This paper deals with an EJB-based database agent(component) used to define workflow processes, which is a core function of the e-Chautauqua workflow management system that is an on-going research product. We describe about how to design and implement the EJB-based DB agent that is deployed on EJB server as a component. The agent is located between the build-time clients and the database system, and manages database accesses, such as retrieves and stores, from the workflow definition components. Through the EJB technology, we are able to accomplish a stable database agent that can be characterized by the distributed object management, reliable recovery mechanism from system failovers, reliable large-scale transaction management, and the security functions.

B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 경우 사용자 인터페이스에 관련된 부분에서만 차이를 보일 뿐 시스템의 기능적인 요구사항과 아키텍처는 유사하며 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트나 COTS 제품을 사용하여 시스템의 많은 부분을 구축할 수 있다. 따라서 쇼핑몰 시스템 구축 시 매번 각 기능들을 설계하고 구현하는 것은 중복 투자를 하는 것과 같다. 이에 본 논문에서는 B2C 소핑몰 시스템의 공통 요구사항을 기반으로 B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템 구축을 위한 프로덕트 라인을 제시한다. 쇼핑몰 시스템 구축에 프로덕트 라인을 적용한다면 중복 투자를 줄이고 미리 준비한 COTS 제품이나 컴포넌트를 사용하여 좋은 품질의 시스템을 빠르게 구축할 수 있다. B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 프로덕트 라인을 제시하기 위해 프로덕트 라인의 Core Asset Development 프로세스를 수행하여 쇼핑몰 시스템에 특화된 Product Line Scope, Core Assets, Production Plane을 정의하였다. B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 Product Lien Scope는 웹 상에서 물건 판매, 주문 정보 접수, 고객 정보 관리 등의 공통점과 가격의 고정 여부, 검색 등 기타 기능, 공동구매 기능 등의 차이점으로 정의할 수 있다. Core Asset는 B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 아키텍처와 시험 및 설계 방법, 재사용 가능한 컴퍼넌트 목록 등이 있다. 마지막으로 Production Plan은 각각의 Core Asset의 부착 프로세스를 연결하여 제시한다. B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 Production Plan은 프로젝트 계획, 아키텍처 정체, 사용자 인터페이스 프로토타핑, 컴포넌트 획득, 구현, 통합 및 테스팅, 운영 단계로 구성된다.

최근에는 네트워크가 진화하고 데이터 처리기술이 발달하여 디지털 데이터가 활성화되면서, 기존 데이터 처리 방식으로 감당하기 힘든 규모의 데이터인 빅데이터가 매일 생산되고 있다. 이러한 대규모 데이터는 분석 및 관리를 하는데 어렵고 시간이 많이 걸리지만, 분석을 함으로써 새롭고 유용한 많은 정보를 얻을 수가 있다. 이처럼 빅데이터 분석을 통해 얻어지는 정보가 기존 분석 방식에서 얻어지는 정보와 다른 새로운 정보이기에 많은 산업분야에서 빅데이터 처리에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라, 의료분야에서도 빅데이터를 효율적으로 처리 및 관리하기 위한 시스템 구축을 시도하고 있다. 즉, 기존에 정형화 되어 있는 의료 데이터를 분석하여 얻는 정보에 비정형화 되어있는 의료 데이터를 추가하여 새로운 정보를 도출하려 시도하고 있다. 하지만, 여러 병원에서 서로 호환이 가능한 의료 빅데이터 처리 및 관리 시스템을 사용하기 위해서는 명확한 의료 빅데이터 처리 및 관리에 대한 요구사항과 기능정의가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 의료 빅데이터 처리 및 관리를 위한 요구사항과 기능정의를 하고 의료 빅데이터 처리 및 관리 시스템 구조를 구축하고자한다.

As interest in functional safety has recently increased, application of functional safety standards has been required in various industrial fields. A functional safety standard is a document that defines functional safety-related activities required to prevent system malfunctions. All activities defined in this standard are required differentially according to the classification results calculated through the risk analysis and assessment of the system. In the field of domestic weapon systems, there is a manual for the development and management of weapon system software issued by the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA ). This manual requires static and dynamic analysis of software for functional safety related activities. However, the manual does not specifically address the classification activity through risk analysis and assessment as required for the preceding activities. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the problems of the manual based on the representative functional safety standards, and propose improvement plans.

