Development and Evaluation of the Web-based Evidence-based Practice Guideline for the Operation Patients (수술환자를 위한 웹 기반 근거중심 실무 가이드라인의 개발 및 평가)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate patient's satisfaction and clinician' knowledge level about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature management of patients after operation by develop an web-based evidence-based practice guideline about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature control after operation in order to apply the guideline operation patients. The collected data was analyzed through real number, average, standard deviation, t-test and repeated ANOVA by using SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. The study subjects showed a significant difference in the level of knowledge about pain, nausea/vomiting, and temperature control after operation and patient's satisfaction, before and after applying the web-based evidence-based practice guideline.

  • 항공사진에 포함된 기점 마크의 방사 및 기하 특성을 이용하여 마크의 중심 위치를 자동으로 인식하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 마크를 포함하는 배경 영역의 방사 특성에 기반을 푼 전략에 근거하여 입력된 영상을 이치화한 다음 형태 연산자를 적용시켜 기전 마크가 있는 후보 영역을 추출한다. 기하 특성에 기반을 둔 전략에 근거하여 ▽$^2$G 필터링과 대칭성 강조 필터링을 적용시킨 후, 대칭이 가장 강하게 나타나는 위치인 마크의 중심 위치를 구한다. 66매의 기점 마크 영상에 대한 평가 결과 중심 위치가 1 화소의 정확도까지 얻어질 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

유아기 수학 교수-학습 방법에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 유아기 교수-학습 방법에 대한 기초 이론과 수학교육에서의 교수-학습 방법에 대한 제안들을 근거로 유아에게 적절하고도 효과적인 수학 교수-학습 방법은 무엇인지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 구성주의에 근거한 상호적 접근과 교수-학습을 위한 기타 제안들 그리고 활동중심의 통합적 접근으로 나누어 그 이론적 기초와 구체적인 적용방법에 대해 자세히 살펴보았다. 구성주의에 근거한 상호적 접근은 Piaget와 Vygotsky의 견해와 인지적 도제모형, 상황적 교수 모형, 그리고 인지적 유연성 이론의 세 가지를 포함하였고, 기타 제안들에는 NCTM, NAEYC, Schweinhart Perlmutter, Bloom & Burrell, 그리고 Althouse의 견해를 포함하였다. 그리고 활동중심의 통합적 접근은 수학적 개념 중심의 활동 통합교육과 활동 중심의 수학 통합교육으로 나누어 Web을 구성하고 적용하는 과정을 알아보았다.

The Study on the Applying Methods for EBLIP in Korean Librarianship (실무자의 근거출판 활성화를 통한 근거중심 문헌정보실무의 국내 적용 방안)

  • EBLIP seeks to improve library practice by utilizing the best available evidence in conjunction with a pragmatic perspective developed from working experiences in librarianship. The purpose of this study is to apply the evidence-based library and information practice(EBLIP) in Korean librarianship with encouraging the practitioners to publish in their workplace. Content analysis on papers accepted for publication among five LIS journals and focus group interview were performed in order to investigate the contexts and perceptions on the publishing activities of practicing librarians. While the proportion of papers that librarians wrote was calculated at 26 percent among the sample, the percentage of papers with librarians as a single author was only 9.2. Significant obstacles for librarians to publish papers due to organizational level were observed. The author suggests organizational support and better framework for communicating research based on practice such as publication of evidence-based practical journal and the adoption of structural abstract. The findings reinforce the importance of teaching rigorous research methods in workplace.

A Study on the Content and Methodology of Evidence-Based Library and Information Practice (근거중심 문헌정보실무의 내용과 방법론에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to apply the evidence-based library and information practice(EBLIP) in Korean librarianship with analysis of concepts and research method on EBLIP. EBLIP seeks to improve library practice by utilising the best available evidence in conjunction with a pragmatic perspective developed from working experiences in librarianship. The EBLIP focused on the medicine library, however, it is spread to academic, special, school library. EBLIP process can be described through its five stage: formulate a question, find evidence, critically appraise the evidence, apply results of appraisal, evaluate change, redefine problem. It provides a standardized methodology of systematic review, which is a best evidence in EBLIP and is a new mixed research method.

Convergence effectiveness verification for developing practice guidelines for dementia patients cognitive programs (치매환자 인지프로그램 실무지침 개발을 위한 융합적 효과검증)

  • This study is a methodological study that explains the procedure for verifying effectiveness in developing practical guidelines for cognitive programs suitable for dementia patients. Based on the development of evidence-based new clinical practice guidelines, a preliminary recommendation for the domestic dementia patient care guidelines was developed. The practical guidelines consisted of the final four types, and the content validity score of the configuration items was 0.87 to 1 point. In the sub-categories of field applicability, appropriateness score was 3.95 to 4.34 points, applicability score was 3.57 to 4.27 points, and predicted effect score was 3.84 to 4.22 points. Through the examination of the content validity and field applicability of experts, it was confirmed that the practical guidelines developed in this study can be used as the basis for establishing an intervention plan for dementia cognitive program managers engaged in clinical practice. In future studies should further facilitate the development of evidence-based treatment guidelines to select appropriate treatment activities for dementia patients.
