우리나라 당뇨병환자의 95%를 차지하고 있는 제 2형 당뇨병(인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병)은 크게 두 가지 기전에 의해 발생하게 된다. 하나는 포도당을 사용하고 만들어내는 근육이나 간에서 인슐린이 제대로 작용하지 않는 인슐린 저항성이고, 다른 하나는 인슐린 저항성을 극복하기 위해 췌장에서 인슐린을 많이 만들어야 하는데 필요한 양만큼을 못 만들어내는 인슐린의 상대적 부족 상태이다. 따라서 이 두 과정을 해결하면 혈당을 떨어뜨리고 몸의 포도당 농도를 정상으로 만들 수 있게 된다. 두 번째 과정인 인슐린의 상대적 부족을 해결하여 혈당을 조절하는 것으로 췌장에서 인슐린 분비를 촉진시키는 약제가 설폰요소제, 메글리티나이드이다. 그리고 첫 번째 과정인 인슐린 저항성을 극복하여 혈당을 조절하는 약제가 본 연제에서 다루게 될 메트포르민, 치아졸리디네디온제 계통의 약물로 인슐린이 작용하는 근육, 간에서 인슐린이 보다 효율적으로 작용하게 하여 인슐린 효과 증강제로 분류한다.

본 연구는 도시의 근간 시설인 하수도 관거를 관리하는데 있어 필요한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 사용되어왔던 과거의 폐쇄회로 카메라에 의한 영상 취득 방식이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고, 자세한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 영상을 이용한 도면화 방안에 대한 방법을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 측면 카메라를 이용하여 취득된 영상을 수치영상처리과정을 통하여 처리하고, 영상 모자이크 기법을 적용하여 합성의 과정을 거친 후 위치 정보와 결합하는 과정을 통하여 하수관거에 대한 정밀한 정보를 취득하는 과정을 개발하였으며, 이에 필요한 장비를 개발하였다. 이러한 연구의 과정을 통하여 도출된 결과는 하수관거의 내부 정보를 정밀하게 취득할 수 있었으며, 향후 지형정보체계 등과 결합하여 효율적인 정보의 운용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Convergence-based Smart Work in Korea started from 2010 with a purpose to improve work-life balance. Up to now the previous research on Smart Work has been studied in the context of the pre-adoption or the adoption stage, and shows some limitations not finding out the effort to manage change, the issues occurred in the process of adopting Smart Work, and the performance after adopting Smart Work. The period after adoption is when users continue to use ICT and intended objectives can be accomplished. Therefore, this study investigated the process that the organizations adopting Smart Work have overcome spatial and temporal constraints and the performance that they have achieved after adopting it. Though the framework integrating time-geography theory with technology acceptance stage, this research interviewed four managers of three organizations being responsible for adopting and operating Smart Work and provided its adopting process and performance of each organization.

착상은 정상적으로 발육한 건강한 배아와 자궁내막과의 만남으로 이루어진다. 따라서 착상을 이해하려면 배아의 발달 과정 및 배아가 착상시 극복해야 하는 정상적인 과정, 즉 배아와 자궁조직과의 접촉, 혈관 연결, 착상 내막 조직의 변화 및 모체 면역체계의 변화 등에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 배아에 염색체 이상 등이 동반되는 경우 건강한 signal로 자궁내막을 변화시킬 수 없으며 결과적으로 착상의 실패를 가져오게 된다. 착상과정에 있어 배아는 스스로의 정상적인 발달과정을 통하여 자궁내막의 변화를 일으킬 뿐 아니라, 또한 모체의 면역기전으로 부터 스스로를 보호할 능력을 갖추게 되므로 건강치 못한 배아는 자연도태된다.

The purpose of this study was to explore strategies for promoting distance education program and for providing total information for teachers about curriculum of distance educational training institute. In 2007, there were 65 institutes of distance education training, but we don't have enough information about curriculum of the institutes. To analyze curriculums of the institutes, it had been selected 33 institutes of 65, and 567 of performance training programs, 317 of optional programs, and 23 of free training programs. The following results were obtained : (1) It calls for easy accessibility to distance educational training institutes (2) It has to overcome biased status that private institutes have more courses than government institutes'. (3) It will be needed to make diverse courses for teacher's capabilities. (4) It calls for course development of several subject matters (5) It will be needed to maintenance for running course continuously. (6) It has to make supporting plan for excellent courses by government.

