In general, sign is the way of communication directing human beings with their daily activities particularly in urban circumstances. And sign planning is designing and installing signboards systematically in urban environment. Generally, the range of application in space sign is pretty wide, and it may safely be say that the attractiveness of the city image is considerably decided upon the sign system. The subject of this study investigates the meaning and the role of sign system applying on human environment, and disirable design direction cope with the constant change of city space. The present study doesn't specifically deals with the basic function of signboards only, but with the problems and solution corresponding with sign system as structual element in city environment.

This study recognized a individual central department of the government as an object that can be branded. Therefore, it was studied to understand the impact of the central department's brand equity on the credibility of the government. To evaluate the relationship between them, measurement items and hypothetical construct were developed based on the previous studies, then the impacts of the central department's brand equity on the government's credibility were assessed. To summarize, the measurement items developed based on the previous studies were refined to discover the components of the central department's brand equity. Then, factor analysis was performed. The results firstly showed that brand equity is consisted of awareness, functional and emotional assets. Secondly, it was found that awareness level of the central department has a positive impact on functional and emotional assets. Thirdly, functional and emotional assets of individual central department significantly affect the credibility of the central department. Lastly, the credibility of individual central departments positively influences the president's credibility. This study has an importance in a sense that it defines the elements of central department's brand equity, and provides a frame for an objective comparison.

The purpose of this study was to find out the areas and their constitute elements of new apprenticeship through the expert of vocational education to improve the growth potential in the field of industry. Through the three times Delphi research process final composing areas and elements(total 6 areas and 41 sub-elements) of new apprenticeship were extracted. Followings are specific study results of 41 sub-elements for the 6 areas. In area A(Technology Skill aspect) total nine sub-elements were deducted as follows. Technology skill's field appling ability, new technology skill's acquisition, quality assurance ability, research development ability, material management using ability, problem solving ability, core technology skill understanding ability, idea's imagery expressing ability, creative design ability. In area B(Institutional aspect) total five sub-elements were deducted as follows. Flexible human material support, precise division of works, objective result assessment, institutionalization of responsibilities and liabilities between teacher and student, institutionalization of duty invention reward. In area C(Affective aspect) total eight sub-elements were deducted as follows. Manners and cooperation between teacher & student and peer, values for job, basic attitude for technology, job ethic sense, respect of other organization, active action to organization change, attitude of technology successor, service mind. In area D(Self-improvement aspect) total nine sub-elements were deducted as follows. Self evaluation and reflection, cultivate of organization understanding, career planning and developing ability, sound philosophy of life, communication ability, decision making ability, prepare of individual competence enhance system, self-control ability improvement, reaction of unexpected situation. In area E(Knowledge aspect) total four sub-elements were deducted as follows. Basic knowledge of relevant area, knowledge of new technology & preceding technology, fusion and relocation of knowledge, practical knowledge. In area F(Environmental aspect) total six sub-elements were deducted as follows. Awareness of business environment, understanding of education and practice environment, understanding of apprenticeship's business demand, connectivity of region community, adapt ability of labor market's change, awareness of society environment change.

This paper is to clarify the literary value of sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok. As the author of Changseongamuirok is thought to be a person with considerable knowledge of sino-korean literature, the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can be the clue to examine his literary ability. Furthermore, evaluation on the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can have the verification of Changseongamuirok's literary value and of the author's ability to create novels and to compose literary pieces be possible, and is thought to help determining who wrote Changseongamuirok. The sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok is not necessary parts for composition or development of the entire piece but additional parts for explaining and verifying characters and situations. Functions and roles of the interposed sino-korean poems are indeed very limited, but it is thought that the reason the author interposed such sino-korean poems into the piece is that those poems perform functions more than superficial limited ones. When the composition of Changseongamuirok and the literary achievement of its interposed sino-korean poems are examined, it can be thought that the author of Changseongamuirok achieved the level of professional novel writer. From the point of view, it can be said that Changseongamuirok was written in the time closer to the $19^{th}$ century than to the $17^{th}$ century and that the author also had literary and narrative creativity with considerable sino-korean literary ability. Such an author adopted sino-korean poems since he thought those interposed sino-korean poems took important roles for strengthening novelistic value and literary excitement. Further and deeper interests in and researches on sino-korean poems interposed into novels of Joseon dynasty period are expected.

