In this paper, we propose a barrier-free course route navigation service named "Theme Road" aimed at improving the mobility and convenience for elderly electric wheelchair users with walking disabilities. To achieve this goal, we conducted a user survey through shadowing and in-depth interviews to gather insights on the challenges experienced by elderly electric wheelchair users. We identified potential solutions for each inconvenience through co-creation workshops, resulting in a set of design considerations and app functionalities. Using persona development and service scenarios, we designed and implemented the "Theme Road" service as a dedicated navigation application for barrier-free course navigation. Unlike conventional route navigation and mapping services, our study stands out by offering a unique approach that combines recommended destinations and safe routes based on experiential analysis from elderly electric wheelchair users.

IT environments such as IoT, SNS, BigData, Cloud computing are changing rapidly. These technologies add new technologies to some of existing technologies and increase the complexity of Information System. Accordingly, they require enhancing the security function for new IT services. Information Security Pre-inspection aims to assure stability and reliability for user and supplier of new IT services by proposing development stage which considers security from design phase. Existing 'Information Security Pre-inspection' (22 domains, 74 control items, 129 detail items) consist of 6 stage (Requirements Definition, Design, Training, Implementation, Test, Sustain). Pilot tests were executed for one of IT development companies to verify its effectiveness. Consequently, for some inspection items, some improvement requirements and reconstitution needs appeared. This paper conducts a study on activation of 'Information Security Pre-inspection' which aims to construct prevention system for new information system. As a result, an improved 'Information Security Pre-inspection' is suggested. This has 16 domains, 54 inspection items, 76 detail items which include some improvement requirements and reconstitution needs.

Industrial control systems(ICS) are widely used in various industrial area and critical infrastructure. To mitigate security threats on ICS, the security assurance test for industrial control devices has been introduced and operating. The test includes testing of the security function of the device itself and testing of communication robustness. In this paper, we describe the security requirements of EDSA, Achilles, and Korea's TTA standard(security requirements for ICS). And also, we analyzed the characteristics of communication robustness test(CRT) of each certification. CRT verifies the device's operation of essential function while transmitting fuzzing and stress packets. Existing test methods are mostly focused on the embedded devices and are difficult to apply to various devices. We propose a method to test communication robustness which reflect the characteristics of control H/W, control S/W, field devices and network devices in ICS. In the future, we will apply the proposed communication robustness test to actual products and present solutions for arising issues.

Two types of key distribution protocols with user authentication are proposed for PCS(Personal Communication Service) and digital mobile communication systems. In this paper, we investigate the service procedure and security requirement for PCS. also discuss the security problems of KDPs previously proposed for digital mobile communication, and show that Park`s type II among the schemes is easily broken by an impersonation attack. Our proposed I, II are based on the modified cryptosystem of Rabin and ElGamal, and reduce the amount of computation for user authentication. Such a reduction is good solution coped with the limited capability of user terminal on PCS. As a result of making a comparison between our schemes and the previously presented schemes, we can know ours are more secure and efficient for PCS.

Today, home networking security shows the complicated and various characteristics of requirements for consideration because of the variety of information appliances and share of resources among them. Therefore, security framework to satisfy with security functions is arranged ,regardless of the variety of communication medium and protocols. Thus, we construct security framework for mobile host(or user) to securely control devices in home-network through the variety of suggested mechanism, with security mechanism to be available for future home networking model, and verified the performance of our model.

ISO/IEC 15938-1(MPEG-7 Systems)에서는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 메타데이터의 효율적인 전송과 저장을 위한 이진 표현 방법인 BiM(binary format for MPEC-7)을 제공한다. 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 기술(description)하는 메타데이터의 텍스트 표현은 대체로 많은 저장 용량과 전송 리소스를 요구하기 때문에 효율적인 압축을 위해서는 이진 형식으로의 변환이 요구된다. 또한 텍스트 형식은 방송 환경과 같은 스트리밍 전송에는 적절하지 못한 단점이 있다. BiM은 컨텐츠에 대한 기술을 전체 또는 2개 이상의 AU(access units) 단위로 분할하며 부호화하는 방법을 지원함으로써 스트리밍 전송을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 구조는 이진 포맷 형태로 표현되는 헤더를 가지는 패킷 기반 형태이며, 융통성이 있는 전송 순서를 제공한다. 또한, 비트 스트림의 전체를 해석(parsing)하지 않고 랜덤 엑세스 기능을 제공하는 장점이 있다. BiM이 지닌 이러한 장점들로 인하여 현재 방송산업계를 중심으로 메타데이터를 방송에 활용하기 위한 기술을 표준화하는 국제 민간 표준화 기구인 TV-Anytime 포럼에서는 방송 컨텐츠에 대한 메타데이터의 압축에 관한 요구사항을 만족하는 하나의 방법으로 BiM을 고려하고 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 MPEG-7 시스템의 BiM을 소개하고, 이를 이용하여 TV-Anytime 포럼의 메타데이터를 이진 포맷으로 부호화한 실험과 그 결과를 기술한다.

