Art Museum Archives are archives that are created by individuals and organizations that have a sufficient worth that necessitate permanent preservation. Art Museum Archives, which include various medium and types, are archives that have information and evidence based value, and are established and supported for the research of the Art Museum and Art History. For the systematic implementation and application of an Art Museum Archive, there is a need to establish related description elements, and through this not only must information on the individual archives be provided, but through a high utility finding aid, the creation context of the archived document should be provided so that users of the archive can easily access documents. In the case of Korean Art Museum Archives, there is a tendency to focus on the fragmented informational value of an individual archive document, which in reality causes the structural and contextual element characteristic of the document to be destroyed. Therefore this research supports the Hierarchical Description of Art Museum Archives and has the objective of proposing Art Archive Description Elements that promote the preservation of creation context and effective utilization. In addition, because personal records take up a large portion of Art Archives and are very diverse in terms of medium and type, a Description Element that can reflect this is attempted to be proposed.

This paper seeks to know a out the 'University and College Archives', which are to be established under the provision of 'the Law on the Management of the Institutions', and briefly mention the relation with the library, looking into the concept and backgrounds of archives. The enactment of the law became the ground to establish but there is no practical guidelines on the structure, formation, management, and contents of archives, even worse, people do not know well what the archives is. Therefore, I think so know about academic archives should start understanding basic concept, meaning, and necessities of the archives. In Europe, university archives have been established from 1830s, after the other archives had been established. In America, universities, which had been grown owe to the rapid economic development and the increasing of high educated people, began to establish their archives as a way to invest to improve their being and promote continuing growth. This is to prove their being and value in the society by collecting and preserving records and documents produced in the development of universities. Therefore, university archives can be said that it is the receiving agency for the producers of the university records, researching functional purpose, contents of university records, and relation with other institutions or records. This is the very difference from university libraries as collecting agencies. Nevertheless, university libraries and archives can help each other to activate their functions and improve their positions in universities through cooperating for the policy of digital records preserving and approaching them because the tendency of informationization forces universities to stand on various information resources to serve for routine university works. Each institutions of universities needs archival records due to various reasons. It is especially necessary to preserve and manage archival records to prove the confidence of records.

The aim of this study is supporting efficient development of library collection and improvement of library service for users by analyzing utilization patterns of library collection using circulation statistics of medical library users. With this purpose, circulation statistics were extracted from 90,420 cases of circulation records in A library for recent 3 years (from 2012 to 2014). Specifically, circulation data categorized according to status and subject, loan data of most popular books and use data of inter-library loan service were collected and analyzed. Subject groups of this study are undergraduate students, graduate students and incumbent hospital employees including faculty members, training members and nondoctor members. For the result, medical library users intensively lent materials of Technology (Applied Sciences), Literature and Social science areas. Especially, the demand of the materials of literature was higher than the demand of the other subject areas compared in the base of collection development.

In our Koreans river basins there are many of monthly rainfall data, but unfortrnately streamflow data needed are rare. Analysing monthly rainfall data of Somjin river basin, the stochastic theory model for calculation of monthly streamflow series of that region is determined. The model is composed of Box & Jenkins stansfer function plus ARIMA residual models. This linear stochastic differenced time series equation models can adapt themselves to the structure and variety of rainfall, streamflow data on the assumption of the stationary covarience. The fiexibility of Box-Jenkins method consists mainly in the iterative technique of building an AIRMA model from observations and by the use of autocorrelation functions. The best models for Somjin river basin belong to the general calss: $Y_t=($\omega$o-$\omega$_1B) C_iX_t+$\varepsilon$t$ $Y_t$ monthly streamflow, $X_t$ : monthly rainfall, $C_i$ :monthly run-off, $$\omega$o-$\omega$_1$ : transfer parameter, $$\varepsilon$_t$ : residual The streamflow series resulted from the proposed model is satisfactory comparing with the exsting streamflow data of Somjin gauging station site.

Acquisition and processing of vector seismic waves were conducted through simultaneous generation of P, SH, and SV waves and receiving those waves using three-component geophones. Test data were received by 24 8-Hz geophones at an interval of 2 m along a 94-m profile. The data were recorded for 512 ms with sampling intervals of 0.2 ms. Raw data indicate that both reflected and refracted P waves are strongly recorded on the vertical component while SH waves are significant on the transverse horizontal component. On the inline horizontal component, both direct P and converted PS waves are recorded. First arrivals of P and SH waves were detected simultaneously on the vertical and transverse horizontal axes, respectively. The recorded vector data were separately inverted using traveltime tomography to yield P- and SH-wave sections. Using those two velocity sections, Poisson's ratios were able to be obtained effectively.

Sailing recording of shipping that is recorded to black box is transmited, and stores doubly by real time on ship insurance company and ship administration recording membrane using SHA-1 hash function and secure consecutiveness and integrity as Forensic data through artificial satellite encoding by 3DES 1024bit.

This study proposes the functional elements for long-term preservation of electronic records, which are parts of nation's important records and information assets. For this purpose, We compared the international standard ISO 14721 with international research projects and digital archives systems from multi-nations. We identified 18 functional elements for long-term preservation of electronic records. They can be used as the basis to strengthen authenticity and usability when building new digital archive systems or upgrading existing systems at the Archival Institutions.

This article analyzes the cited archives in the research on modern Korean history in the 1970s. The research contains the condition of the citation and the categorization of cited archives by types and topics. The utilization of the archives was insufficient among the entire records, and the citation method was inconsistent. An analysis of archives utilization related to research on modern history should be systematic. The archives should build a database according to archival appraisal and selection, records collection, and archives recollection. Providing the records for the research on modern Korean history is also necessary.

The oral record related to the sexual slavery by Japan's military is considered important evidence as it can grasp the damage situation and actual condition at that time. Therefore, systematic and integrated management of the organization's oral records is necessary. For this purpose, this study proposed metadata elements for the management of oral records. The metadata proposed in this study consists of 16 upper elements and subelements, respectively. The suggested upper elements consist of 6 "essential elements" and 10 "optional elements." The essential elements are "title," "date," "format," "creator," "content," and "rights."

The Ministry of Unification(MOU) attempts various ways to unify records management systems such as; by newly establishing Unification Archives and Records Management Team, by integrating different record management systems which had been managed by separate systems. This study explores the ways to systematically manage the major information resources of the MOU and proposes policy recommendations to succeed in unifying record management.
