In this paper, we propose to confirm the perceptions of vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled by mental health service providers. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of vocational ability for the mentally disabled, family support, worker competence, and worker needs, targeting 132 workers at the mental health welfare center and mental rehabilitation facility, which are mental health service institutions in A Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed using the technical knowledge, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff? test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 program. In the end, the workers' desire for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled of workers in mental health service institutions was higher in mental rehabilitation facilities than in mental health welfare centers, and the competence of workers had a significant effect on the vocational skills and family support of the mentally disabled people. Therefore, it will be possible to ultimately promote vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled by strengthening the capacity for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped of mental health service providers in the future.

This study was carried out to provide basic data for improving oral health management plans by identifying the actual conditions of dental treatment use and criteria for selecting dental medical institutions for foreign students. The survey method was a survey of 145 foreign students at S University, and the collected data was conducted with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, dental caries treatment was the most common among all nationalities in the dental experience. When the oral health education program was important, the will to use dental treatment in the future was positive. Therefore, in the future, it is required to revitalize oral health education programs and provide health care information for foreign students.

YouTube videos of public institutions are digital public records that need to be managed and preserved. As such, the video and the metadata describing the video should also be preserved. This study aims to select the key metadata elements necessary for archiving videos published on YouTube by public institutions. To this end, five high-level areas, namely the description, structure, management, preservation, and user participation, and the metadata elements of 10 subareas, were designed by referring to NAK 8, PREMIS, ISAD(G), and YouTube metadata. Afterward, the metadata elements designed by 14 experts were verified. Lastly, the validity and reliability of the evaluation results were verified. Of the 63 elements, 33 satisfied the validity and reliability criteria. Thus, these elements were selected as the core metadata for archiving YouTube videos in public institutions.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of the evaluation of long-term care insurance visiting care service institutions for the elderly from the user's point of view. To this end, data from a survey of 266 users collected through allocation sampling by region(14 cities and counties) in Jeollabuk-do and public data from 47 institutions were combined and analyzed using a multi-layered model. The main research results are as follows. First, among the five evaluation areas, the higher the score in the 'Rights·Responsibility' area, which is to give users a sense of rights and respect users, the higher the service quality and satisfaction. Second, among the five evaluation areas, the 'Rights·Responsibility' area had an effect on loyalty. In addition, it was found that the 'Outcome' area for satisfaction with institutions and employees and changes in users had an effect on loyalty. Third, it was found that 'Institutional Management', 'Environment·Safety', 'Process' did not affect service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Based on these results, it is proposed to reorganize the evaluation scale that users can recognize and that is faithful to the purpose.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences before and after certification for internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions after conducting a survey on 297 members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, SPSS 26.0 was used, and to understand the effect of improvement of member satisfaction, job stress, and medical service on the hospital operation effect. As for the hospital operation effect of a nursing hospital, it was revealed that the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the higher the effect of the hospital operation. In the case of Western hospitals, the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the lower the job stress, the more the hospital operation effect can be seen to increase. As the basic value system of the medical institution certification system is the improvement of patient safety and quality of care, it is believed that the effect of the certification system was higher than that of Western hospitals due to mandatory certification in nursing hospitals.

This study was to identify the influence of awareness of medical institution certification, job satisfaction, nursing performance of psychiatric nurses. The participants were 140 psychiatric nurses and data was collected with questionnaire during Aug, 2018 to Oct, 2018. The result of this study, awareness of medical institution certification was 3.35 points, job satisfaction was 3.32 points, nursing performance was 3.74 points. The factors affecting the nursing performance were job satisfaction and current work experience, these variables explained 40.2% of the variance. The results of this study, it can be used as basic data for improving nursing performance of psychiatric nurses.

데이터가 기업 및 기관 활동의 중요한 자산으로 인식이 높아지고 있지만 저 품질 데이터로 인한 막대한 손실과 비용의 증가는 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육과학기술부와 KISTI에서 2007년부터 범부처 차원에서 수행중인 국가R&D 정보자원의 데이터 품질관리를 위해 각 부처와 협의하고 수행해 온 국가R&D 데이터 품질관리 체계 수립과 포털 사이트 구축에 관하여 알아본다. 범부처 국가R&D정보 자원의 데이터 품질관리체계 수립과 범부처 적용 지침 및 가이드라인 제시를 위해 NTIS사업단 및 15개 부처(16개 대표전문기관)의 실무팀장 및 DB 관리자 중심으로 총 33명의 설문을 실시하여 품질관리체계 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 부처(기관)별로 국가R&D표준정보 데이터품질 지표 마련과 주기별 데이터 품질 및 개선도 자체점검을 지원하기 위해, 데이터 점검기준과 절차를 마련하고 이를 기반으로 부처(기관)와 협력하여 데이터품질 점검을 기반을 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 품질관리체계와 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 자동화 솔루션을 운영하고자 본 논문에서는 NTIS 데이터 품질관리 체계 및 프로세스, 기능이 통합된 웹 포털 구축에 대해서도 알아본다.

This study investigated the situation of the Korea University and College libraries under the Japanese Occupation of Korea. Keijo Imperial University Library and Bosung College Library were subsidiary agencies and the other libraries were a section or a department. Keijo Commercial High College Library, Bosung College Library and Soongsil College Library had separate building, and the other college libraries shared a building with other sections or departments in the college. Keijo Imperial University Library had the largest staff and the other libraries had between one and four staff members.

본 연구는 D시와 G시에 소재한 어린이집 13기관에 재원 중인 영아 238명과 해당 영아의 어머니와 아버지 각 238명, 담임교사 45명(총 45학급)을 대상으로 영아의 기질과 어린이집 적응 변인이 교사의 직무만족과 교사-영아 관계에 어떠한 직 간접적인 영향력을 갖는지를 알아보고자 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 영아의 기질이 교사의 직무만족에 의해 매개되어 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 영아의 어린이집 적응 또한 직무만족에 의해 매개되어 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교사의 직무만족은 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 영아의 기질과 어린이집 적응, 두 잠재 변인 간의 매개 변인이다. 특히 영아의 기질은 교사의 직무만족과 교사-영아관계에 미치는 영향력이 영아의 어린이집 적응보다 크게 나타났으며, 영아-교사관계에는 기질이나 적응이 미치는 직접효과가 직무만족을 매개로한 간접효과보다 크게 작용하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 영아와 교사관계에 있어서 영아의 기질변인이 중요함을 드러내준다. 그러므로 본 연구는 다양한 변인간의 관계를 규명함으로서 영아 연구 범위의 폭을 확장하였다는 의의가 있다.

We treated 654 patients with simultaneous bilateral sympathectomy for essential hyperhidrosis from March 1989 to September 1997(354 males and 300 females). The exposure afforded by thoracoscopy is actually superior to that seen at the time of either thoracotomy or axillary thoracotomy. The use of single-lumen intubation with alternating partially collapsed lung by CO2 inflation resulted in shorter anesthesia, shorter operative time, and shorter hospitalization. 2-mm extended thoracoscopic T2-sympathectomy is not only a time-saving method but also a very simple and effective one in the treatment of hyperhidrosis by experienced surgeons. The modification on our technique of thoracoscopic sympathectomy as described allowed us to significantly improve our previous results. A majority of the patients were relieved, and over 95% were satisfied initially.
