The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sport enjoyment on leisure identity and ski participation. To collect data, the purposive sampling method was used. The collected 256 samples of advanced level skiers were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. Through statistical analysis, following results were extracted. First, some factors of sport enjoyment had differences in the mean score based on some demographical characteristics. However, leisure identity had no difference. The degree of ski participation had some differences in the mean score based on some demographical characteristics. Second, some factors of sport enjoyment influenced leisure identity. Third, some factors of sport enjoyment influenced the degree of ski participation. The results of this study are expected to be used for understanding advanced level skiers and satisfying the needs of advanced level skiers.

Since the first interactive broadcasting of Skylife had been launched in S. Korean it has passed over 4 years. Subsequently the new digital broadcasting platforms, such as DMB, Mobile-TV, IPTV and so forth, are appearing between the keen rivalries. At the centre of diagram for new digital platforms there is positioned the interactivity. In order to cope with the limitation of contents on television, even Korean terrestrials have resolutely carried out interactive broadcasting as of 8th of June, 2006. Although the flamed competition of digital environment there are lacking in the public understanding and interests for interactive programmes on digital television. We can be analysed that it is difficult to acquire the viewer's satisfaction for guessability in spite of our governmental efforts. Here it presents the problematic results obtained by analysing both quantitative and qualitative data from the usability test for the current interactive programme in centre of the viewer.

As the next generation technology, leading 4th industrial revolution has been progressed, the goods and services converged by the technology are being released in a market. The smart appliances among them attracts users' attentions as a key promising industry. Thus, this study investigates the factors that influence switching intention to smart appliances based on Push-Pull-Mooring framework. We collected 217 survey responses and formed structural equation modeling with AMOS 22.0. The results show that functional deprivation, money deprivation, alternative attractiveness had an effect on the switching intention to smart appliances. In addition, low switching cost is related to the relationship between external variables and switching intention. The results expect to provide useful information to the smart appliance-related companies.

Nowadays, 'Interaction' is discussed not only in the multimedia field but also as a topic of daily life at the various viewpoints. And as the permmited limit of Interaction by Mutimedia Technology and audiovisual function is getting more activated, It is the time for us to have new understanding of a 'POSTER'. The Poster, as a one-sided information transmission media till now, is faced with its limitation in transmitting messages due to its unconformity between satisfaction of receiver' sdesire for information and installation space. This fact speaks for need of study about Digital Poster as an alternative communication method, and activation of Digital Poster Design Field. Therefore, I would like to present Design process and Examples by using Digital Poster for Maximizing the Communication Effect. And I expect the activation of Digital Poster Field by studying the possibility of development and various method of practical use of digital posters through presenting the examples.

물류관리는 기술의 발전과 깊은 관련을 맺고 있다. 정보처리 전산화 및 자동화된 물류설비의 발전은 개별기업의 물류활동을 더욱 원할 하게 수행할 수 있도록 해 주고 있다. 특히 한창 피어나고 있는 전자상거래는 기존의 상품구매과 정과는 달리 원거리에서 인터넷을 통하여 주문이 되기 때문에 기업은 전자상거래 환경에 맞는 대 고객서비스 방향 설정과 물류활동을 새로운 차원에서 관리해야 할 것이다 최근 CALS와 더불어 최종 고객의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 공급자에서 부터 최종 고객에게 이르기까지의 공급체계(Supply Chain)내의 각 기업간에 긴밀한 협조를 통해 공급체계 전체 물류의 최적화를 위한 공금체계관리(Supply Chain Management)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 여전히 사용자의 요구에 부응하는 서비스가 제대로 이루어지지 않는 상황에서 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰은 택배 회사와 연계하여 GPS등의 기술을 이용한 화물운송정보체계(CVO : Commercialvehicleoperationsystem)를 활용하여 공동배달정보망을 추축해서, 배달추적이 가능하고 신속 정확한 수배송계획을 효율적으로 처리하도록 해야 할 것이다. 이러한 토다 나은 서비스를 위해 본 논문에서는 GPS, GIS를 연계한 물류 모니터링 시스템의 프로토타입에 대하여 설명한다 개발한 프로토타입은 GIS와 GPS를 바탕으로 이동체와 무선 데이터 통신을 이용하여 이동체의 위치를 센터에서 관리학 수 있도록 한 시스템이다. 또한 자바를 기반으로 개발되어 고객이 웹을 통해 자신의 물건의 위치를 파악 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 고객은 원거리에서 인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.

The goal of this research is to identify the energy planning techniques of Smart Green City and to establish the realized plan through the analysis of Multi-functional Administrative City. For the research, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three sectors and six basic direction through literature review and Brain-storming analysis considering correlation between three goals of Smart Green City and expectation of planning technique. And Multi-functional Administrative City was analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques focus on two application aspects. In conclusion, 'Establishing Integrated Management Center for Urban Energy', 'Building Energy Management System', 'Building Automation System', 'Green Transport System', 'Intelligent Transport System', 'Introduction of Eco-friendly Transportation' planning techniques in reduction of building energy consumption sector and green-intelligent transport system sector were identified as important techniques for Smart Green City.

This study examines trends by school level, region, subject, and type centered on elementary schools when private education is perceived as a social problem due to the overheating of private education and its over-dependence. This study aims to provide a direction to ease the school mathematics education and meet the expectations of school mathematics education. As a result of this study, in mathematics subjects, the graph of private education expenses for mathematics subjects was not affected by the period and showed a somewhat consistent linear trend. In other words, we found that the private education cost of the mathematics subject was solid compared to other factors, and was not significantly affected by external variables, and was consistent. It is meaningful to examine the trends of private education costs in mathematics subjects with a comparison between the past and present and to grasp what factors and how they have changed and developed.

