본 연구는 초기 스타트업의 제한된 자원으로 겪게 되는 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 이해하기 위해 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)방법을 적용하여, 한양대학교 학생창업 기업인 (주)블랙루비 스튜디오 사례를 통해 설명하고자 하였다. 스타트업 초기 겪게 되는 자원 조달에 대한 문제는 끊임없이 반복되어 오고 있는 연구 주제이다. 이와 같은 문제에도 불구하고 스타트업의 초기 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 자세히 설명하는 연구들은 비교적 많지 않다. 스타트업들이 창업을 시작할 때, 부족한 자금과 제한된 자원을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 외부의 자금 유입을 줄여 위험을 감소시키고 내부적으로 자금 문제를 해결하는 방법인 부트스트래핑에 의존하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 부트스트래핑 개념을 이해하기 위해 관련된 선행연구 검토와 부트스트래핑에 관한 Winborg와 Landstrom(2001)의 연구에서 제시된 32개의 세부 항목별 부트스트래핑 방법을 바탕으로 블랙루비 스튜디오의 사례에 적용시켜 연구를 진행하였다. 창업자인 소재우 대표와의 수 차례의 인터뷰를 통해 스타트업의 생존을 위한 부트스트래핑 방법 활용과 창업 초기 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 면밀히 분석하여 예비창업자들에게 통찰력 있는 시사점을 전한다.

본 논문에서는 초등학교 정보교육의 실태를 교육 과정적 측면에서 살펴보고, 국내 정보교육의 큰 문제점이라고 할 수 있는 교육 과정 부재의 문제를 극복하고자 CSTA K-12 기준안을 분석하여 정보교육의 체계성을 확보하고 더 나아가 정보교육과정을 수립을 위한 기초 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 초등학교 정보교육의 근거가 될 수 있는 2007년, 2009년 개정 초등학교 교육과정, 2005년 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침의 정보 관련 부분을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 정보교육의 필요성을 강조하는 세계적 추세에도 불구하고 국가 수준의 교육과정은 시수 및 교사의 확보, 콘텐츠의 체계성 면에서 이러한 흐름을 반영하고 있지 못하다는 결론을 도출하였으며, 이의 극복 방안으로 컴퓨터 과학의 최근의 추세를 반영하고 있는 CSTA K-12 기준안을 통하여 국내의 정보교육 활동을 체계화하고 교육과정을 수립하기 위한 근거를 제시하고자 하였다.

Geographic routing protocols are very attractive choice for routing in wireless sensor networks because they have been shown to scale better than other alternatives. Under certain ideal conditions, geographic routing works correctly and efficiently. The most commonly used geographic routing protocols include greedy forwarding coupled with face routing. Existing face routing algorithms use planarization techniques that rely on the unit-graph assumption. In real world, many conditions violate the unit-graph assumption of network connectivity, such as location errors, communication voids and radio irregularity, cause failure in planarization and consequently face routing. In this paper, we propose the direction-based geographic routing, which enables energy efficient routing under realistic conditions without planarization techniques. Our proposed approach is for the case in which many sensors need to collect data and send it to a central node. Simulation results show that the protocol exhibits superior performances in terms of energy consumption, delivery success rate, and outperforms the compared protocols.

This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between stress during clinical practices and clinical competence in nursing students. A total of 137 senior nursing students in three different universities located in C city were included. The study period was between October 15 and November 15, 2016, and the data were collected using by structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Multiple regression using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The average score of stress in clinical practice, clinical competence, and resilience were $3.09{\pm}0.43$, $3.54{\pm}0.45$ of 5 and $4.93{\pm}0.66$ of 7. There were significantly negative correlations between stress in clinical practice and resilience (r=-.24, p=.005), as well as stress in clinical practice and clinical competencies (r=-.21, p=.012), while there were significantly positive correlations between resilience and clinical competencies (r=.59, p<.001). Resilience had a full mediated effect between stress in clinical practices and clinical competencies, which showed the significance upon Sobel test (Z=-3.02, p=.003). Therefore, it is suggested that various training courses and programs for strengthening resilience should be developed and applied to nursing curriculum.

