The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model by career type by designing the specified career paths through the analysis of career experience of the athletes in the professional sports field. For this purpose, career types were identified as sports administrators, judges, leaders, sports information analysts, and global sports talents based on literature analysis, career development type and path guide design, experts interviews. Competency candidates were derived from interviews and workshops on experts. In order to finalize the competency model, it was confirmed by completing the feasibility test of experts. As a result, it is divided into common competency, professional competency, and global professional competency. There are 6 common competencies such as global competence, OA utilization, 29 special competencies by 5 career types, and 2 global competencies like sports foreign affairs, job preparation for international sports organization and the sports league federation. Competency definitions and behavioral indicator were developed for all competencies and could be used to diagnose the competency level of sports talents and to establish career development academy programs based on the competency model.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . The previous studies based on a resource-based view of firm highlighted the role of resources within a firm in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Recent research, however, the relational view points to the importance of inter-firm sources(or relational capital) in creating firm competitiveness. In international business field, the studies on born-global firms also states that when firms are lack of ownership-specific advantages in their internationalization process, they resort to the external partners and social networks to complement their resource scarcity. By adopting the relational view and born-global firms concept, a network-based approach needs to be applied to explain the international strategy of Korean service firms. This is because most of Korean service firms own less ownership-specific advantages than global competitors. This study proposes Korean firms' global network building and exploiting strategy to enhance their international stages of development. The network, for example, Global Korean Tourism Network, enables network members access to the valuable resources and capabilities they are lack of when undergoing internationalization process. This study's contribution is along two dimension. First, even global Korean network is emerging as a major issue in recent years, we could not figure out how to build global Korean network for service firms. This studies gives an answer. Second, we derived what benefits can be gained from the network if Global Korean Tourism Network is developed for hotel, tourism, convention firms' internationalization.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.

스마트폰과 태블릿 PC에 이어 차세대 방통융합 미디어를 주도하기 위한 글로벌 기업간 경쟁이 스마트 TV 시장에서 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 스마트 TV는 방송과 인터넷, 애플리케이션이 만나 TV 3.0 시대를 여는 융합서비스로 매체간 연결성을 지니는 멀티스크린의 핵심 미디어로 그 잠재력이 부각되고 있다. 이에 플랫폼 사업자, IT 전문 제조기업간 시장주도를 위한 다양한 제품 출시와 비즈니스 모델 특성화가 예고되고 있는 상황이다. 본 글에서는 스마트 TV에서 우리나라가 글로벌 경쟁환경을 넘어 차별화된 시장지위를 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 전문가 조사결과를 수행하고 이를 분석하여 글로벌 시장주도를 위한 핵심요인을 도출하였다.

Globalization brings changes to universities in particular facilitating internationalizing students exchange and curriculum diversification. Such efforts are relatively weak in education college even though the demands are high in students' global learning expectations internally and educational development cooperation from developing countries. The demands of global education arise from the increase of multi-cultural family, the compelling foreign language proficiency and others. The demands of development cooperation arise from the contribution of education to the rapid economic development. However, Korean participation focuses on vocational training which is far from the international norm of basic education provision and carried out without enough educational specialists. Global education and teaching practices in developing countries would substantiate the internationalization of education college while the effectiveness of educational development cooperation would be enhanced after learning the international norms and local knowledge which are learnt from the global education including foreign school practices.

최근의 기업 환경은 고객욕구의 빠른 변화, 글로벌 경쟁의 격화와 급격한 정보기술의 발전으로 변화의 속도가 가속화하면서, 경영의 위기와 기회를 동시에 맞고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 기업의 핵심역량 강화와 경쟁우위를 위하여 필요한 정보기술을 어떻게 빨리 확보해서 활용하느냐가 매우 중요한 관건이 다. 종전에 는 이를 기업 내부에서 수행했으나, 요즈음은 외부 전문 업체에게 아웃소싱을 하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 국내 기업의 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 사례 연구를 통하여 아웃소싱의 위험 요소와 문제에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
