The objective of the study was to analyze difference in cognitive function according to social isolation level in elderly Korean. The author classified the social isolation into the structural isolation and contact isolation. Structural isolation corresponded to the no spouse or no children and the contact isolation corresponded to the absence of contact with children, friends or social association. Author conducted multivariate regression analysis with the elderly people aged 65 years or older from the 5th wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing data. Number of sample was 3,971. It was confirmed that the level of cognitive function was lower according to level of social isolation. It was also confirmed that friends/neighborhood isolation, and social activity isolation showed significant relationships with cognitive functions. Based on the results, author suggested that to protect the elderly from negative effects of social isolation, we needed the policy to promote elderly's the participation in social activity. The study to analyze the factors related to social isolation was also needed.

본 증례연구는 복합손상을 가진 척수손상환자의 재활치료과정을 소개하여 유사한 사례의 치료에 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다. 증례연구의 대상자인 26세의 남자환자는 흉수 4번 완전손상과 사고 당시 전기화상에 의한 좌측하박 절단과 우측손의 정중신경이 마비되었다. 치료초기에는 일상생활동작 검사에서 MBI (Modified Barthel Index) 점수가 22점으로 독립적으로 가능한 것은 거의 없었고, 기능적으로도 모든 도움이 필요한 상태였으나 재활치료결과 독립적으로 가능한 기능수행 능력은 돌아눕기, 일어나 앉기, 침상에서 의자차로 이동하기, 의자차 굴리기였고 제한적이기는 하지만 독립적으로 가능한 일상생활동작은 식사, 상의 입기, 의자차와 같은 높이의 이동 등이 가능하여 MBI 점수가 47점을 나타내었다. 이 환자의 초기의 장기치료목표는 전동 의자차를 이용하여 보호자의 도움을 줄이는 것이었다. 그러나 환자가 익숙하게 의지를 사용하였으며 일반 의자차 사용을 위해 필요한 만큼의 근력증가가 있었고, 의자차에 앉은 상태의 균형감각이 증가하여 목표를 수정하여 일반 의자차를 사용하도록 하였다. 환자 본인이 가지고 있는 재활 잠재력을 최대로 이끌어낼 수 있도록 유도한 결과 부분적으로 제한이 있었지만 실내에서는 의자차를 이용하여 독립적인 생활이 가능하였다.

Intrusion prevention systems (IPS) are important solution about solved problems for inside system security or outsider attacks. When introduce this system, first consideration item is secured rather than multiple function. Colored Petri Nets (CPNs) used that in order to secured verification for user authentication function of intrusion prevention system security model. CPNs is a graphical modeling language suitable for modeling distributed, concurrent, deterministic or non-deterministic systems with synchronous. Like these CPNs was expressed every possible state and occurrence graph. Secured of IPS security model was verified because expression every state using CPN tool and as a result of analyzing the occurrence graph was without a loop or interruption.

The purpose of this study was to compare the health status, functional status, and home environment hazards by the fear of falling and explore the factors that contribute to the fear of falling. This was a descriptive study. Data were collected for two years with 973 older adults who enrolled in a health center at A city. Trained nurses visited subjects' home and collected data using Resident Assessment Instrument MDS-HC. The average age of the subjects was 76.8 (±7.6) and female was 74.8%. 20.7% of subjects reported fear of falling. In terms of the fear of falling, two groups were compared. There were significant differences in vision, urinary incontinence, pain that interrupts daily activity, unstable gait, comorbidities, frequency of depressive or anxious sign. The greater the age, IADL and ADL dependency, comorbidities, unstabled gait, the more fear of falling. In conclusion, this study reassured the importance of assessing the major factors related to fear of falling such as age, IADL and ADL, comorbities, gait among older adults. This study will contribute to establish strategies for preventing fall. Reducing the fear of falling through the comprehensive nursing intervention will ultimately improve the quality of life in the elderly.

