases, documentation was carried out in this study. In addition, we sought ways to manage and utilize the collected and produced records. Therefore, we suggested the method of documenting the local food culture, along with proposed managing the cultural resources of the recorded region and utilizing it in the academic and cultural aspects.

This study investigated whether search terms analysis of archival Web sites could be utilized effectively for archival information services. The focus was on designing a methodology which brings the search terms analysis and development of archival information services closer, especially for the contents services. The data were collected from the Presidential Archives because it can be characterized as a public archives as well as subject archives. It also tends to draw interests from a broad range of general public. The analysis was conducted with respect to three dimensions: (1) general search terms; (2) names of individual president; (3) subject categories of search terms. The results of search terms analysis have a number of practical implications for developing archival information services including contents services, decision on the menu of the Web sites, exhibition, and education.

Appraisal theory of Records Continuum can provide to explore the mean of record and role of record management in new social environment. And it try to build the Concept of archival contents for expanding the meaning and utilization of record based on appraisal theory of Records Continuum.

이 프로젝트는 사용자의 위치 기록을 안전하게 기록 및 관리할 수 있는 앱으로, 사용자 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스를 활용하여 위치 정보에 관한 개인정보 보호 측면을 강화한다. 해당 앱은 사용자가 원할 때 기록 기록을 시작하고 종료할 수 있으며, 기기 내에 저장된 사진의 위치정보와 연동하여 이동경로와 기록 시간대에 맞는 사진을 한 눈에 볼 수 있다. 이 프로젝트는 구글 맵의 타임라인과 비슷하지만, 사용자의 위치 정보를 스스로 제어할 수 있는 부분에서 차별성이 존재한다.

This study aims to implement the electronic record management systems that can preserve and utilize local festival records and archives. To accomplish the goal, this study used open source software for Namwon chunhyang festival as a case. This paper revealed the fact that there is no constructive system for preserving local festival records. To solve this problem, this study implemented electonic records management system based on Open Source Softwares, which are called AtoM(Access to Memory) and OMEKA. Also, both OSSs were compared and evaluated according to Characteristics of Local festival records. As a result, ERMS for Festival based on AtoM was appropriate comparatively.

Recently, the website of university archives is becoming greatly significant to users who retrieve and utilize university archives and records. This study aims to meta-analyze university archives in Korea in terms of usefulness, usability, information quality, and web accessibility in order to improve the functionality and usefulness of university archives websites. The result of the study suggests that university archives should increase the number of the digital records and to develop communication chanels, such as blog, chatting room, digital reference services for activating use of university records. Secondly, university archives make efforts to develop systematic collecting and managing procedures and to build relevant digital collections. Thirdly, the websites of university archives develops more user-friendly interfaces and web design to improve user satisfaction. Finally, the websties of university archives should follow the standards on web accessibility.

오늘날 미술관은 이용자가 원하는 정보를 정확히 파악하여 접근하고 활용할 수 있도록 소장 작품 뿐 아니라, 이와 관련한 미술기록 정보까지 제공하는 것을 고려하고 있다. 따라서 미술기록을 관리하는 업무에 최근 들어 미술계 및 관련 분야에서 아트 아카이브의 관심과 인식이 증가하고 있다. 관련하여 이 연구에서는 국내 국 공립미술관의 미술기록관리 현황 및 메타데이터 레코드 구축 현황을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 미술작품 관련 여러 미술기록 대상의 기록관리나 관련 메타데이터 구축이 충분히 진행되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 메타데이터 요소가 여러 유형의 미술기록을 포함하여 기술하기에는 부족한 것으로 파악되었다.
