The Relationship between Outcome Expectancy and Adolescents' Illegal Use of Music Sources: Double Mediating Effects of Reward Sensitivity and Social Dilution of Responsibility (청소년의 불법음원사용에 대한 결과기대와 사용행동 간의 관계: 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석의 이중매개효과)

  • This study aims to identify the relationship between outcome expectancy and illegal use of music sources, and examined the parallel double mediating model of reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility on that relationship. To achieve the purpose this study, data were collected from 302 male and female high school students living in Seoul metropolitan area, and a double mediating effect was analysed with PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4. Results indicated that outcome expectancy was positively correlated with reward sensitivity, social dilution of responsibility, and illegal use of music sources of high school students, whereas reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility were positively correlated with illegal use of music sources. This study found that reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility were mediating outcome expectancy and illegal use of music sources in parallel. These findings suggest that psychological mechanisms lead adolescents use illegal music sources might be important, and provide useful information for making strategies to prevent adolescents' uses of illegal music sources.

Are Adverse Working Environments Adequately Compensated in South Korea? (근로자들은 나쁜 근로환경에 대해 보상 받는가?)

  • This paper examines the role of adverse working environments in the determination of workers' compensation in South Korean. I use the Third Korean Working Conditions Survey(2011), Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute that provide relevant variables in objective and subjective compensation and workers of diverse working environment. I find that risk factors in adverse working environments have a very minor role in the determination of individual wages. In contrast, adverse working environments have significant relationship with the level of compensation satisfaction. In addition, the results show that workers are more likely to receive compensation from psychological risk than physical risk. And women receive much more compensation in the psychological risk. These results provide useful information for improvement of working environments.

What factors influence the managers' compensation stickiness (경영자 보상의 하방경직성에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Purposes of this paper are to investigate whether managers' compensation is sticky as accounting performance(ROA) vary or not and explore further what factors influence the managers' compensation stickiness. To empirically study the stickiness of managers' compensation, we used the financial data from manufacturing firms lised in the Korea Stock Exchange(1,000 firm-year data for 4 years). The results are as follows : First, managers' compensation is sticky with respect to change in accounting performance. That is, the increase in managers' compensation as accounting performance increases is greater than the decrease in managers' compensation in respect to equivalent decrease in accounting performance. Second, the degree of managers' compensation stickiness increases when managers have influence and contribution to firm value. Specifically, the degree of stickiness is positively associated with investment opportunity set, intangible assets' value, uncertainty of firms' operating environment, complexity of organizational hierarchy. But firms' size reversely impacts on the degree of managers' compensation stickiness.

  • This research explores the role of personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy as antecedents which affect knowledge sharing activity as a consequence and investigates relationships among variables considering characteristics. The results show that members' perceived personal performance expectation, task-technology fit, perceived rewards, shared vision, usefulness of knowledge sharing, top management support, organization culture, organizational commitment, KMS self-efficacy has a positive effect perspectively on knowledge sharing in a organization. Especially, the fact that perceived members' task-technology fit, perceived rewards, usefulness of knowledge sharing is more important than other variables was confirmed. The results of this study, knowledge-sharing activities of the enterprise, members of the organization's business strategy for the activation process is expected to help.

  • Successor representation (SR) 은 두뇌 내 해마의 공간 세포가 인지맵을 구성하여 환경을 학습하고, 이를 활용하여 변화하는 환경에서 유연하게 최적 전략을 수립하는 기전을 모사한 강화학습 방법이다. 특히, 학습한 환경 정보를 활용, 환경 구조 안에서 목표가 변화할 때 강인하게 대응하여 일반 model-free 강화학습에 비해 빠르게 보상 변화에 적응하고 최적 전략을 찾는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 SR 기반 강화학습 알고리즘이 보상의 변화와 더불어 환경 구조, 특히 환경의 상태 천이 확률이 변화하여 보상의 변화를 유발하는 상황에서 어떠한 성능을 보이는 지 확인하였다. 벤치마크 알고리즘으로 SR 의 특성을 목적 기반 강화학습으로 통합한 SR-Dyna 를 사용하였고, 환경 상태 천이 불확실성과 보상 변화가 동시에 나타나는 2-stage 마르코프 의사결정 과제를 실험 환경으로 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, SR-Dyna 는 환경 내 상태 천이 확률 변화에 따른 보상 변화에는 적절히 대응하지 못하는 결과를 보였다. 본 결과를 통해 두뇌의 강화학습과 알고리즘 강화학습의 차이를 이해하여, 환경 변화에 강인한 강화학습 알고리즘 설계를 기대할 수 있다.

