Labor and management relation rises as a key task to solve in order to ensure corporate's sustainable competitiveness in a convergence global environment. The aim of this study is to examine the mediation effect of labor union participation behavior in the effect of convergence-type labor-management conflict on the turnover intention. Data was collected from 491 employees who were employed in medium and small enterprises in Daejeon, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. The results are as follows. Firstly, labor-management conflict had positive (+) effect on labor union participation behavior. Secondly, labor union participation behavior had negative (-) effect on turnover intention. Thirdly, labor union participation behavior had mediating role in the relation between labor-management conflict and turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary to respond profit and desire of the labor union members by union leaders and to enhance necessity and value of the labor union continually.

Electronics industry provides more revenue and jobs, and plays an important role in a variety of fields. During recent changes to the industrial strategy by IT convergence technology development and global economic integration, Global Value Chain(GVC) of the ICT industry has been expanded. The global value chain is a structure consisting of the global dimension in all the processes of business activity for value-added production, R&D, manufacturing, sales, A/S etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze the GVC in the electronics industry and GVC promote practice of Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics. GVC of the electronics industry was developed from 1980, and established manufacturing plant in the United States and Canada. GVC has moved to low-cost countries such as China, Taiwan and India to cut costs, In recent years, because of the rising labor and production costs in China, manufacturing plants move to the Vietnam that has relatively cheap production base. To develop consistently, Korean electronics companies should carry out a new strategy such as item and brand marketing to exporting country.

Life competencies most required for university students, who receive a higher education and prepare to go into society, are job competencies. People with a variety of competencies are needed in the job market in a globally-oriented 21st-Century knowledge-based society. Now that raising competent people who have a high level of job competency is regarded as one of university functions, a way to improve job competencies through university education needs to be investigated. This study proposes a convergence education system to improve job competencies. The convergence education system includes five type of convergence: convergence in major fields of study, convergence in education courses, convergence in education space, convergence in education methods, and convergence in education period. This education system is expected to improve a variety of job competencies including cognitive competencies, non-cognitive competencies, and global competencies.

콘텐츠 산업은 아날로그에서 디지털 융 복합 형태로 진화함으로써 다양한 비즈니스모델의 등장 및 선진화된 유통구조로 진화되는 등 콘텐츠 산업의 성장에 새로운 기회를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 현상은 산업간 경계약화, 신기술 확산, 수요의 다양화 등으로 인해 융 복합화 현상이 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 융 복합화로 생겨날 수 있는 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업이 무엇인지 먼저 파악하고 이와 관련된 주요 산업 동향 및 사례를 살펴봄으로써 향후 콘텐츠 산업발전 및 활성화를 위한 정책수립에 기여하고자 한다. 본 고는 다음과 같은 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, 서언에서는 콘텐츠 산업의 융합 확산 및 융합형 콘텐츠 산업의 영향을 산업적, 기술적, 사회적 측면에서 고찰해 보았다. 둘째, 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업별로 주요 글로벌 기업 동향 및 산업 동향들을 살펴보았으며, 셋째, 산업별 주요 사례를 정리하고, 마지막 결어에서는 미래에 유망할 것으로 예상되는 콘텐츠를 산업별로 요약하고 정리하였다.

As ICTs are more advanced, in the current Smart Society that can be characterized by the terms of real-time, mobility and customization, the area of Geospatial Information is required to react to the needs of the society in more practical ways. Because Geospatial Information is getting more accepted as one of the very basic social infrastructure for everyday life activities in all sectors of life. In accordance, the legal basis of convergence Geospatial Information services are described on Geospatial Information Industry Support Law(Article 2, Item 7 & Article 4 Item 5). But it is required to come up with more detailed and practical definition of convergence GIS with more detailed supporting policies. In this context, this study aims at investigating what the needs of Geospatial Information services are in the Smart Society, and suggesting the policy directions and realization strategies of convergence GIS based on spatial hierarchy from global to local.

2013년 발표된 미래창조과학부의 SW R&D 중장기 발전 계획 및 2014년 발표된 산업통상자원부의 주요 산업분야별 100대 임베디드 소프트웨어 플랫폼 확보 계획을 포함한 ICT와 전산업 분야 간 융합을 통해 창조경제를 실현하려는 다양한 정부정책으로 인해 임베디드 소프트웨어는 그 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 국내뿐만 아니라 국외에서도 글로벌 기업들이 스마트 가전, 스마트 자동차, 스마트 팩토리 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 ICT와 융복합을 통한 새로운 가치를 창출하기 위해 부단한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 역시, 이러한 국외의 융복합 사례에서도 다양한 신(新)서비스를 창출하기 위해 핵심적인 역할을 임베디드 소프트웨어가 수행하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 점점 더 가속화되어 전산업 분야에 미치는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 중요성은 날로 높아져 갈 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 특집에서는 국내 임베디드 소프트웨어 분야의 전문가가 참여하는 포럼에 대해 소개하고, 활용성이 높아지고 있는 오픈 소스를 활용한 국내 OpenSEED 오픈 커뮤니티 활성화 활동과 계획을 살펴볼 것이며, 임베디드 소프트웨어의 주요 분야의 핵심 기술 현황 및 전망을 다뤄보고자 한다.

This study examined the negative influence of ambiguity on the attitude toward ads by using mediating variable, perceived interpretation difficulty. It also tested the moderating effect of thinking style between ambiguity and perceived interpretation difficulty. In results, we found as follows. 1) Perceived interpretation difficulty is higher in case of higher ambiguity than lower one. 2) The influence of ambiguity on perceived interpretation difficulty is moderated by thinking style. 3) Attitude toward ads is more unfavorable in higher perceived interpretation difficulty than lower one. The results of this study may provide the implications that ambiguity ads using digital convergence media has to be connected to positive attitude for being successful and marketing staffs must consider thinking style as a key success factor to establish global advertising strategy.

Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

Humanities are as crucial as the technology itself in the intelligent information society. Human-centered convergence information technology (IT), which reflects emotional and human nature, can be considered a unique technology with an optimistic outlook in the unpredictable future. Based on this research background, this paper proposed an education model that can improve the IT humanities capabilities of various learners, including elementary and secondary students, prospective teachers, incumbent teachers, school managers, and the general public, through analysis of previous studies on convergence education models. Furthermore, the practical aspects of the proposed model were closely examined so that the proposed education model could be stably incorporated and utilized in the educational field. There are seven strategies for implementing the education model proposed in this paper, including research on textbooks, teaching and learning materials, activation of research results, maker space creation, global joint research, online education operation, developing living lab governance, and diversification of self-sustaining platforms for sustainable and practical education. In the future, validity verification through expert Delphi is required as a follow-up study.

The aim of this study was to apply the Importance-Performance Map (IPM) method based on PLS-SEM by extending the importance-performance analysis (IPA), which is an existing method to grasp strategic policies through the difference of importance and satisfaction of existing competitiveness factors. For this application, this study was applied to research related to policy measures that can survive and spread in global competition by analyzing strategic factors of information technology (IT) convergence industry. The development of IT convergence industry, which is the subject of this study, has the effect of revitalizing related industry development and employment activation. Therefore, this study expanded the possibility of applying this research methodology to research the strategic factors to activate exports of SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) in the convergency industry. In order to achieve this goal, the analytical methodology of this study was applied and the policy measures for IT SMEs. Therefore, based on the analysis results of this study, this study can apply this research methodology to other fields as a strategic tool in establishing and enforcing policies for export activation of IT convergence industry.
