충북지역 보건진료원이 업무 분석적 연구

  • 본 연구는 보건진료원의 업무를 분석하기 위하여 충북에서 활동하고 있는 보건진료원 136 명을 대상으로, 설문지를 흥해 자료수집을 하였으며 백분률, 평균값, 표준편차로 자료처리를 하였다. 조사기간은 1968 년 8월 1일부터 11월 20일까지 했으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 보건진료원의 일반적 특성과 업무에 관련 된 배경을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 보건진료원의 일반적 특성으로 연령 분포는 30 - 34세가 30.1 %로 가장 많았고 결혼 상태는 기혼자가 61.8 % 였다. 종교는 기독교가 42.6% 로 많았고 학력은 3 년제 간호전문대학 과정졸업 자가 78.9 %로 많았다. 현 가족과 동거상태에서 배우자와 자녀가 함께 사는 경우가 76.5% 였고, 보건진료원의 경력은 1 년 마만이 41.2 %로 가장 많았다. 보건진료원의 업무에 관련된 배경을 살펴보면, 근무지역조건은 갑지가 65.3 % 였고, 현 거주지는 보건진료소내 숙소가 대다수 였다. 보건진료소는 신축된 건물이 대다수였고, 보건진료소 시설은 '그저 그렇다'고 대답한 수가 가장 많았다. 보건진료소 운영협의회 수당은 월 $5\sim7$만원인 경우가 85.6 % 였다. 2. 보건진료원의 보건의료제공 실태는 다음과 같다. 보건진료원이 현재 담당하는 주민수는 $501\sim1,000$ 명이 35.3 % 이고, 1,500 명 이상의 주민을 담당하는 경우도 32% 였다. 보건진료소를 이용한 주만은 연평균 1,956 명이고, 보건진료소 평균 이용건수는 1,812건이다. 보건진료원의 직업만족도는 만족한다가 40.6%로 대체로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 3. 보건진료원과 보건의료 관련기관과의 관계는 다음과 같다. 지역주민의 보건의료자원 이용 정도는 보건소 진료소가 1 위로 가장 많았고, 약국, 약방, 의원, 보건지소의 순위로 나타났다. 보건의료 관련기관과의 협조가 잘 되고 있지 않다고 응답한 경우도 있는데, 보건소(19.7 %), 보건지소( 20.2%) 민간보건 의료기관(22.4 %)이며, 그 이유를 알아서 협조가 잘 이루어지도록 노력해야겠다. 원하는 감독체계는 보건소장(47.3 %), 보건간호 전문가(37.2 %)로 나타났으나 이는 현재있는 감독체제내에서 생각한 것이며 간호전문가에 의한 새로운 감독체제를 원하고 있었다. 많이 이용하는 의뢰 기관은 병원(52 %), 의원(24.4 %), 보건소(10.2 %) 순이었다. 4. 보건진료원의 업무 영역별 수행정도를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 보건진료원의 업무 영역을 7개 영역으로 구분하여 수행평균 평점을 보면통상질환 관리가 3.70점, 사업운영 관리 및 지도가 3.44 점, 사업계획 수립이 3.19 점, 지역사회 조직 및 개발이 3.17 점, 모자보건 및 가족계획이 3.14 점, 지역사회 보건관리가 3.09 점, 보건 정보체계 개발이 3.02 점으로 나타났다. 위의 결과에서 지역사회 보건관리가 3.09점으로 통상질환 관리 3.70 점 보다 낮게 나타났는데 이는 일차보건의료 사업 정착의 과도기적인 현상으로 생각하며, 이 부분을 더 많이 수행해야 할 것으로 사려된다. 5. 보건진료원의 업무 영역별 수행 소요시간의 평균은 다음과 같다. 지역사회 조직 및 개발 3.48 시간, 사업계획 수립 3.55 시간, 지역사회보건 관리 6.74 시간, 모자보건 및 가족계획 5.55 시간, 통상잘환 관리 15.94시간, 사업운영 관리 및 지도 4.39시간, 보건정보체계 3.62 시간으로 나타났다. 보건진료원이 통상질환 관리와 더불어 예방활동을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 적절한 행정적, 교육적 지원이 있어야 한다고 생각한다.

