기능 분해는 복잡한 시스템을 이해하기 위해 광범위에게 사용되는 시스템 모델링 기술이다. 기능 분해는 문제 영역을 기능별로 분해하는 데 그 기반을 두고 있으며 , 이는 시스템의 기능에 대한 식별을 전제로 한다. 일반적으로 시스템의 기능에 대한 식별은, 분석가에 의해 어떠한 조직적인 지침없이 비정형적으로 수행되는 것이 관례였다. 따라서 이러한 기법을 이용하면 시스템을 분할하거나 시스템의 기능을 올바르게 식별하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문은 이러한 기능 분석에 대해 use case을 이용한 기법을 제안하고자한다. 본 기법의 장점은 크게 두가지로 요약할수 있다. 첫째, 시스템의 분할과 기능에 대한 식별이 전통적인 기법보다 더 용이하다. 둘째, 시스템의 요구사항과 구현이 사용자에 의해 쉽게 검증될 수 있다. 본 기법은 하향식으로 이루어져, 구조적 분석과 같이 보편화된 기능 분석 기법들과 자연스럽게 병합될 수 있다. 본 논문은 이를 위해 use case의 식별, 그리고 이를 이용한 기능 분해를 단계적 과정과 가이드라인을 통해 설명하고, 이를 특정 에플리케이션에 적용하여 그 유용성을 입증한다.

생명체의 생명현상을 주관하는 각종 화학반응들은 단백질이 관여하고 있다. 단백질은 일정한 질서에 따라 서로 조립되기도 하고, 기능적으로 연관돼 네트워크를 이루고 있다. 이 네트워크를 구성하는 단백질-단백질 상호작용은 단백질의 기능과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 즉, 상호작용하는 단백질은 같은 기능을 수행할 가능성이 크다. 이러한 사실은 단백질-단백질 상호작용을 통해 기능이 알려지지 않은 미지 단백질의 기능을 예측할 수 있게 한다. 대표적인 연구로는 이웃 노드에 존재하는 기능분포를 이용하는 이웃노드 카운트(Neighborhood Counting)방식과 특정 기능의 나타날 빈도를 계산하여 기능을 예측하는 카이-제곱(Chi-Square)방식 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 단백질 기능 예측의 정확성을 높이기 위해 이들 두 방식의 장점을 취합한 보완된 카이-제곱 방식을 제안한다. 그리고 다양한 단백질 상호작용 네트워크 데이터를 비교 분석하여 보완된 카이-제곱 방식이 기능 예측의 정확성이 높음을 증명한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of wearing functional clothing over calf muscles on the muscle function of the calf and to verify whether functional clothing can increase calf muscle function. The participants of the study were 21 male students from University B who had no lower extremity abnormality. The measurement method was measured at 30°/sec and 120°/sec angle speed before and after wearing functional clothing on the right and left calves using Humac Norm of CSMI, a constant speed muscle function measuring instrument. No significant difference was observed during dorsiflexion when wearing functional clothing, but in plantar flexion, muscle strength and muscle endurance were significantly increased. Therefore, wearing functional clothing over the calves showed a positive effect on improving exercise function, and future research suggests a study comparing the degree of muscle function improvement between those wearing functional clothing and those not wearing it for athletes training ahead of the competition.

MSF(MultiService Switching Forum) 개념이 도입된 개방형 시스템 구조를 적용한 고성능 스위칭 시스템 개발이 필요하며, Media Gateway System은 ATM망에서 중저속의 Non-ATM 인터페이스를 수용하는 ATM access multiplexer/concentrator로서 ATM 물리계층 기능, ATM 계층 기능, 회선대행 기능, AAL2 trunking 기능, N-ISDN 연동 기능 및 FR/ATM 연동기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 Media Gateway System에 FR/ATM 연동 기능을 구현하기 위하여 적용할 연동 규격을 살펴보고 FR/ATM 연동시스템 구조를 제안하였다.

중장년자에서는 생활습관에 의한 질병이 대부분인 바 그 주요 원인인 생활습관은 산소소모가 공통적인데도 불구하고 이를 근거로 한 기능관리는 건강관리 측면에서 취급된 바 없다. 띠리사 기능관리에 의한 건강관리의 예로써 생활습관의 평가와 고나리에 있어서의 기상계 호흡기능검사의 역할을 소개하고 기능관리에 의한 건강관리, 건강상태를 이용한 건강관리, 일반호흡기능검사의 의의와 한계, 새로 개발된 기상계 호흡기능검사 지표의 의의, 건강정도로 본 건강관리를 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 근거리에 놓여있는 노트북, 휴대폰, PDA, 혜드셋 등 각종 이동 가능한 장치들을 하나의 무선네트워크로 연결할 수 있는 블루투스의 베이스밴드 시스템 프로토콜 기능을 분석하고 설계하였다. 즉, 전체적인 논리 기능구조를 설계한 후 하드웨어로 구현될 패킷생성 블록, HEC와 CRC 기능블륵, Whitening/Dewhitening 기능블록, FEC 기능블록, 입출력 블록(TX, RX 루틴), 클럭 생성 기능블록, 주파수 선별 기능블록, 오디오 기능블록 그리고, 패킷 제어 블록들의 처리절차를 Verilog HDL 코드로 설계 및 검증하였다.

