Consumer's Satisfaction of Insurance Consumption: Focusing on Self-determination Theory (소비자의 보험소비만족에 관한 융합연구: 자기결정성 이론을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of voluntary purchasing motives on insurance consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect effects of insurance consumption satisfaction including psychological needs of consumers that induce voluntary purchase motivation based on psychological self-determinism theory. The research hypotheses and models were verified through structural equation analysis using online surveys of 1,225 insurance consumers. As a result of the study, the satisfaction of insurance consumption is increased when purchasing by voluntary purchase motive, in which consumers perceive the necessity of purchasing themselves. The positive perception of insurance consumption autonomy and insurance consumption environment increases the motivation to purchase voluntarily, Respectively. Through this study, it is suggested that excessive marketing of insurance companies and self-confidence of insurance consumers may hinder insurance consumption satisfaction and education of consumption attitudes of financial consumers to raise awareness of autonomous rights and responsibilities of insurance consumers.

The Variation of Emotions in Mathematical Problem Solving (수학 문제 해결 과정에서 학생들의 감정 변화에 대한 사례 연구)

  • The importance of problem solving in mathematics education has been emphasized and many studies related to this issue have been conducted. But, studies of problem solving in the aspect of affect domain are lacked. This study found the changing pattern of emotions that occur in process of a problem solving. The results are listed below. First, students experienced a lot of change of emotions and had a positive emotion as well as negative emotion during solving problems. Second, students who solved same problems through same methods experienced different change patterns of emotions. The reason is that students have different mathematical beliefs and think differently about a difficulty level of problem. Third, whether students solved problems with positive emotion or negative emotion depends on their attitude of mathematics. Fourth, students who thought that a difficulty level of problem was relatively high experienced more negative affect than students who think a difficulty level of problem is low experienced.

  • Of computing skills in the field of multi-media, particularly augmented reality technology contents may provide realistic learning experiences with 3D pictures through the learners' manipulation activities. However, the marker systems in the existing studies were not well developed as to maintain the students' interest and concentration. In this study, we have designed the first lesson ("Earth and Moon") of 5th graders' science with augmented reality combined system so that we could deal with manipulation activities of the relationship between augmented objects, From the experimental study, using combined augmented reality contents made a significant difference in their learning achievement and motivation. Thus augmented reality combined system can be utilized for a variety of topics to maintain students' learning motivation.

A Study on Caregiver's Perception of Restraints (요양보호사의 억제대 사용에 대한 인식)

  • This is a descriptive study on visiting caregivers' perception of restraint use. Data were collected from 113 caregivers working at long-term facilities using a structured questionnaire from Feb to March 2016. The caregivers' perception of restraint use was the medium score. The items they considered the most important reasons for the restraints was "Protecting an older person from falling out of bed", which was primarily intended to prevent accidents of the elderly. The score of the knowledge of restraint use was 11.23 points out of 18 and those affected were more than 50 years of age. The attitude score to the use restraints was 9.19, and caregivers thought it should be possible to refrain from using restraints. Work experience of 3 years or less were higher. The perception of using restraints is affected by the knowledge and attitudes of restraint use. This is very important for the elderly in long-term care facilities and is related to health and human rights. Therefore, it is important to provide continuous education related to the use of restraints and regulations on their management.

A Study on the Effects of Influencers' Emotional Labor and Job Stress on Job Burnout (인플루언서의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As influencers have recently drawn attention amid the rapid growth of the global market in influencer, it is time for systematic research on the working characteristics and working environment of influencers. Therefore, this study empirically examined whether positive psychological capital and social support have a moderating effect on job burnout in the relationship between influencers' emotional labor and job stress on job burnout. A survey was conducted influencers who were active through Instagram, and structural equation were used for statistical processing and analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that positive psychological capital had no moderating effect, and the relationship between emotional coordination and job burnout was adopted as the moderating effect of social support, and the the relationship between surface behavior and job burnout, it was found that there was no significant interaction between variables and job burnout.

  • Smart work, which utilizes ICT technology to work without time and space constraints, has been difficult to introduce and spread despite a lot of research and investment based on the 'smart work vitalization strategy' that began in 2010. Although the environment of COVID-19 in 2019 was an opportunity to promote the adoption of smart work. After that, many companies ended or reduced the adoption of smart work again. This study was initiated to examine the factors that resist the introduction of smart work based on the innovation resistance model and to suggest alternatives. As a result of this study, relative advantage showed a strong effect on both introduction resistance and introduction intention. However, it was confirmed that perceived risk and complexity did not directly negatively affect introduction intentions, but had a negative effect on introduction intentions through mediating resistance to introduction. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that if the practical benefits of smart work were emphasized and negative attitudes were reduced, the resistance to introduction would be lowered and the intention to introduce it would be positively affected.

