This study recognized public social welfare delivery system will be more important in the future according to the developing trend of social welfare that and intended to find overcome factors by analyzing actual status of operating organization. The study results showed that characteristics of delivery system, ineffectiveness of task, delivery system and inconcinnity of personnel are the overcome factors of social welfare. Consequently, this study revealed that public social welfare delivery system will go on smoothly at last when the problems of the overcome factors get solved.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between stigma and quality of life (QOL) in lung cancer patients. Participants were 119 lung cancer patients who visited the outpatient department of a hospital. The subjects completed a questionnaire of stigma, resilience and QOL. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation, three-step regressions to test mediating effect and Sobel test. Stigma was negatively correlated with resilience and QOL. Resilience was positively correlated with QOL. Stigma explained 15.0% of the variance of resilience. Stigma and resilience explained 41.0% of the variance of QOL. Resilience had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between stigma and QOL. The results suggest that a nursing intervention to decrease stigma and enhance resilience is recommended to improve QOL in lung cancer patients.

This study aimed to identify the effect of resilience and positive psychological capital on hospital nurses' professional quality of life. A cross-sectional survey design was utilized to investigate 221 general hospital nurses from June 1 to 30, 2021. Professional quality of life (ProQOL), which is conceptualized with three sub-dimensions (compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress), resilience, and positive psychological capital variables were measured. There was a positive relationship between compassion satisfaction and resilience, positive psychological capital, and a negative relationship among burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and the other variables in this study. The main factors influencing compassion satisfaction were resilience, and positive psychological capital, which explained about 47% of compassion satisfaction. Burnout was influenced by resilience, positive psychological capital, and work pattern, and these variables explained about 37% of burnout. Notably, it was found that resilience was the most crucial factor in nurses' compassion satisfaction, and positive psychological capital was the most crucial factor in nurses' burnout. Thus, it is suggested to develop and verify the effectiveness of a resilience improvement program and positive psychological intervention program to strengthen the internal resources of hospital nurses.

웹에서의 협업과 통합의 대표적인 기술이라 할 수 있는 웹 서비스의 사용은 날로 증가되고 있다 웹 서비스를 이용하여 애플리케이션을 구축할 때. 사용한 웹 서비스 중에서 장애가 발생했을 경우 애플리케이션의 신뢰성 있는 실행을 일해서는 장애를 극복할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트측 애플리케이션에서의 수정 사항 없이 장애를 극복할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 일반적인 장애 상황뿐만 아니라 품질 요소들도 고려하여 요구사항에 만족하지 못할 경우 같은 서비스를 지원하는 웹 서비스로 자동 전환이 되도록 개선하였으며, 같은 서비스를 찾는 방법의 개선도 제안하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 품질 기반의 장애 극복 웹 서비스 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

한국 경제가 침체의 늪에서 헤어나지 못하고 있다. 외환위기와 국제수지 적자, 대기업의 몰락과 이에 연이은 하청업체의 도산 등 우리의 경제는 총체적인 위기감을 맞고있다. 국가경제력과 국방력은 무엇보다도 긴밀한 관계에 있기에 본 지에서는 KID원장으로 계신 백 박사님께 이러한 경제적 위기를 극복하는 고견을 들어 보았다. 백 박사님께서는 본 고에서 국론의 재결집을 무엇보다 강조하고 경제위기 극복을 위한 포괄적인 대책과 이의 추진을 역설하였다. 독자여러분의 일독을 기대해본다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing resilience of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The subject(N=118) was a systemic lupus erythematosus patient who visited the E hospital in D city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression. As a result of the study, impact domain of uncertainty, fatigue, self-management domain of uncertainty, trust in doctors domain of uncertainty significant effects on resilience. Based on this study, in order to improve the resilience of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, a multifaceted approach is needed to reduce the uncertainty perceived by the patient and control fatigue. In addition, it is required to develop an effective nursing intervention program to enhance resilience reflecting influencing factors.
