The present study aimed to identify the effects of the trunk stability exercise on functional movement, dynamic balance, and trunk stability in patients with chronic low back pain, and to compare the difference among yoga exercise, pilates exercise and core exercise. Forty-three patients with chronic low back pain were divided into three groups; 15 yoga groups, 15 pilates groups, and 13 core exercise groups. All subjects were tested the Functional movement, dynamic balance, and trunk stability using Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Lower Quater Y-Balance Test (YBT-LQ) and Trunk Stability Test (TST), respectively, and after each 8-week exercise program was applied, all variables were retested. After exercising during 8 weeks, FMS, YBT-LQ and TST scores of all three groups were significantly improved, compared to before, but there were no interaction effect among three groups depending on application of exercise program. These results showed that yoga, pilates and core exercise help to improve functional movement, dynamic balance and trunk stability in adults with chronic low back pain.

컴퓨터에서 안정성은 가장 중요시된다. 파일 시스템의 안정성이 문제가 되어 시스템이 다운되거나 여러 가지 문제가 발생할 경우, 데이터가 손상 되거나 데이터 복구가 불가능하게 될 수 있다. EXT3 파일 시스템은 이러한 문제점을 보안하기 위해 기존의 EXT2 파일 시스템에 저널링 기능이 추가된 파일 시스템이다. EXT3 파일 시스템은 매우 안정적이고, 기존의 EXT2 파일 시스템에서의 변경 과정이 쉽고 간단하여 일반적으로 많이 사용 되고 있는 저널링 파일 시스템이다. EXT3 파일 시스템은 기본적으로 ordered mode 를 사용하는데 메타데이터가 저널에 기록되는 추가적인 과정이 이루어져야 하기 때문에 성능의 저하가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 ordered mode 에 압축 저장 기법을 적용하여 효율적인 공간 관리와 쓰기 속도가 향상된 ordered mode 저널링 기능을 제안하여 파일 시스템 기능을 개선하고자 한다.

본 연구는 키토올리고당이 우유에 첨가되었을 때에 색과 점도에 영향을 미치는 것을 방지하기 위하여 키토올리고당을 나노캡슐화하여 우유에 첨가하여 그 변화를 연구하였다. 혈중 콜레스테롤의 저하 기능이 있는 키토올리고당은 우유 첨가 시 원래의 특성을 변형시키나 나노캡슐 첨가시에는 88.08%의 높은 수율을 나타내며 0.5% 첨가시 점도와 색에 유의적 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 키토올리고당 나노캡슐은 온도에 크게 영향 받지 않으며 저장기간이 동안에(증류수 25일, 우유 15일)캡슐의 감소가 크지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 관능 평가시에는 나노캡슐 1.5%의 농도까지 시유와 유의적 차이를 느끼지 못하였다. 실험 결과, 키토올리고당의 우유 적용시 적색화와 점도 저하를 나노캡슐 적용을 통해 해결하고 나노캡슐의 저장에 따른 안정성이 온도에 안정한 물질이라 판단된다. 또한 나노캡슐을 우유에 적용시 관능적으로도 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 결과적으로 키토올리고당의 나노캡슐화는 우유에 적용이 가능하여 이화학적 및 관능적인 면에서 혈중 콜레스테롤 저하 기능성 우유로 가능성을 시사하였다.

최근 들어 치수 기능만을 위한 공학적 효율 위주의 하천관리 정책에서 벗어나 하천의 환경적 기능의 개선을 위한 생태하천으로의 복원사업이 이루어지고 있다. 치수적 안정성 확보를 위해 기 설치된 콘크리트 호안을 철거하는 대신에 복토후 식생매트리스 공법을 통한 자연친화적인 하천공법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 홍수로 부터 제방을 보호하기 위하여 일반적으로 제방 사면에 호안을 설치한다. 설계 홍수량의 규모가 작거나, 상대적으로 규모가 작은 하천에는 호안이 설치되어 있지 않는 경우도 있지만, 국내는 하천계획의 수립시 호안을 설치하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 이와 같은 자연친화적인 하천공법의 적절한 수리학적 기준이 제시되지 않아 홍수기 유실로 인한 경제적 손실이 자주 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직선수로에 친환경적인 호안을 설치하여 실험을 통하여 하천의 안정성을 살펴보았다.