A Study on High School Students' Information Use Environments (고등학생들의 정보이용환경(IUEs)에 관한 연구)

  • Conducted within the framework of the Information Use Environments, this study analyzed the characteristics of students in high schools, identified the typical problems of the students and their information sources to resolve the problems, and analyzed the settings the students use daily. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 220 students in 3 different high schools located in the affluent community area of K-Ku in Seoul particularly known for high academic interests. 188 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 24. The findings indicate that the students's attitudes toward education, going to college, and changes and innovations were positive. that they chose the internet as their most favorite information sources for problems, and that 21 problems in 7 self-categories were identified as the students' typical problems, and that the problems within emotional and cognitive self were considered the most important. It was interesting that the students use parents and siblings as information sources to resolve the problems within emotional and cognitive self, although they chose the internet as their favorite information sources in general. The settings that students use daily during weekdays were homes, schools, smart devices. academic tutoring centers, PC or laptop in order. The students' daily settings for weekends were homes, academic tutoring centers, restaurants, PC or laptop in order. These setting was statistically different according to gender and grades. The implications of this study were to suggest the further research questions and to show the application of the IUEs for understanding high school students in a specific setting. Further studies are needed to understand high school students in different contexts.

An Empirical Study on the Contingent Analyses on the Relationship Between the Characteristics of e-Trade and User Acceptance (전자무역의 특성과 사용자 수용간의 상황적 관계분석)

  • 본 연구는 전자무역을 혁신수용의 관점에서 기술하고 있다. 관련 문헌의 고찰을 통해 천자무역 특성요인과 수용자(무역업체) 특성요인을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형의 개발 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설은 인터넷리서치를 통해 수집된 자료를 다중회귀분석기법을 이용하여 검정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전자무역의 특성변수들(지각된 유용성/편의성/위험성)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성이 높을수록 전자무역 수용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신 수용자로서 무역업체의 특성변수들(혁신성향, 정보인프라 성숙도)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 혁신성향과 정보인프라 성축도 모두 전자무역 수용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 혁신성향이 높을수록 그리고 정보인프라가 성숙된 업체일수록 전자무역 수용도가 높게 나타난다는 일반적인 견해와 일치되는 결과이다. 셋째, 두 특성변수들(전자무역 특성, 무역업체 특성)간의 상황적 관계에서는 혁신성향이 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 천자무역 수용(현재 활용정도와 지속적 이용의도)을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 전자무역을 통한 수출입 경험여부에 따른 전자무역의 향후 이용의도와의 관계를 분석한 결과 무경험업체의 경우는, 혁신성향이 높고 정보인프라가 성숙된 무역업체일수록 향후 이용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 낮게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 유경험업체의 경우는 전자무역에 대한 향후 이용의도가 높은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 오히려 부정적으로 평가하는 경향이 드러났는데, 이러한 현상은 유경험업체가 인식하는 편의성에 대한 기대수준이 무경험업체에 비해 높기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향이 높은 무역 업체가 향후 전자무역을 지속적으로 이용하기 위해서는 전자무역의 편의성을 더 높게 요구하는 것으로 나타냈다. 전자무역의 수용도를 높이기 위해서는 전자무역의 특성요인들에 대한 잠재적 수용자의 태도변화를 파악하는 것도 중요하지만, 수용자 집단의 특성에 맞는 상황적 전략수립이 동시에 필요하다. 그러한 의미에서 본 논문은 전자무역 수용 촉진 전략을 수용자 집단의 특성별로 그리고 상황적으로 수립할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Analysis for the Consumers' Cognition and Opinion about Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) (기업의 사회공헌 활동에 대한 소비자 인식 분석)

  • The goal of this study is to examine consumers' cognition for the corporate social responsibility(CSR) and opinion to practical use of CSR on advertising (ex. corporate PR) in situation that CSR is treated with long-term and continuous activity in strategic marketing. The results of survey in this study are, first, the best effective method of CSR to introduce is TV or radio program placed first, internet came second, and followed by advertising. But the cognition process of CSR is internet palaced first in frequency. Thus it is very important to use of new media as a internet with regard to CSR. Second, respondents have thought positively about CSR and to practical use of CSR on advertising. But respondents answered that CSR is not enough though it's importance. Therefore marketers of companies is needed to transfer direction of CSR accord with consumers' liking and taste. Third, consumers have recognized that CSR in connection with characteristics core business of the companies. It is, image of company is not detached with CSR, more effective that CSR reflected characteristics of the company. Fourth, consumers have thought to active for CSR that the companies they like. Finally, these results are showed that is important brand management and corporate image management in strategic and macroscopic level include CSR.

A Study on the Effects of Internal Marketing on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in Shipping Companies (해운기업의 내부마케팅이 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.