우리나라 항만 입출항 통항 선박의 대형화, 고속화에 따른 해양안전사고가 증가하고 있어 항만 연안 해역에서의 해상교통안전 확보가 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정으로, 최근 국제항로표지협회(IALA)에서 항로표지 설계와 배치계획에 대한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 항로표지 전문 기능 시뮬레이터의 개발과 주요 항로의 항로표지 설계 및 계획 등을 검증할 수 있는 시스템 필요성을 제기하였다. 우리나라 주요 항로의 항로표지 설계와 적정 배치 여부 등을 검증하고 보완할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 시스템에 대한 개발이 진행되고 있다. 항로표지 3D 모델에 대한 항로표지 종류별, 속성별 세부사항을 검토하여 다양한 조합이 가능하도록 DB를 구성하였다. 항로표지 3D 모델링 작업데이터에 대하여 각 항로표지 시설물별 조합 경우의 수를 고려하여 다양한 조합이 가능하도록 DB 분류작업을 수행하였으며 항로표지별 폴리건수에 따른 샘플형상을 비교하여 시인성이 양호한 최소한의 폴리건 수(안) 제시하는 등 항로표지 시뮬레이션을 위한 항로표지 3D 구현 방식을 검토하였다.

In order to operate trains both mainline railroad platform and metropolitan subway line platform, it is necessary to develop the doorstep equipment of the rolling stock regardless of low(500mm, mainline) and high level platforms(1,135mm, metropolitan subway line) because of the requisite door safety system. In this study, two different types of platforms were examined. On closer examination, it seems that the conceptual design is suitable for telescopic sliding type doorstep equipment to minimize damage to the carbody underframe of railway vehicles and can also minimize the variation of the distance between the railway platform. Furthermore, the operation process and control flowchart of doorstep equipments by stages are proposed by various performance requirements.

본 논문에서는 모바일 소프트웨어 플랫폼 유지 보수성 개선 목표로 수행된 리엔지니어링 (Reengineering) 사례를 소개한다. 모바일 소프트웨어 플랫폼은 높아진 사용자 기능 요구 같은 대외적인 문제와 다양한 서비스 경쟁력 확보를 위한 제조사 내부적인 노력으로 인해 소프트웨어 규모와 복잡도가 급격히 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 기반 시스템으로서 모바일 소프트웨어 플랫폼은 기존 레거시(legacy) 시스템을 재사용하여 상품화를 수행하는 일반 임베디드 시스템 개발 특징과 이동 통신 사업자 요구사항 대응, 다양한 시장 및 다양한 하드웨어 빛 표준화 대응, 다양한 도메인 (domain) 이 하나의 기기에서 통합된 형태로 동작해야 한다는 점에서 다른 임베디드 시스템과 차별화된다고 볼 수 있다. 모바일 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 대상으로 한 성공적인 리엔지니어링 수행은 기반 시스템의 유지보수성 향상은 물론 연간 수십 개에 달하는 파생 시스템의 재사용성 및 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사내 표준 프로세스를 재정의하고, 모바일 소프트웨어 플랫폼만의 특성을 고려하여 수행한 리엔지니어링 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of outsourcing of the academic library working in Jagan and to suggest the alternatives of the problems facing with conversing the National University to the Corporation(named the government authority Corporation). The Corporation is implemented because of government financial crisis and decreasing of student candidates. As the result, the university autonomy will be enlarged, but the government financial assistance will be decreased. So outsourcing will be increased in the reason of the cutting of working expenses. For facing to the that environmental change, academic library should make preparations of their future.