최근 전세계적 추세인 기후변화에 따라 빈번하게 발생하는 집중호우와 하천주변의 급격한 도시화로 인한 불투수면적 증가에 따라 동일한 하천에서도 시간이 지남에 따라 유출량이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 도시하천유역에서 침수피해 및 피해액이 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 피해를 방지하기 위해 우리나라는 국가하천, 지방하천, 소하천에 대한 치수계획을 수립하고 있으며 주기적으로 재수립하고 있는 실정이다. 하천에 대한 대표적인 치수계획인 하천기본계획은 하천에 대한 치수계획 뿐만 아니라 하천환경, 하천공간계획, 하천시설물 유지관리방안 등을 고려하여 수립하도록 하고 있다. 하지만 현재 수립되고 있는 하천기본계획을 자세하게 살펴보면 치수, 하천환경 등 분야별 조사 및 분석은 수행하고 있으나 연계성이 부족한 것이 사실이다. 예를 들어 하천의 치수측면의 요소는 하천환경을 구성하는 요소에 긍적적인 기능을 할 수도 있고, 부정적인 기능을 할 수도 있으며 하천환경 뿐만 아니라 친수공간 결정에 영향을 동시에 미칠 수 도 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천의 치수계획과 관련된 분야를 치수, 하천환경, 친수공간, 하천시설물 4개 분야로 구분하고, 각 분야를 구성하는 요소들이 타 분야 및 분야를 구성하는 요소들에 어떤 영향을 얼마나 미칠 수 있는 지에 대한 영향성 또는 민감도를 정량화하여 평가할 수 있는 기법을 개발하여 종합적인 하천치수계획이 수립될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 하천기본계획, 하천설계기준, 4개 분야에 대한 평가 관련 선행연구 분석을 통해 하천구성요소들 망라하여 목록화 하였고, 각 분야를 대표할 수 있는 주요 요소들을 도출하여 군집화 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 치수, 하천환경, 친수공간, 하천시설물 분야별 주요 하천구성요소는 도시하천에 대한 종합적인 치수계획을 수립하기 위한 기법을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the functional role of music, which is one of the main elements that make up PC games. To this end, theme music by genre of PC game was divided through analysis and then the relationship between variables was analyzed by visually positioning the distance between 'music type', 'structural element of music' and 'image' using multiple correspondence matching analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a difference in location between the types of music by game genre, the structural elements of music, and the characteristics of the image.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전산망은 관련기술의 발달로 다양한 기능과 서비스를 제공한다 이러한 전산망 구성 요소를 효과적으로 감시하고 통제할 수 있는 전산망 관리의 필요성은 높아가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순한 네트워크 관리 프로토콜인 SNMP를 임베디드 리눅스 시스템상에서 구현하여 효율적인 네트워크 관리를 위한 추가적인 기능을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 SNMP 에이전트와 SNMP 매니저간의 상호작용을 통해 네트워크 장비들을 효율적으로 관리하고 제어할 수 있어서 효과적인 네트워크 관리가 예상된다.

With the increase of the number of Internet users, various methodologies have been proposed for the effective design of web page. However, the prior methodologies have focused only on the functional aspect of web page while ignoring the emotional aspects of web pages. This paper focuses on the emotional design of home pages and aims to provide a methodology to design a web page suitable for goal emotions. In order to achieve the main purpose, we have conducted three related studies. First, we have identified basic emotional dimensions representing various feeling users have from web pages as a pool of emotional adjectives. Second, we have identified key design elements related to the emotion by observing the design process of expert designers. Third, we examined the causal relation between the perceived emotion and designed elements. The results indicate that some design elements are more effective to produce certain feeling than others. This paper ends with limitations and implications of the study results.

유한요소법의 강의와 학습을 지원하는 컴퓨터 기반 교육시스템(computer-based training system)을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 유한요소해석을 요소 모델링에서부터, 최종결과의 계산에 이르기까지 여러 개념과 과정을 가시화하고, 사용자가 직접 상호작용 적으로 실습하고, 해석과정에 개입하여 모의 조작(simulation)하며, 그 반응을 관찰할 수 있는 여러 기능을 갖추고 있다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 실제적인 유한요소해석을 실행 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 시스템을 유한요소법의 보조 교육 재료로 활용할 뿐만 아니라 실제적인 유한요소해석 소프트웨어로 병용함으로써 유한요소법의 교육과 학습의 효과를 높일 수 있다.

In order to improve mathematical problem-solving ability, there has been a need for research on practical application of meta-affect which is found to play an important role in problem-solving procedure. In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of the sociodynamical aspects of the meta-affective factor of the successful problem-solving procedure of small groups in the context of collaboration, which is known that it overcomes difficulties in research methods for meta-affect and activates positive meta-affect, and works effectively in actual problem-solving activities. For this purpose, meta-functional type of meta-affect and transact elements of collaboration were identified as the criterion for analysis. This study grasps the characteristics about sociodynamical function of meta-affect that results in successful problem solving by observing and analyzing the case of the transact structure associated with the meta-functional type of meta-affect appearing in actual episode unit of the collaborative mathematical problem-solving activity of elementary school students. The results of this study suggest that it provides practical implications for the implementation of teaching and learning methods of successful mathematical problem solving in the aspect of affective-sociodynamics.