위성을 발사하기 전까지는 지상에서 EGSE(Electrical Ground Support Equipment)를 이용하여 충분한 시스템 단위의 위성체 기능 시험을 수행한다. KOMPSAT-2(Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite - 2)와 같은 소형 위성의 서브시스템 각각이 요구사항에서 제시하는 규격을 만족하는지 여부를 점검하는 단계에서 전력계 관련 서브시스템의 기능 시험도 EPS(Electrical Power Subsystem) Test Plan에 의해 순차적으로 수행한다. KOMPSAT-2 ETB(Engineering Test Bed)에서의 전력계 시험은 먼저 Test Fuse Modules Check를 수행하였다. 퓨즈 모듈은 PCU(Power Control Unit) 상에 설치되어 있는 장치로써 퓨즈 모듈의 입력과 출력 사이에 도통성 및 다른 출력과의 절연성을 검증한다. 다음으로 EGSE 중 PMTS(Power Monitor Test Set)와 PCU와의 직렬 인터페이스를 점검하는 PCU Interface Check를 수행하였다 시험절차서에 따라 PCU가 가지는 릴레이 스위치에 대하여 명령어를 보내어 릴레이의 동작 상태 및 출력 전압 등을 점검한다. 다음 단계에서는 DC Integration을 수행하여 ETB 하니스 중 전원 관련 라인을 점검하였다 PCU는 모든 위성체 하드웨어에 전력을 공급하는 장비로써 과전력으로부터 하드웨어를 보호하기 위하여 하니스를 연결하기 전에 우선적으로 시험한다. 다음으로는 ECU(EPS Control Unit)가 각각에 해당하는 하드웨어에 명령어를 보내어 전력계 전체적인 동작 상태 검증하는 EPS Hardware Command & Telemetry Checkout을 수행하였다. ECU는 전력계의 모든 하드웨어를 제어하고 그 상태를 모니터링하는 기능을 한다. PCU와의 인터페이스를 통하여 전력의 제어 및 분배에 관련되는 특성을 제어 및 모니터하며 DDC(Deploy Device Controller)는 ECU로부터 명령어를 받아서 arm 및 safe 상태에 대한 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다 그리고, SAR(Solar Array Regulator)는 ECU로부터 Bypass Relay 및 ARM Relay에 관한 명령어를 받아 수행되며 그에 따른 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다. 마지막으로 EPS 소프트웨어를 검증하는 EPS Software Verification을 수행하였다 전력계 소프트웨어의 설계의 검증 부분은 현재 설계 제작된 전력계 .소프트웨어의 동작 특성 이 위성 의 전체 운용개념과 연계하여 전력계 소프트웨어가 전력계 및 위성체의 요구조건을 만족시키는지를 확인하는데 있다. 전력계 운용 소프트웨어는 배터리의 충ㆍ방전을 효율적으로 관리해 3년의 임무 기간동안 위성체에 전력을 공급할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다

중장년자에서는 생활습관에 의한 질병이 대부분인 바 그 주요 원인인 생활습관은 산소소모가 공통적인데도 불구하고 이를 근거로 한 기능관리는 건강관리 측면에서 취급된 바 없다. 띠리사 기능관리에 의한 건강관리의 예로써 생활습관의 평가와 고나리에 있어서의 기상계 호흡기능검사의 역할을 소개하고 기능관리에 의한 건강관리, 건강상태를 이용한 건강관리, 일반호흡기능검사의 의의와 한계, 새로 개발된 기상계 호흡기능검사 지표의 의의, 건강정도로 본 건강관리를 소개하고자 한다.

This study investigated the effect of social support (MOS-SSS), and physical (ADL, IADL) and mental (CES-D, MMSE-K) function on the quality of life (WHOQOL- BREF) among the elderly at care facilities. The survey respondents were 524 elderly aged 65 and older living in 15 care facilities located in D city. Data were collected through a personal interview conducted by interviewers who visited each care facility from November 2015 to January 2016. As a result, the quality of life was significantly lower in the elderly group with lower social support, with dysfunction in ADL and IADL than in the normal range group, with depression and cognitive impairment group than in the normal range group. The quality of life had a significant positive correlation with social support, ADL, IADL and cognitive impairment, but a significant negative correlation with depression. According to the results of covariance structure analysis, physical function had a greater impact on the quality of life than mental function or social support. Lower quality of life was associated with lower physical and mental function and lower social support. Therefore, concrete measures need to be devised to enhance physical function in order to improve the quality of life among the elderly in care facilities.

Even many kinds of Internet-based services have been generated due to the great development of the Internet. PSTN still exists in the center of the national infrastructure network and the transit exchanges will be maintained the core roles in PSTN for many years in the future. These transit exchanges often suffer from unexpected overload situation because they have to process Intelligent Network calls and mobile calls additionally as well as POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). In this paper, we suggest an efficient overload control algorithm for the distributed transit switching system under the various types of call services. We also show that this algorithm can be implemented easily cooperating with the network management control functions. The simulation technique is used to show that the proposed algorithm effectively controls calls and maintains safely the call processor's load under the various kinds of overload situations.