TDX-10 교환기 시스팀은 결합도가 낮은 여러 서브시스팀이 연동하여 다양한 기능을 수행하는 분산처리 구조로 구성되었다. 각 서브 시스팀은 여러 프로세서가 기능을 분담하는데, 각 프로세서의 소프트웨어는 여러 실행모듈의 집합으로 구성된다. 실행모듈은 프로그램의 구성 단위로서 개별적으로 컴파일되어, 독립적인 메모리 영역에서 부여된 기능을 수행한다. 실행모듈에는 여러 프로세서가 생성되어 동시성 제어에 의해서 부여된 기능을 처리한다. 교환기 시스팀은 어떠한 상황하에서도 전화가입자에게 서비스의 연속성을 보장하는 높은 신뢰성을 유지해야 한다. 장애감내 소프트웨어는 오류(error)를 검출하고 이의 확산을 방지하며, 오류검출시에는 복구처리 루틴을 수행시켜 시스팀의 안정적 운용과 유지를 보장해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 메시지를 교환하면서 자치적으로 부여된 기능을 수행하는 여러 실행모듈들로 구성되는 분산 시스팀의 장애를 효율적으로 검출하여 장애의 확산을 방지하고, 시스팀의 안정적 유지를 가능하게 하는 복구 방법에 대하여 기술하였다.

A system of risk assessment is developed by using the reliability analysis which evaluate quantitatively both stability and performance of sloped-coastal structures according to several scenarios of sea-level rise. By using reliability functions on armor unit and run-up, the probabilities of failure can be straightforwardly calculated with respect to several design parameters such as nominal diameter of armor unit, slope of coastal structure, and freeboard height. By comparing the results before and after sea-level rise, it may be possible to exactly assess some ranges of decrease of stability and performance of sloped-coastal structure with respect to sea-level rise. Therefore, it can also be possible to make a decision which parameters should be repaired or strengthened in order to maintain the original stability and performance of sloped-coastal structures. Finally, The present results may be useful for designing some kinds of new sloped-coastal structures including the effect of sea-level rise.

Intrusion prevention systems (IPS) are important solution about solved problems for inside system security or outsider attacks. When introduce this system, first consideration item is secured rather than multiple function. Colored Petri Nets (CPNs) used that in order to secured verification for user authentication function of intrusion prevention system security model. CPNs is a graphical modeling language suitable for modeling distributed, concurrent, deterministic or non-deterministic systems with synchronous. Like these CPNs was expressed every possible state and occurrence graph. Secured of IPS security model was verified because expression every state using CPN tool and as a result of analyzing the occurrence graph was without a loop or interruption.

The purpose of this study was to examine the convergence correlation between physical characteristics and functional movement screen(FMS). Overall, 193 adults with normal single measurement values participated in the study. For data analysis, we used the SPSS Ver. 26.0 statistical program to perform t-tests and to determine Pearson's correlation coefficients for variables. Data analysis revealed significant sex differences in the active straight-leg raise and trunk stability push up tests (P<.05). In addition, our data analysis also revealed a negatively correlation between body fat percentage and FMS tests, except in the shoulder mobility and active straight leg raise test. In the active straight leg raise, the quality of functional movement was higher in women than in men; while in the trunk stability push ups, the quality of functional movement was higher in men than in women. Therefore, we conclude that men should reinforce the flexibility of the lower extremities, and females should apply upper body muscular strength for better trunk stability movement.

2003년 미 북동부의 대정전 이후 온라인 동적안정도 평가기능은 계통의 실시간 상태와 상정사고시 상태를 이해하는데 많은 기관에서 채택하고 있다. 우리나라도 현재 한계수명이 다한 EMS를 대체할 차기EMS 시스템의 도입시 계통 해석과 감시에 많은 장점을 갖고 있는 온라인 동적안정도 평가 가능을 검토하여 계통해석의 빠르고 정확한 환경을 조성하려고 하고 있으며 온라인 동적안정도 평가 기능이 활용된다면 현재 계통운영상태에 대한 안정성 평가에 많은 향상이 이루어지리라본다.
