Aged apartments lack parking space and are suffering from severe parking difficulties due to the increase in the supply of private cars due to the economic improvement. Efficient remodeling technology is required as a way to solve the problem of a shortage of parking spaces, but there is a lack of establishing a technology for remodeling plans that can reflect the characteristics of various parks. This study was conducted to analyze the functions of the parking lot expansion technology using the technology tree and to derive the final technology through the function deployment. As a result of functional deployment of the plan to expand the parking lot, the fifth function was deployed and a total of 22 technologies were derived. Four types of technologies are categorized, four technologies for underground expansion, 12 technologies for underground and ground expansion, two technologies for ground expansion, and four technologies for ground-based expansion. As a result of the functional deployment of the main entrance plan, the fifth function was deployed and derived with 22 technologies. The total technologies were grouped into four categories, four technologies for direct underground entry, 11 technologies for indirect underground entry, three technologies for direct access to ground, and four technologies for indirect entry to ground. Through case verification, the detailed technologies applied to the semi-industrial complex of remodeling were identified and expert surveys and interviews were conducted to verify the adequacy of the technology tree.

본 논문에서는 영상확대 chip의 video 입력부에 부분화면을 저장할 frame memory의 구조를 개선하고자 하였다. 영상확대 video scaler인 gm833×2는 입력단 측에 frame buffer memory가 필요하게 되지만, 이를 외부에 장착하려면 일반적으로 대용량의 FIFO 메모리를 사용하게 된다. 이것은 dualport SRAM으로 구성이 되며, 메모리 제어를 고가의 FIFO칩에 의존하는 결과를 가져온다. 또한 기존의 scaler chip은 단순히 확대처리만을 하며, 입력 전, 후에 data의 변경 또는 이미지처리가 불가능한 구조가 된다. 본 논문에서는 외부에 필요한 메모리를 내장한 새로운 기능의 chip을 설계하는 데에 있어 필수적인 메모리제어 로직을 제안하고자 한다. 여기서는 더 나은 기능의 향상된 메모리 제어회로를 제시하고 이를 One-chip에 집적할 수 있도록 하였다 이를 사용한 Video Scaler Processor chip은 SDRAM을 별도의 제어회로 없이 외부에 장착할 수 있도록 하여 scaler의 기능을 향상시키면서 전체 시스템의 구조를 간단히 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 메모리 제어회로를 포함한 Video Scaler Processor chip의 메모리제어 하드웨어의 구조를 제시하고, 메모리 access model과 제어로직을 소개하고자 한다.

1981년 여름 대형컴퓨터의 대부로서 군림해온 IBM이 PC를 발표함과 더불어 그들의 기술을 공개함으로써 많은 회사들이 IBM PC 호환기종을 개발, 생산할 수 있었고 특히 표준 OS인 MS-DOS와 더불어 PC의 표준화를 유도함으로써 많은 주변기기 및 소프트웨어 등장이 가능했고 최근에는 반도체의 급속한 기술발달로 고집적 메모리의 값싼 공급과 16비트 및 32비트 마이크로프로세서의 등장으로 PC도 그 기능이 점차 확대되어 개인 오락기나 간단한 OA차원을 벗어나 이제는 엔지니어링 분야에까지 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에 보급된 PC로는 3차원 구조계산과 같은 복잡한 엔지니어링 업무를 수행하기에는 많은 제약조건이 있으나 80386의 보급이 확대되고 80486의 발표가 눈앞에 와 있는 싯점에 PC의 성능은 놀라울 정도로 향상될 것이고 엔지니어링 분야에도 크게 기여할 것으로 믿는다. PC를 이루는 많은 하드웨어 중에서 엔지니어링 분야 이용자에게 특히 필요한 부분을 먼저 간단히 소개하고 다음에 이의 활용을 소개함으로써 엔지니어링 분야의 프로그램 개발자나 이용자가 보다 능동적으로 PC를 선정하고 나아가 기능확대, 성능향상을 꾀하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

Although the cosmetic market continuously develops in korea, the foreign product occupies more and more its market3hare in korea. For the future of our industry, institutional support for the ‘functional cosmetics’ (Cosmeceuticals) development should be secured and export infrastructure should be more solid. This paper examines recent trend in cosmetics market (home and foreign) and identifies barriers for the development of cosmetic market. In conclusion, we present several policy strategies for the development of its market.

정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라, 전통적인 무역의 효율성제고가 시급한 과제로 대두되고 있으며, 이의 고(高)효율의 국제상거래의 활성화를 위해서 인터넷을 활용한 해외시장의 개척과 글로벌 네크워크의 구축의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 전통적인 무역의 대면 마케팅(Face to face marketing) 방식에서 점차 탈피, 거래정보의 데이터베이스(D/B)화 등 전자무역의 저변확대를 위해 산업자원부 등을 중심으로 거래알선(trade leads) 단계에서 점차 확대, 계약체결 이후의 무역자동화(Trade Automation)까지 전자무역의 영역확대 및 정착화를 통해서 국제상거래 기능의 고효율 저비용구조의 추구는 바람직하다. 또한 정부의 수출드라이브 정책으로 추진되어온 기존 종합상사의 기능이 IMF관리체제 이후 강력한 구조조정(Restructuring)의 추진으로, 산업소재 중선의 특화 전문화된 상사로 기능이 전환되고 있는 시점에서, 전자무역의 핵심 추진축으로서 e-무역상사의 필요성은 더욱 증대되고 있는 바, IT를 활용 고도의 정보력을 구사하고 비즈니스의 발굴 및 제안, 추진하는 주체로서의 기능도 강화하며 전자자유무역시장(e-FTA), 전자구상무역시장(e-G2G)도 개척할 수 있는 바, 이와 관련해 한국의 전자무역 확산 전략 방안을 제시한다.

최근 평생교육기관으로서의 공공도서관의 기능이 확대되면서 몇몇 공공도서관이 평생학습관으로 바뀌었다. 이에 공공도서관과 평생학습관의 서비스기능 차이를 비교 분석하여 공공도서관의 정보제공기능 역할재정립, 공공도서관에서의 평생학습프로그램의 변화, 도서관행정체계의 단일화를 통한 지역사회에서의 공공도서관의 정체성을 확립하고자 하였다.