Quantitatively, there are no problem regarding new doctoral degree holders in the field of international trade, but the quality of the degrees does not meet the level of academic potential expected by recruiters. The purpose of this study is to identify current problems of doctoral education to cultivate future generations of scholars in international trade, and to suggest some alternatives to improve doctoral programs through surveys and focused group Results of this studies show that the major issues are a lack of full-time applicants and a demand for doctoral degree holders, and poor coursework. For doctoral education programs to successfully cultivate next generation academicians in the field of international trade, it is imperative for graduate schools to recruit distinguished full-time students. For this purpose, graduate schools must offer sufficient financial support packages as well as provide their students with good coursework and rigorous procedures on defending their dissertation. In addition, some graduate schools that mainly admit part-time students need to focus more on the quality of their doctoral degrees. Finally, preferential treatment of recruitment procedures might be helpful in expanding employment opportunities for new doctoral degree holders in international trade.

Existing safety education delivered to construction workers has limitations in concentration and immersion, so delivery power and interest are low. In order to improve the unstable behavior of construction workers and prevent safety accidents through education, a paradigm shift to hands-on education is necessary. Experiential safety education aims to contribute to the prevention of safety accidents and induce safe behavior by construction workers to recognize risks faster, select safe working methods suitable for the working environment, and improve emergency response and proactive response. Experiential education facilities have a follow-up learning effect in case of danger. The experience facility, which consists of the same working environment as the actual construction site, is designed to experience falls, equipment contraction, fire, and electric shock. In order to achieve the results of safety education that has invested a lot of time, construction workers must have motivation to participate, and "experiential safety education" through playful, deviant, and aesthetic experiences reduces serious accidents.

한국에서의 경찰제도는 국가경찰의 형태로 운영되어와 획일적이고 중앙집중식의 경찰활동에 대한 거부감이 전반적으로 있어왔다. 그러나 지역주민의 의사에 따른 자율규율에 의한 다원적 민주주의를 실현하고 국민의 기본권을 실질적으로 보장하기 위하여 지난 1995년 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회 의원의 동시선거가 시행되어 온 이래 10여년이 흘렀다. 그러나 지방자치제도가 시행되기 이전부터 자치경찰제도에 대한 논의는 지속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 자치경찰제에 있어서 주요쟁점의 핵심사항은 자치경찰제를 도입하는 것의 득실관계라고 볼 것인데 이는 관점과 어느 측면에 중점을 둘 것인가에 따라 다르게 나타나게 된다. 지방자치의 존재 이유 중에는 주민 복지적 차원에서 주민의 안전보호가 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히 자치경찰제는 수사권독립과 함께 지난 몇 대에 걸친 각 대통령의 선거공약이었기 때문에 노무현 정부 출범 이후 정부는 지방분권차원에서 정부혁신지방분권위원회에서 여러 가지 검토를 해 온 바 있다. 2004년 1월에 정부혁신지방분권위원회의 지방 분권과제 주요과제로 자치경찰제 방안을 검토하기 위해 위원, 관계 공무원 10명으로 자치경찰 T/F를 구성하여 운영한 이 후 자치경찰제 도입방안에 대하여 경찰정과 실시 단위 및 수행 사무 등 주요 쟁점에 대해 협의하면서 실천 가능한 방안을 마련하기 위해서 스페인, 프랑스, 이태리, 그리스 자치경찰기관을 현지 방문하여 외국 자치경찰 제도를 조사한 후 2004년 9월 중순에 자치경찰(안)을 발표하였다. 이 안은 크게 경찰을 사법경찰과 행정경찰로 구분하는 개념 하에 최초로 나온 자치경찰제에 대한 구체적 시행 안이라는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이나 지금까지의 기대수준에 과연 부응하는 안이 될 수 있을 것인가에 대한 의문이 제기되고 있다. 동 사안은 2005년 하반기에 시범적으로 시행하고 민선 4기 자치단체장이 출범하는 2006년 하반기에 본격적으로 시행될 것으로 발표하고 발표와 동시에 정부혁신지방분권위원회에서는 본 자치경찰제 기본방향과 법안제정의 원칙과 구체적인 내용에 대한 토론회를 개최하는 등 다양한 홍보를 하였으나 여러 가지 문제점으로 인하여 아직 시행되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 과연 이 안이 한국에서의 자치경찰제 시행에 효과적인 안인가 그렇지 않으면 대선공약을 지키기 위한 일종의 정치적 고려를 한 졸속적인 안이 아닌가에 대한 논란이 제기되고 있다. 지금까지 한국에서는 자치경찰에 대한 많은 토의가 있어 왔으나 이번에 제하고 있고 현재 지방자치단체에서 시행하고 있는 기존 법집행방식과 거의 차이가 없는 상태시된 안은 적어도 지금까지 논의되어왔던 제도와는 매우 생소한 자치경찰 제도를 근간으로 에서 ‘무늬만 자치경찰’ 이라는 비판이 일각에서 제기되고 있는 실정이다. 현재 자치단체에서 시행하고 있는 행정 경찰적 기능을 다소 보완하고 제복착용과 조직을 하나 더 만든 정도가 아닌가 하는 정도이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 정부혁신지방분권위원회에서 제시한 자치경찰제도(안)을 중심으로 자치경찰제도 운용의 목적 충족과 실질적인 효과의 측면에서 분석하고 바람직한 자치경찰제도의 운용에 대해 살펴본다.