Factors affecting radiation safety management of dental hygienist and anxiety of radiation exposure (치과위생사의 방사선 안전관리 실태 및 피폭 불안감에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge, attitudes, safety management behavior, and radiation anxiety of dental hygienists and to analyze affecting factors in order to improve the level of radiation safety management and reduce anxiety. The study period consisted of 280 dental hygienists working in Jeollabuk-do from September 10 to October 31, 2017 using the SPSS 12.0 program, frequency, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The average knowledge level of radiation quality control was 8.07, and the correct answer rate was 75.3%. The attitude level was 96.1%, and the radiation safety management behavior was 4.11 for the photographer and 4.58 for the 'always wear a TLD (personal dosimeter) during radiography'. Patient radiation safety management behavior was 3.86, and the highest was '4.69' to confirm pregnancy of the woman before radiography. Radiation-covered lining was 3.86, and was the highest at 4.13 for 'I am concerned about fetal health when I am pregnant'. Factors affecting radiation exposure anxiety were lower radiation safety management behaviors, lower age, lower radiographic experience, higher educational background, higher monthly income, and higher job title (p<0.05). Based on the above results, dental hygienists had strong knowledge, attitudes, and safety management practices for radiation quality control. However, since anxiety related to radiation exposure was high, it is possible to improve radiation safety management level and reduce radiation exposure anxiety.

The Effect on Professional Ethic, Organizational Trust and Job Satisfaction among Private Security Guard (민간경비원의 직업윤리의식이 조직신뢰, 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • Based on the status of which the research is not active and the analysis is not progressed, the purpose of this study life up pride, value and professional ethic of private security guard. Also, through this research, it offers the effect on professional ethic, organizational trust and job satisfaction. The data collection and survey are taken by the private security business members who work staff member or manager. They are surveyed with convenience sampling that among 500 data, 46 data which are thought to be answered insincerely or lack are excluded, so the total of 454 answered data are included in the final analysis. After coding and input process, the data is analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using window SPSS 19.0 version. Significance level is 0.05. The conclusion that has been made based on the statistical analysis results are the followings. Professional ethic has a positive impact on organizational trust, job satisfaction. The educational training of the company is connected job satisfaction resultantly. Also the professional ethics education will improve the ability of the individual. Finally, the professional ethics raises a job satisfaction. Also, Organizational trust has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This the while to agree with a research result about the other type of business worker who is researched. In order raising the job satisfaction, the effort for raising a organizational trust is necessary.

Conditions and Performance of Quality Improvement Activity in Korean Dental Hospitals (치과의료 질 향상활동 현황과 개선활동 만족도)

  • This study aimed to evaluate conditions and performance of quality improvement (QI) activity in Korean dental hospitals. Twenty one representative dental hospitals in Korea were selected by the selection criteria. A questionnaire was implemented to measure awareness, perceived needs, educations, conferences, works, activating/obstructive factors and satisfaction related to QI activities. Satisfaction score range from 0 (lowest) to 5 (highest) among 329 dental hygienists who worked in the selected 21 dental hospitals. Implementation rate of programs on external customer satisfaction was the highest 59.9% in QI activities, and reduction of expenses (59.4%), Improvement in health care quality (58.7), risk management (52.8) were followed, while improvement in work efficiency (46.5) showed the lowest implementation rate. The most influencing factor accelerating QI activities was 'active participation of hospital workers' (54.7%), and 'effort to improve customer satisfaction' (44.7%) followed. The most influencing QI related obstructive factor was 'lack of QI-related manpower and support' (47.1%). A balanced development including QI programs with lower implementation rates is necessary. Encouraging participation of workers may be the most important in developing dental QI activities further.