디지털 영상 저장 과정에서 일어나는 문제점은 영상 저장부 센서계의 한계로 나타낼 수 있다. 센서계의 충분하지 못한 집적도는 물리적으로 피할 수 없는 현상이다. 이러한 현상을 디지털 신호처리 기술을 적용하여 극복할 수 있다. 센서계의 한계로 인한 문제는 디지털 영상의 가장 큰 문제중의 하나이며, 이러한 한계를 극복하는 고해상도 영상 복원 방법들은 많은 학자들에 의해 제안되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는, 기존의 고해상도 영상 복원 방법들과는 달리 원영상의 공간적 고주파 성분의 특성을 분석과, 주어진 저해상도 영상들의 부화소 단위 움직임 추정 오류에 대한 분석을 통해 영상 복원과정에 이러한 분석들의 결과를 반영한다. 위에서 언급한 추정 오류는 우리에게 하나의 잡음 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이 잡음은 추정이 이루어지는 축에 따라 그 양이 다르게 나타나게 되고, 이러한 현상은 목적이 되는 영상의 공간적 고주파 성분의 분포와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 우리는 복원 과정에 기존의 영상복원 방법중의 하나인 정규화 방법을 도입한다. 위에서 분석된 현상을 이 복원 과정에 반영하여 기존의 고해상도 영상 복원 방법보다 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 결론적으로, 제안하는 알고리즘은 부화소 단위 움직임 추정 오류의 분석 결과를 반영하므로 이러한 추정 오류에 강한 알고리즘이다.

1997년 12월 IMF 체제로 돌입하면서 국내 소비시장의 급속한 위축으로 기업들은 큰 어려움을 겪게되었다. 삼보컴퓨터도 내수시장의 침체와 환율급등으로 위기를 맞았다. 이와 같은 위기를 극복하기 위해 삼보컴퓨터는 해외시장 개척에 주력하였고 가장 먼저 미국 시장을 주목하게 되었다 삼보는 이러한 위기를 미국에 컴퓨터 판매사인 eMachines사를 설립한 이후 출시한 저가 PC의 성공으로 위기의 극복은 물론 세계적으로 주목받는 기업이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 삼보컴퓨터가 미국 시장 진출을 추진한 배경, 추진전략, 추진과정에 대해 고찰한 다음 해외시장 진출의 성공요인이 무엇인지를 조명하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was to develop a substantive theory on the conquering experience of group-bullies among teenagers, and thereafter suggest a model for solving the problems. Method: Data collection and analysis was proceeded by a method of Grounded Theory. Data was collected by interviewing the participants. Five teenagers participated in this study who had already overcome the situation. Result: In the analysis 31 concepts, 6 categories, and 14 subcategories are extracted from the raw data, and all are constituted on the paradigm model. The causal condition is a painstaking of participants. The context is affirmative reconsidering and the phenomenon is conquering difficulties. The intervening condition is a positive intervention of a supporting system and the strategy for action/interaction is building a relationship. The consequences of this analysis is harmonizing. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest adequate ways of conquering group-bullies. These are positive attitudes towards solving problems and the full use of support systems surrounding them.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the process of overcoming professional burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 12 clinical nurses through in-depth interviews about their actual experiences. The main question was "How do you describe your experience of the process of overcoming professional burnout?" Qualitative data from the field notes and transcribed notes were analyzed using the grounded theory methodology developed by Strauss & Corbin. Results: The core category of experience of the process of professional burnout among clinical nurses was identified as "Keeping a balance by awakening-relaxing-coexisting". The participants used six interactional strategies such as 'Confronting problems', 'Exposing problems', 'Laying the mind's burdens down', 'Taking a breather', 'Seeing from a different perspective', 'Accepting realities'. The results of overcoming process of professional burnout were 'Coexisting' and 'Revitalizing'. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for designing supportive programs and policies to solve professional burnout in clinical nurses.