유전자의 기능분석이 필요한 유전자 데이터의 양의 증가로 기능분석을 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 단백질의 기능과 구조가 밝혀지지 않은 새로운 단백질들의 그 기능을 예측하기 위해 제안된 가중치를 제안하여 새로운 클러스터링 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 단백질의 기능을 계통에 따라 구별하고 있는 pfam의 protein family database를 이용하여 기능을 알지 못하는 단백질에 대해 protein family를 분류하는 방법을 제안하고, 이미 알고있는 데이터를 이용하여 제안된 방법의 기능분석 및 성능을 평가하고자 한다.

This study focuses on the reconstruction of buffer greens which were installed to reduce environmental effects on roadsides constructed in the 1980s, in order to supplement various urban green functions. The subjects were buffer greens installed along the Songpadaero and Nambusunwhanro in Songpa-gu. Planting was suggesting to strengthen the buffer, landscape, shading and ecological function according to the use of the buffer green surroundings. The surroundings of the green axis subjects are high-rise apartment areas, neighboring commercial areas, commercial working areas, transportation facility areas, urban support facility areas, schools, parks, etc. However, the structure of the buffer greens were uniformed with Plantanus occidentalis and Ginkgo biloba and Zelkova serrata in the canopy layer and with Forsythia koreana and Ligustrum obtusifoliumin the shrub layer in lineal or alternate order, functioning only as buffer space. Therefore, the buffer greens need to be reconstructed， supplementing various functions according to land use, in order to improve the pedestrian walk area in terms of landscape and use of greens. In line with that, the planting improvement plans according to the land use patterns, and physical and ecological structure were classified into buffer and landscape, landscape and buffer, buffer and shading, and buffer and ecological function. In addition, improving planting function, species and facilities are suggested.

The study was performed to identify the functional status change of beneficiaries of Long-Term Care Insurance and its related factors. We conducted the logistic regression with 17,652 beneficiaries during August and September in 2008. As a result, activities of daily living(ADL), behavioral changes, rehab, instrumental activities of daily living(IADL) and cognitive function, followed by nursing care area were improved in a greater degree. For the institutional service, level-1 beneficiaries was significantly improved in rehab area and level-2 beneficiaries was improved in ADL. For the home-visit care service of in-home services, level-1 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, level-2 beneficiaries was improved in ADL and rehab area, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, cognitive function and behavioral changes. For the day-and-night care service, level-1 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, IADL, behavioral changes and rehab area, level-2 beneficiaries was improved in behavioral changes, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in cognitive function and behavioral changes. For the short-stay service, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in behavioral changes. By the above results, there was a difference in a functional improvement by level and used services. Therefore, government need to provide the personalized service system based on the objective and comprehensive understanding for health and functional status of beneficiaries.

시스템을 결정하는 품질 요소에는 여러 가지가 있으나 그 중에서도 유지보수성(Maintainability)이 높은 시스템을 만드는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 또한 유지보수성이 높은 시스템인지 여부를 시스템 개발이 완료 전에 측정하는 것도 어려운 문제이다. 모든 품질요소가 그렇겠지만 시스템을 구성하는 소프트웨어 아키텍처 수준에서 시스템의 품질을 명확히 측정해내지 못하고 시스템 개발 이후에 측정한다면 품질 향상을 위한 시스템 수정은 생각할 수도 없는 문제가 될 것이다. 이 논문은 유지보수성 중에서도 가장 중요한 기능확장성(Extensibility), 즉 기존 시스템에서 신규 서비스를 추가하려 할 때 기존의 서비스에 영향을 미치지 않으면서 비용 및 기간을 최소화하여 새로운 기능을 추가할 수 있는 품질 속성을 소프트웨어 아키텍처 수준에서 비교하는 방법을 정의하여 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 아키텍처 중에서도 기능확장성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 모듈 뷰를 기준으로 기능확장성을 측정할 갓이나 모듈 내부의 변경을 통한 기능확장성은 고려하지 않고 새로운 모듈의 추가로 인한 기능확장성을 고려하였다. 본 논문은 기 수립된 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 모듈 뷰가 가지는 고유한 기능확장성을 측정하는 함수를 제시하고 여기에 새로운 모듈이 추가될 매 변화한 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 기능확장 effort 함수를 제시한다. 이 두 함수를 통해 두 개의 대안 소프트웨어 아키텍처 모듈 뷰에서 어떤 것이 더 기능확장성이 있는지 판단할 수 있게 한다. 우리는 이를 검증하기 위해서 기능확장성이 좋다고 제시되고 있는 디자인 패턴(계층패턴과 Broker 패턴)을 통해 본 논문의 이론을 정립하고 그 효용성을 입증하였다. 따라서 소프트웨어 아키텍처 수준에서 기능확장성이 얼마나 가능한지 서로 비교 가능한 수치를 제시하였고 이 수치를 통해 실제 개발이 완료되기 전 시점에 시스템의 기능확장성을 명백히 측정할 수 있게 하여 시스템 기능 확장에 들어가는 많은 비용을 줄일 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.
