The study was conducted for cohering academical achievement of serious game studies as well as for attempting to give directions for interdisciplinary development. The purpose of the study were, first, it provides a rationale for integrating game studies lied scattered into a game study field or game industry. Second, by providing exemplary studies according to categories and by analyzing how those studies have been studied, this study provides a milestone for future researchers who are interested in serious game studies. In the article, the author suggests the extended definition of educational serious game study. The educational serious game study is "the study which investigates educational affordances of game including both explicitly intended designed for education and designed for fun but having implicit educational meanings, through the context of formal educational settings as well as informal environments." The author also researched how extended educational serious game studies have been researched according to four categories; game studies which researched educationally designed serious games, commercial games used for educational fields, educational serious games for informal learning, and those found meanings of games. This study has scholarly significance, especially on game study fields. for delineating game studies, a range of proposed and actual applications of educational serious game are reviewed, guiding directions for future studies.

Waterfall 모델에서의 소프트웨어 개발 단계는 사용자로부터 요구 사항을 정의하고, 이것이 다음 단계의 input 이 되어 개발자에 의해 작업이 진행되는 개발 양식을 따른다. 시스템 요구 사항을 정의할 때에, 프로세스 관점에서 사용자 업무를 이해하고, 이 프로세스에서 사용되는 시스템과의 관계를 정의하여 요구 사항으로 함께 정의한다면, 단순한 시스템의 기능을 정의하여 개발하는 것 보다 시스템의 사용 목적을 이해하고 개발하게 됨으로써, 더 만족도 높은 시스템으로 개발할 수 있게 된다. 프로세스 관점에서 이해하고 정의하는 시스템의 요구 사항은 시스템 보수 작업(Maintenance)시에도 시스템의 상황이 현재 업무 프로세스와 어떻게 연계되어 있는지 파악하기 용이하고, 테스트 단계에서도 테스트 조건이나 테스트 시나리오로서도 활용이 가능하다. 새로운 업무를 담당하는 사람에게도 시스템 개발 요구 사항에서 정의된 업무 프로세스 맵(Map)이 관련 업무를 파악할 수 있는 기초 자료로 재 활용 될 수도 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 리엔지니어링에서 사용하는 비즈니스 프로세스 맵핑(Mapping) 기술을 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 적용하여, 요구 분석 단계에서 사용하는 분석 도구로서의 응용을 제안하고자 한다.

The National Library of Korea is administering a legal deposit system for the printedpublications. Whereas, OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources) has to design a system to collect, manage and preserve web sites and web resources for Web Archiving. The purpose of this study is to develop a digital deposit process for digital resources. As a result, this study defines the subjects and objects for digital deposits, and describes the definitions and the functions according to digital deposit steps. Also, this study designs the data flow diagram and proposes the function definitions on unit works and the structure for the flow of information.

개별논문 평가를 위해 제안된 altmetric가 주목받고 있다. altmetrics에서는 개별 논문의 트윗의 건수를 평가요소 중 하나로 활용한다. 그러나 여러가지 목적으로 작성된 트윗을 단일하게 처리하는 것은 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 과학 논문에 달린 트윗들을 분석하여 기능의 범주를 정의하고 분류체계를 제시하였으며, 기존의 논문의 인용기능 분류 실험을 실시하여 그 결과와 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 향후 도출한 트윗 기능 분류에 대한 개선과 추가적인 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

본 논문에서는 조선 블록분할 공정계획의 CAD화를 위한 요구기능의 정의와 이의 구현을 위하여 기존의 Steerbear와 같은 와이어프래임 모델링(Wire Frame Modeling) CAD 시스템에서는 처 리할 수 없는 기능을 범용 솔리드 모델러 상에서 필요한 소프트웨어 모듈을 개발하여 기능 검 증을 하였다. 기능 검증의 도구(tool)로서 CAD 데이터베이스의 접근이 가능한 Pro/ENGINEER를 이용하였으며 CAD 데이터베이스의 접근 도구는 Pro/DEVELOPE을 사용하였다.

ITU에서 정의하는 차세대네트워크(NGN)의 추진 목적은 음성/데이터/멀티미디어의 다양한 서비스를 단일 패킷 통신망에 수용하고, 전달/제어 기능을 분리함으로써 서비스 수용과 통신망의 운용/유지/보수의 효율성을 제고하는 것으로 정의될 수 있다. 한편 통신망 사업자의 입장에서는 killer applications의 제공을 통한 매출 증대의 목적보다는 통신망 구축을 위한 투자비와 운용 비용의 절감으로 인한 수익 극대화에 초점을 맞추고 있다.(중략)

The software defined networks implement a software network control plane, which is physically separated from the data plane. For wide area software defined network deployments, multiple controllers are required, and the placement of these controllers influences importantly the performance of the software defined networks. This paper proposes a Tabu search algorithm, which is one of the meta heuristic algorithms, for an efficient controller placement in software defined networks. In order to efficiently obtain better results, we propose new neighborhood generating operations, which are called the neighbor position move and the neighbor number move, of the Tabu search algorithm. We evaluate the performances of the proposed algorithm through some experiments in terms of the minimum latency and the execution time of the proposed algorithm. The comparison results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing genetic algorithm and random method under various conditions.

In this paper, we propose ER_Modeler, which is a logical database design tool based on entity-relationship model. ER_Modeler provides the entity-relationship diagrams to be built graphically on windows and generates the graphs into the appropriate data definition language for creating relational database tables. Furthermore, ER_Modeler provides the import/export functions using XML to guarantee the interoperability with ERwin which is one of the most popular commercial products.

새로운 도시교통 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 시스템의 적용지역 검토 후 운영자, 이용자, 공급자 측면에서의 요구사항 도출과 아울러 이를 토대로 하여 시스템 요구사항을 도출하였다. 이는 기능 및 성능으로 구분할 수 있고 하부시스템별로 기능과 성능을 할당하여 각 하부시스템의 기능과 주요 장치가 갖추어야 할 조건, 용량 등을 정의하였다. 또한 환경요구사항 및 하부 시스템별 기기의 동작 조건등을 정의하여 시스템 개념을 확립하였다.