Relationship Between the Technology Innovation Performance of IT Venture Business and CEO Characteristics (기술혁신 성과와 경영자 특성에 관한 연구: IT벤처기업을 중심으로)

  • In this study, the influence of the CEOs' characteristics on the technology innovation performances of IT venture companies was analyzed. The relation between business performance and the characteristics of CEOs has been dealt with in earlier studies, but most paid attention to financial perspective, and few of these focused on the influence of managers on technology innovation. On the other hand, most of the studies related to the role of managers in technology innovation mainly focused on R&D investment and research infrastructure but did not delve on the characteristics of them in an in-depth way. In this study, the characteristics of CEOs and their technology innovation performances were empirically analyzed based on the results of a recently conducted survey on the IT venture companies. In the analytical aspect, a negative binominal model was applied to solve the over-dispersion problem that often appears in the count variable analysis. As a result, it was found that major, work type, and work experience, among managers' characteristics, have significant influences on managers' technology innovation performances, along with the company's innovation capacity, technological competitiveness, market competition, and support from the government.

The Effects of Internal Marketing Activities by Contracted Food Service Management Company (위탁급식전문업체의 내부마케팅 전략에 관한 효과분석)

  • The purpose of this study were to a) clarify the current practice of internal marketing by contracted food service management companies, b) analyze the effectiveness of current internal marketing practices. The survey was conducted between October 12 and November 2, 2002 with the 10 contracted food service management companies; 6 large, and 4 small & medium sized companies. No significant difference was existed with the categories of internal marketing. However significant differences were existed with the service education, sanitary education, periodic interviews, rewards for best employees, incentive payments, paid -leave allowances, job function allowances, and position classes including unit manager, dietician and cook of MBO. The actual administration of internal marketing strategies showed that, the significant differences were existed with education, paid-leave, and employee welfare systems among position classes. Also the significant differences were existed with all categories of internal marketing between large and small & medium sized companies. In general, small & medium sized companies score of the internal marketing performance was lower than that of large sized companies. Therefore, the segmented internal marketing strategies depending on the analysis not only demand for employees but also the size of company, were required to be an effectively and efficiently managed contracted food management companies.

  • Recently, the increase of the size of GNP and the expansion of the foreign tour opportunities by the common 5 days work system in a week, reaction of the burden for visiting foreign countries, and expansion of airlines caused the rapid increase of overseas tour but slow increase in the number of foreign tourists, due to the price rise which might impact on the competitive power, and lack of tour infrastructure and attractiveness. As the wide area along the east coast of GyeongBuk Province has great amount of cultural, ocean and natural resources, it helps to get focused the tour industries and maximize the synergy effect through the mutual development coupling the resources and regions. On the basis of the potentials for the growth of east coast area to the international level and the development of local resources, a ocean tour and resort complex for four seasons, which has s strong connection to the local areas resulting the wide tour bond, could help to improve the local economy and balance the development of local province, and furthermore, jump to the level of the center in the East Coast area in the international society. Through the investigation and analysis of the ocean space development status and usage at the advanced foreign countries, the new meaning of the ocean space at the tour and resort complex would be proposed to the relevant local government in fit.

Development of a Modified Vine Building Shortest Path Algorithm for ATIS (ATIS를 위한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로 탐색 알고리즘의 개발)