Recently, VoIP technology is being accepted as are the most promising Internet telephony service, due to the substitution effect of traditional telephony service. Two standards, i.e, . H.323 and SIP. have emerged for signaling and control for Intemet telephony, of which SIP provides far lower complexity and rich extensibility. It is important to secure components of SIP in order to develop various services. Generally, open source codes provide basic functions of SIP as well as complicated structure, but are difficult to extend. In this thesis, we focused on offering interface mechanism between application and SIP User Agent to easily extend for various VoIP services. This thesis describes what function is needed for SIP User Agent, how to define the internal data structure, and how to define the internal processing procedure. The check iist derived through participating the interoperability event for stabilized SIP User Agent is also suggested.

This paper was intended to examine the function of emotion that affects the accuracy of statements in the context of eyewitness testimony. The main emotion theories and concepts introduced in previous studies examining the relation between testimony accuracy and negative emotions were examined based on the characteristics of the research method. The results were presented in the order of emotion definition, emotion inducing method, and emotion measurement method. Specifically, the definition of emotion was described based on studies on negative emotions, arousal, stress, and mood. The emotion inducing method was mainly described based on images, virtual reality, and staged events designed by researchers, which have been mainly used in laboratories. Emotion measurement methods were described with respect to the self-report, behavioral checklist, and psychophysiology. In addition, the emotional approach for objective and scientific repeated verification, the importance of effective experimental design and appropriate scientific memory test, and the need for individual difference control were discussed. This paper reinterprets the contradictions shown by previous research by systematically structuring the function of emotion that affects the accuracy of testimony. It was meaningful to provide a frame for comparative analysis of related studies. Ultimately, it is expected that such knowledge will be used as basic documents for judging the reliability of eyewitness testimony in a legal context.

SNMP(Simple Network Management protocol) 기반 망 관리 에이전트 기능을 구현하기 위해서는 에이전트 시스템 특성에 따른 표준 MIB(Management Information Base)을 구현하여 SNMP가 사용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이때, SNMP 망 관리 에이전트 기능에 구현된 MIB은 망 관리를 위해 해당 객체(object)에 접근할 수 있는 가상의 정보일 뿐 MIB에 정의된 각 객체에 대한 값은 해당 MIB 정보를 제공하는 시스템 기능(이하 시스템 기능이라 함.)에서 제공된다. 이때 SNMP 망 관리 에이전트 기능에서는 시스템 기능과 어떠한 정합 방법으로 통신하는가 하는 문제는 시스템 구현 사항이다. 일반적으로 시스템 기능에서 각 객체별로 접근 가능한 API를 제공하여 SNMP 망 관리 에이전트 기능에서 이를 이용하도록 구현되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 방식의 문제점을 살펴보고, 테라 라우터에 구현하는 SMUX(SNMP Multiplexing) 프로토콜 정합 방법 및 IPC 정합 방법을 설명한다. 또한 IPC통신시 재사용 가능한 메시지 구조를 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 에서 정의한 디지털아이템의 파일 포맷의 구조 및 방법을 멀티미디어 파일 포맷으로 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 디지털아이템을 이진화하는 방법 및 기능, XML로 구성된 디지털아이템 선언(Digital Item Declaration)에서 미디어 리소스를 참조하는 방법 등이다. 제안한 멀티미디어 파일 포맷은 디지털방송, 무선통신, 인터넷 환경에서의 다양한 형태의 컨텐츠들을 효과적이고 체계적으로 조합할 수 있는 기능 및 효과적인 전송 기능을 제공하며, 향후 xml 기반 메타데이터와 미디어리소스를 포함하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 파일 포맷에 대한 참고 모델로서 사용될 수 있다.

컴퓨터 그래픽스를 이용하여 3차원 물체를 모델링하는 방법은 그 이론적 배경에서 크게 두 가지로 나뉘는데, 직선들과 삼각형 혹은 사각형들을 연결하는 폴리곤 모델링 방법과 NURBS(Non Uniform Ra-tional B-splines)라는 수학적으로 정의된 곡선 혹은 곡면을 이용하는 방법이 있다. 본 고는 이미 상용화되어 사용되고 있는 몇 가지 3차원 모델링 소프트웨어들의 기능 중에서 NURBS 모델링 기능을 살펴보고 이를 비교.분석해 본다.

본 논문에서는 거절기능을 갖는 음성인식 시스템의 시험운용에 대해 소개하였다. 거절기능은 소음 단어에 의한 방식과 인식 결과를 확인하는 방식을 둘 다 병행 사용하여 구현하였다. 소음단어는 필러모델을 정의하여 구현하였으며 인식결과를 확인하기 위해서는 선형변별기를 사용하였다. 연구실에서 구축한 음성 DB로 HMM 파라미터를 추출한 후 시험운용 6개월 동안 구한 음성 DB로 실험한 결과 84.1%의 인식률을 구하였으며 이때 거절률은 0.8%였다.