In order to ensure the interoperability of products and technologies, companies apply standard technology in R&D but encounter various obstacles in this process, which they try to overcome through active standardization activities. Various studies have investigated the obstacles and coping strategies of companies in the R&D process. However, studies on the obstacles and coping strategies in the standardization process are insufficient, and the types of obstacles related to standardization, so a variety of studies are also needed on the types of activities. In this study, we tried to determine the types of obstacles related to standardization and to examine how these obstacles affect the standardization activities of companies. The analysis used the data from the 'National Standards Survey' which was conducted by the Korean Standards Association in Korea for companies engaged in the electrical, electronic, and information-related fields in Korea. The relationship between standard-related difficulties, needs and standardization activities was verified through structural equation modeling. The analysis results revealed that the standards-related disability issues have some influence on the standardization activities and the mediating effect by the necessity of the standard was investigated. We also found that many companies are making various efforts to overcome the barriers caused by standard activities. This suggests that a company can build a virtuous cycle structure by performing strategic actions to overcome obstacles by standardization activity and reducing the obstacles caused by standard-related research and development.

Asynchronous counters, where the counter value is changed not by a synchronizing clock but by outer inputs, are used in various modern digital systems such as spaceborne electronics. In this paper, we propose a scheme of fault tolerance for asynchronous counters with critical races caused by total ionizing dose (TID) in space. As a typical design flaw of asynchronous digital circuits, critical races cause an asynchronous circuit to show non-deterministic behavior, i.e., the next stable state of a state transition is not a fixed value but may be any value of a state set. Using the corrective control scheme for asynchronous sequential machines, this paper provides an existence condition and design procedure for a state feedback controller that can invalidate the effect of critical races. We implement the proposed control system in VHDL code and conduct experiments to demonstrate that the proposed control system can overcome critical races.

The purpose of this study is to examine the recovering gambling addicts' overcoming process on their hardships of life which hamper their recovery. For this study, we had one to one depth interview with 10 participants who had overcome their hardships of life after stopping gambling. The data gathered from the interviews were analysed following the grounded theory process suggested by Strauss and Corbin. As a result, 131 concepts were constructed, and they were classified into 32 subcategories and 14 category. We presented "overcoming of the hardships of life through the acceptance of reality and re-determination" as a core subject which connects the whole concepts. Based on the research outcomes, we proposed some policy and practice intervention methods such as economic self-support program, social security service, and triangle support system by counselor-family-peer recovering addicts.

노사정위원회가 경제위기 극복을 위한 고통분담의 대타협을 마침내 일궈냈다. 노동계ㆍ기업ㆍ정부 등 3대 경제주체의 대표가 지난 1월 15일 노사정위원회를 구성하고 20일 제1차 공동선언문을 발표한데 이어 2월 6일 협의를 마무리짓고 제2차 공동선언문을 발표한 것이다. 협의과정에서 계속된 철야회의, 팽팽한 의견대립, 일부 대표의 회의장 퇴장 등 우여곡절이 적지 않았다. 그러나 나라 전체에 걸친 신속하고도 근본적인 개혁의 단행없이는 도저히 극복할 수 없는 총체적 국가위기라는 데 인식을 같이 하고 공정한 고통분담으로 경제위기를 극복하고자 의견을 모았다.

지난 2007년 진행되었던 와이브로 기술의 IMT-2000 표준화 과정을 되짚어 봄으로써 와이브로 기술에 제기된 의문점들이 무엇 인지와 이를 어떻게 극복했는지를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 앞으로 예상되는 IMT-Advanced 등의 국제 표준화 과정에서 준비해야 할 일들에서 고찰해보고자 한다.