  • 건설된 도로를 효율적으로 이용하고, 통행자의 편리성을 향상시키기 위해 첨단 여행자 정보체계(ATIS)를 활용할 수 있다. ATIS 체계하에서 노선정보를 통행자에게 제공하기 위해서는 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 효율적인 최단경로 알고리즘이 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 등 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확히 반영 못한다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘을 재발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지(node labelling) 방법에 있어서는 기존의 덩굴망 알고리즘의 노드표지 방법과 개념적으로 동일하여 이용상의 편리성을 갖도록 하였으며, 최단경로 탐색기능에 있어서는 링크탐색알고리즘(혹은 링크표지기법)이 갖고 있는 장잠을 다 반영할 수 있는 기법으로 개발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지에 있어 특정 노드로 유입하는 방향에 따라 노드표지를 별도로 기록하였다. 따라서 교차로에서의 좌회전, 우회전 및 직진은 물론 U-turn의 경우에도 추가적인 절차 없이 현실적인 최단 경로를 탐색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 본 논문은 최단경로의 역추적 방법을 개선하여 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 및 기타 회전에 의한 지체등을 각 교차로마다 정확히 반영함으로써 비합리적인 최단경로가 추적되는 것을 근본적으로 차단하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 교차로에서의 회전지체 및 회전금지를 현실적으로 잘 반영함으로써 정확한 노선정보를 요구하는 ATIS체계를 분석하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 기법이다.장자료를 통해 구하기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB. Mean period of wetting duration was in the order of DS>HB>MB, while the dew point depression was greatest in DS.ANCOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 캠프 프로그램은 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능을 증진시키고 환자 역할 행위 이행을 높여주는데 효과적 이었다. 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능은 환자 역할 행위 이행과 순 상관 관계가 있어, 자기 효능이 증진될수록 환자 역할 행위 이행 정도가 높아졌다. 무조건 사주지 않는다(8.0%), 무조건 사준다(3.1%)로 식품광고에 나오는 식품 요구시 부모의 70.3%가 거절하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절 이유는 건강에 나쁘다는 것이 가장 큰 이유였으며 강남과 강북 어린이간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다

Empirical Study on Injury Management System of Fire-Fighting Officer (소방공무원의 공상관리제도에 대한 실증연구)

  • The frequency of official injury of fire-fighting officers exposed to an extreme situation in disaster areas has been continuously increased. In spite of increase of injury, procedures of injury approval are complex, so the working environment of fire-fighting officers is very poor in terms of safety management. This study was, therefore, conducted to provide basic data for improvement of the injury management system for fire-fighting officers, by empirically analyzing the system for those in Busan city. The findings of the empirical analysis are as follows: first, the frequency of injury experienced by them is higher than that of other occupations; second, application for injury is not actively made; third, fire-fighting officers should bear the expense if injury is approved. On the basis of such an analysis on actual conditions, an analysis on policy factors for improving the injury management system shows; first, various high-risk matters should be considered in the review of application for injury, for improvement factors of the application for injury, while it is necessary to extend the benefit and support project for injured officers, for operation improvement factors of the injury management system, and the compensation act should be improved, for the improvement factors of the injury system. Second, it is urgent to develop damage prevention and coping education program for improving the injury management system. In addition, the simplification of administrative procedures of application for injury and the extension of benefit and support project for injured officers should be realized as soon as possible, moreover, the enhancement of directors' interest and support is also required.

Working Conditions that Impact the Workload of Cytotechnologists: A Study Calculating the Actual Man Power Required (세포병리사의 업무량에 따른 적정인력 산정을 위한 업무실태 조사 연구)

  • Cytotechnologists evaluate and analyze disorders of cells that constitute the human body, and are involved in the primary assessment of diverse diseases, including cancer. However, the employment conditions and workload of cytotechnologists are poorly understood. This study was undertaken to provide basic data for establishing the criteria for quality control certification factors based on the scope of effective task performance of cytotechnologists, and to provide results of their workload analysis according to the type of medical institution. The study was conducted by enrolling certified cytotechnologists working at various nationwide medical institutions. Our analysis revealed that 178 personnel (72.7%) were involved in primary screening of samples. On an average, the daily number of primary screening of samples performed per cytotechnologist (76 respondents) was determined to be 75.4 chapters (16.8 chapters/hours) at the university hospital level, 72.4 chapters (18.6 chapters/hours) at the general hospital level, and 231 chapters (32.6 chapters/hours) at professional trust institutions. Our results indicate the necessity to establish a consultant with the Korean Cell Pathology Association, to enable finding solutions to solve existing issues by establishing accurate standard guidelines for assessing cell screening.
