근리주구개념은 도시사회구조를 이해하는 기본적 틀로서 인식되어왔을 뿐 아니라 도시공원의 계획에 따르는 공원체계의 개발 및 도시민의 여가행동 규명에 중요한 하부체계로 사용되어왔다. 80년대를 전후하여 발표된 다수의 논문에서 보고되고 있는 도시공원의 낮은 이용사례는 공원의 소극적 관리 상황 뿐 아니라 계획 그 자체에 문제가 있음을 환기시키고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 소 도시를 대상으로 지역주민에 의한 근린주구 개념을 파악하고 주민의 근린공원 이용실태를 분석하여 전통적인 근린 공원계획의 설정목표 및 기준상의 문제를 제조명하고자 한다. 연구결과 주민의 근린주구개념의 '동질성'의 사회경제적 기능주의 입장보다는 물리지형적 특성으로 기울어 사회학자 및 공원계획가의 근린주구에 대한 기본전제에서 벗어나고 있으며, 계획가에 의해 임으로 설정된 근린공원의 서비스 영역(0.8km 둘레) 내부에 위치한 주민들의 공원비용은 주민자신에 의해 도출된 근린 주구 영역이 공원의 포함여부에 커다랗게 영향받고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 근린주구의 사회학적 개념과 현상학적 접근방식의 일환으로 Cognitive Mapping 기법에 대한 정리도 제시한다.

This study analyzed how alternative investment goods would affect a market in a neighboring shopping area in order to provide parties involved in the investment market of this neighboring shopping area with standards which would help them when they try to make a reasonable determination. The study estimated forms and explanation power of the effects of a bid rate of a neighboring shopping area, and came up with those results as follows. Increases in the representative macro economic indicators, the composite stock price index and the fluctuation rate of land price, including the real estate business would have a positive influence on the market of the neighboring shopping area as playing a circumstantial evidence of market recovery and yet, the increase in interest rate, the alternative investment goods, would reduce the relative price-earnings ratio which would, eventually, negatively affect the charm of the investment in the market of the neighboring shopping area. The study, now, understands that housing with a feature of consumers' goods and neighboring shopping area with a feature of investment goods would not have great concern with each other as they are observed to be two different markets from an aspect of interactionism.

본 연구는 근린환경에 대한 거주자의 인지도를 파악하고, 현재 거주하고있는 지역의 근린환경에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 앞으로의 주거이동 성향이 어떻게 나타날 것인가를 예측해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 측정도구의 신뢰도계수($Cronbach's\;\alpha$)는 0.865이며, 분석방법은 빈도, 평균, $x^2$ 검증, t-검증, 일원변령분석 요인분석, 피어슨의 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 다변량판별분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 '입지성' 속성에 대해 거주자의 인지와 만족이 가장 긍정적이었고 '쾌적성 및 정체감' 에 대해 가정 부정적이었다. 둘째 근린환경 인지도가 높을수록 부인의 교육수준이 높을수록 주거소유권이 자가이고 상가주변지역에 살고 있는 거주자들의 근린환경에 대한 총 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 거주기간 총 만족도, 주거용도 지역, 주택규모, 소득수준이 주거이동 성향을 판별하는 변인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate types of neighborhood environments and to verify whether the types of neighborhood environments are directly related to life satisfaction of older adults. To achieve this goal, I used'2014 National Survey on Older Koreans' data which surveyed the older adults aged 65 and over living in the community and a total of 10,281 respondents were analyzed. To determine the types of neighborhood environment, the time taken by walking from community organizations or places such as grocery stores, medical centers, administrative agencies, welfare centers, public transportation was used as an neighborhood environment indicators. As a results, there were six types of neighborhood environment: a leisure-welfare walk-limited type(20.3%), a leisure-welfare long-distance type(15.5%), a balanced proximity type(7.8%), a store-traffic type(35.8%), a traffic proximity type(10.1%), and a marginalized area type(11.3%). Compared to the balanced proximity type, older adults living in a store-traffic type and a marginalized area type were more likely to have negative life satisfaction. older adults who have higher life satisfaction were more likely to be female, more educated, get higher household income, and have a spouses or partner. Moreover, the better the health conditions, the higher the frequency of contact with children, siblings, friends and neighbors, the higher the satisfaction of life. Finding from the study highlight the importance of neighborhood environment in late life and provide implications for building age-friendly community.

This study examined the effects of the online community, such as chatting, book-cafe on the neighborhood relationship. Through a case study of 'The Sharp' apartment area, the characters of neighborhood relationship between user and non-user were compared. The factors affecting the community relationships were analyzed by regression analysis. According to the results, the residents using the online community shared their emotions, thoughts and information with their neighbors so that the level of neighborhood relationship was higher. To reprove the neighborhood relationship being cut off the online community should be handled as an important factor in the planning of apartments. This study as a basic research is expected to contribute to policing against crimes and accidents in apartments.

Urban parks are public spaces that provide various services for any urban resident to use and enjoy. Parks should be fairly distributed so that the urban parks can be equally used amongst different regions, generations and classes. Researches on spatial distribution of urban parks have been continuously conducted from the past based on the principles of fairness with variety, and it was evident that their techniques have become more elaborate and sophisticated. Yet, there have been limitations in the analysis of residents who are the main users of the urban parks. The research done so far was unable to apply the real number of the residents and it was carried out by only classifying and analyzing the population by the same scale(grid in the same sizes), postal(zip) code and administrative district. The actual population that resides within the usable range of urban parks was not used. This study analyzes and evaluates the spatial distribution that the residents can use on foot, by utilizing the service areas and the residents' registration data by addresses. In this study, to analyze the square measure of the service areas of neighborhood parks in Daegu Metropolitan City and the number of residents within and outside of the service area, network analysis techniques were employed and the residents' registration data were utilized. Major findings were that the Square measure of service areas of neighborhood parks turned out to be 31.23% of the square measure of the residential areas and also, that only 43.03% of the population of the Daegu Metropolitan area lives within the service areas of the neighborhood parks.

This paper suggests two strategies for the restoration of the Seongbukcheon in Seoul. One is the neighborhood-type development and the other is the construction of the flat open spaces. For the neighborhood-type development, the characteristic of each of the streets which are connected with Seongbukcheon was comprehended and the differentiated approaches for each of them were taken. For the construction of the flat open spaces, the necessity of the flat public open spaces was verified and the strategies for this was suggested.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.
