Job and organization analysis of producing institutes is a task that identifies the history of transition and major business functions for various record-producing institutions and must be performed in common within the archives, and many workers must jointly refer to the relevant knowledge. However, in the field, a limited number of people in charge are individually performing by manual work, and the results are not shared. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the work burden of workers through the automation of the job and organization analysis process and build basic resources that can be commonly used by the archives. This study subdivided the task of job and organization analysis into manual, semi-automation, and automation parts by performing FGI with the practitioner of the archive and suggested ways to realize it. In addition, we derive the basic analysis data that can be commonly referenced in the electronic records management process, and by verifying the results through practitioners, efficient use of knowledge resources is suggested. Furthermore, by establishing a standardized work process, we intend to lay the foundation to support consistent and systematic work performance.

Cultural heritage institutions need to construct a cooperative network beyond an organization and a region based on products that cultural experiences and _expressions of human beings. They should serve as primary social agencies which need to create various information services of cultural heritage through integrated system management that social members are accessible to cultural contents such as _document resources of holding libraries, rich inheritance of museums, and works of art museums. This study indicated acts and considerable facts that have clauses the cooperative background of cultural heritage institutions which are libraries, museums, art museums and archives, and also intro! duced the cases of cooperative networks as an integrated system of libraries, museums, and art museums in North America and EU. Based on the analysis, this study suggested cooperative plans of cultural heritage institutions for political and systemic aspects, technical aspects, and human resource aspects.

This study aims to provide the efficient sharing and utilization method of disasters scattered by each institution and develop automated collection algorithm using web crawler for disaster information in deep web accounts. To achieve these goals, this study analyzes the logical structure of the deep web and develops algorithms to collect the information. With the proposed automatic algorithm, it is expected that disaster management will be helped by sharing and utilizing disaster safety information.

In this study, the genus Cameraria Chapman, 1902 belonging to the family Gracillariidae is reported for the first time from Korea, with three newly recorded species, Cameraria acericola Kumata, 1963, C. hikosanensis Kumata, 1963 and C. niphonica Kumata, 1963. All the known Korean species are enumerated with their available information. Adults and genitalia of all species are redescribed and illustrated.

The food culture reflects the unique characteristics of the locality and the lifestyle and values of its members. So It is one of the most revealing elements of local identity. Such a food culture has an intangible form, such as memories and customs related to food, and is an area that is likely to disappear if not recorded and preserved. Based on the study of domestic and foreign cases, documentation was carried out in this study. In addition, we sought ways to manage and utilize the collected and produced records. Therefore, we suggested the method of documenting the local food culture, along with proposed managing the cultural resources of the recorded region and utilizing it in the academic and cultural aspects.

Special subject archives in different fields have been established and the related studies have been constantly made so far, but no evaluation index reflecting the characteristics of the archives has yet been developed. Thus, this study intends to develop a draft of the special subject archive operation evaluation index through literature research and propose the special subject archive operation evaluation index through a Delphi survey. A Delphi survey was conducted thrice, with 10 persons in charge of archiving thematic archives in 5 fields. Finally, a special subject archive operation evaluation index consisting of 4 evaluation categories, 10 evaluation items, and 28 detailed items was proposed. This study is significant because it was the first in Korea to develop and propose an operation evaluation index for special subject archives.

The transition of the central government system to the cloud-based infrastructure is being conducted as the National Information Resources Service (NIRS, Ministry of the Interior and Safety) attempts government resource integration. In the early days, it was attempted as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for cloud service for HW, but now it is being converted to Software as a Service (SaaS) for ordinary service. General tasks of the system are document creation for government service as well as public records management. To this end, government cloud systems were deployed to central government agencies from 2015 to 2018 and planned to be gradually deployed in 2018. Nowadays, records management is conducted with cloud RMS, the cloud RMS system is distributed to the central government from 2016 to 2018, and the dissemination to local government is scheduled to be carried out considering the adoption of On-Nara system.

최근의 침입이나 공격들은 광범위한 망의 이용과 긴 시간을 두고 공격을 행하는 추세로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 공격들에 대한 탐지 및 대응을 위하여 침입탐지 시스템들은 시스템에 걸쳐 있는 정보의 공유, 침입이나 공격에 적극 대응하기 위한 자원의 이용 등의 상호협력이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템에서 기록하는 많은 종류의 로그 정보를 침입 탐지에 이용할 수 있는 정보만을 추출하고 분석하여 저장함으로써, 침입 탐지 시스템이 이용할 수 있게 하고, 다른 시스템에서 정보를 필요로 할 때 제공할 수 있으며, 또한 침입이라 간주되어지는 행위에 대하여 대응하기 위한 추적 및 정보 수집 그리고 접속 거부 등을 행하는 Agent 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 리눅스 시스템 기반 하에서 로그를 기록하는 SYSLOG, 발생한 시스템 콜 정보를 기록하는 LSM, 망에서 시스템으로 들어오는 패킷을 분석하는 Pcap Library를 이용한 로그 등을 통합하는 과정을 설명하고, 침입탐지 시스템에 의해서 침입이라 판단되었을 경우, DART Agent가 그 경로를 역추적하고 여러 시스템에 걸쳐 있는 정보들을 수집하는 과정, 고리고 공격에 대한 대응을 하는 과정을 설명한다.

빅데이터와 AI 의 인기에 힘입어 데이터 확보가 중요해지면서 대량의 개인정보가 무차별적으로 수집되고 있다. 그로 인하여 마이 데이터(Mydata)에 대한 관심 또한 대두되고 있다. 오늘날 데이터 수집의 주체들은 정보 수집시에 불필요하거나 대량의 웹 트래픽을 발생시켜 웹 자원을 소모하고 있다. 또한 그들은 정보의 소유자가 아닌 데도 불구하고 그를 이용하여 이득을 취하고 있지만 정보 소유자는 보상을 받지 못하고 있다. 정보의 활용에 대한 정확한 기록과 보상을 제공하고 웹에서의 불필요한 자동화 프로그램의 사용을 지양하기 위해 본 연구에서는, 블록체인(Blockchain)을 활용하여 사용자의 정보를 제어하는 시스템을 구축하고 기록된 정보를 바탕으로 구축된 웹 사이트 검색엔진을 제안한다.

최근 인터넷 기술의 발전으로 인해 정보량이 급증함으로써 이들 정보자원을 효과적으로 검색하기 위한 방법으로 메타데이터를 이용하여 필요한 정보 자원에 정확하게 접근하는 방법이 다양한 분야에서 제안되고 있다. 메타데이터는 정보자원을 효과적으로 검색하고 데이터를 재가공하여 다양한 각종 정보자원에 대한 정보 및 기록 관리를 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 정보를 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 XML을 이용한 온톨로지 기반의 메타데이터를 이용한다. 홈쇼핑 사이트의 고객인 소비자를 대상으로 효율적인 정보 추천 및 검색을 위해, 상품 토픽맵 온톨로지를 구축하고 소비자에게 알맞은 쇼핑 정보를 전달하기 위한 정보검색 시스템을 설계 구축한다. 온톨로지의 자동적 구축은 데이터 마이닝 기법인 COBWEB의 개념 계층적 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 기존의 전문가에 의한 수동적인 온톨로지 구축을 자동화 시키므로써, 대량의 온톤로지를 구축하여 정보검색에 효율을 기할 수 있다.