  • The compensation data for submerged land have been filed in the form of document or managed with spread sheet like Excell up to now. In the case of dam or highway construction, huge compensation data for the submerged or included land have been managed inefficiently by the administrative manpower. Moreover, where and how to keep the enormous data becomes big problems. In response to the requirements, an submerged land compensation management system based on the location and property information of parcels was developed. The compensation management system has many functions including site searching for compensation, compensation money computing, and compensation data managing. It is expected that the submerged land compensation management system creates various information effects.

Effect of Reporting Earnings Strategy on Asymmetric CEO Performance-Compensation Sensitivity (보고이익전략이 비대칭적 경영자 성과-보상 민감도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of the reporting earnings strategy on the relationship between managerial ability and manager performance-reward sensitivity. Both upward and downward adjustments can occur in the direction of management performance adjustment according to the manager's reporting earnings strategy. was found to decrease performance-based performance-reward sensitivity. The underreporting strategy is hypothesized that, although additional compensation is paid for the performance of the reporting strategy according to the manager's ability, the level of compensation increases, but this type of compensation will decrease the performance-reward sensitivity because this type of compensation is irrelevant to the actual performance of the manager. This is the result of indirectly confirming that discriminatory compensation is provided for upward and downward adjustment of business performance according to the reporting earnings strategy.

The Verification of Dosimetric Characteristics of the 3-D Compensator with the Exit Beam Dose Profile (Exit Beam Dose Profile을 이용한 3차원 보상체의 성능확인)

  • Dose compensators have been widely used in radiotherapy fields. But, few reliable verification methods have been reported. We have developed the verification method for the evaluation of the effect of dose compensator using exit beam dose profile. The exit beam dose profiles were measured with and without dose compensator. For this purpose X-Omat V films and lead screened cassettes are used and dose distibutions are compared. Phantom data are collected using CT simulator(Picker, AcQ Sim) and compensator information can be obtained from Render Plan 3-D planning System. Aluminum Compensators are generated by computer controlled milling machine. The real dose distribution in the phantom and the exit beam dose profile can be obtained simultaneously with the films in the phantom and the opposite site of the beam. Dose compensations effects for oblique beam, parallel opposing beam and inhomogeneous human phantom can be obtained using above tools. And we could simate those effects with exit beam dose profile using the method that we have developed in this study.

  • 본 논문은 단상 3레벨 조건에서 unipolar 및 bipolar PWM의 구현 및 동작에 대해 서술하였으며, 교류전기철도용 전력보상장치의 병렬 운전 상황에서 unipolar PWM과 bipolar PWM에 따른 인터리빙 효과에 대해 비교하였다. 또한, unipolar PWM 조건에서 전력보상장치의 3병렬과 4병렬 시스템의 인터리빙 결과에 대해 비교하였다. 이를 통해 단상 unipolar PWM을 사용한 병렬 시스템의 인터리빙이라는 특수한 조건에서는 PWM 캐리어의 180° phase shift가 포함되는 2병렬 및 4병렬의 경우 마치 bipolar PWM처럼 동작하여 스위칭 리플의 저감효과가 기대한 결과보다 낮음을 확인하였다. 따라서 스위칭 리플의 저감 측면만을 고려한다면 전력보상장치의 병렬 시스템은 180° 캐리어가 포함된 4병렬 시스템보다 120° 캐리어를 사용하는 3병렬 시스템이 유리한 것을 확인하였다.
