Recently, the R&D paradigm has become oriented toward convergence technology and interdisciplinary research. In this study, to elucidate the characteristics of research groups that promote the performance of convergence research, we take into account the input characteristics, disciplinary characteristics and collaborative characteristics of research groups. For this study purpose, 5,217 SCI papers published from 104 centers in Advanced Research Center Projects are analyzed as research outputs. The research findings are that the disciplinary balance in the interdisciplinary characteristics and the number of partners in the collaborative characteristics are positively related to the convergence of R&D outputs. The research field of a group introduced as a control variable exerts a significant effect on the convergent R&D outputs. In conclusion, it is necessary to organize internally with the same number of each disciplinary researcher in a research group and to activate external collaboration with partners in order to produce more outputs of convergent research.

군수품은 통상 군에서 사용하는 물품을 의미하며 전투장비, 보조장비, 탄약류 등이 그 대표적인 예이다. 군수품의 품질경영은 성능품질 뿐만 아니라 운용단계의 신뢰성, 수명주기 비용, 서비스, 사회적 책임, 전략 등이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 효과적이고 효율적인 군수품 품질경영에서는 이와 같이 다양한 목적이 균형적으로 달성되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 균형적 품질경영을 제안한다. 이를 위해 총 수명주기 상의 각 단계간의 연계성을 강화하여 전체 최적화를 추구해야 하며 기존의 품질 경영 관점을 확장하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 균형적 품질경영을 소개하고 이를 위해 필요한 단계 간 연계성 강화 추진계획을 제시 한다. 그리고 여기서 국내 군수품 정부품질보증기관인 국방기술품질원의 역할을 소개하고자 한다.

We analyzed how insole affects the dynamic stability and the balance while a body moves or stops. Specially we've sorted out variations of individual balance ability while we make a longitudinal arch stop artificially as a usual situation(just standing and putting one's weight). We found ten men and girls each with suitable feet for our experimentation as the subject of investigation and made individual insole for them by measuring medial longitudinal arch. Then we compared before and after movement of the power point of application and a pattern of COP using the Tetrax balance equipment. We found out it is better for balance ability when we wear insoles. It turned out to be helpful for increasing balance ability of body to use insole which supports medial longitudinal arch of longitudinal arch well.

This paper firstly aims to classifying the applicability of the Balanced Scorecard approach to Korean ocean-going shipping firms' management system. The applicability of this approach is from Korean shipping firms using Balanced Scorecard will create more effective and efficient organizational performance with reflecting non-financial indexes and making a balance among missions in organization. Secondly, the paper suggests positive information and theoretical evidences to improve Korean shipping firms' management system examines an availability of the Balanced Scorecard as one method of management tools. So these factors are analysed by structural equation model. This study provides CEO in Korean ocean-going shipping firm the guideline and availability of the Balanced Scorecard as to what kinds of factors should be considered and what is the most critical factor to adopt the BSC into their business.

The central purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, custom perspective, financial perspective, and general performance. To achieve this purpose, this study uses Kaplan and Norton's(1996) Balanced Scorecard Model theory. A field survey was undertaken through questionnaire sampling a population of construction companies. The data was collected from 185 firms in Korea for the analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; Theoretical consideration and empirical study indicate statistically significant relationship(F=7.68, p=0.000). Especially, Financial perspective appeared to mediate the relationship between non-financial perspectives and general performance. It concludes that Non-financial perspectives significant affect the financial perspective and general performance. But, there are several limitations and directions for future research that should be noted. The potential limitation of this study concerns sampling and for selection process. Future research needs to reduce potential bias by collecting data which allows multiple industries for a subset of the sample.

본 연구는 우리나라의 전력시장 운영규칙을 근간으로 경제학적 모형을 수립한다. SMP를 평균비용으로 고려하였으며 용량가격을 포함하여 발전사의 이득을 계산하였다. 그리고 제안한 모형에서 게임이론을 활용하여 경쟁의 균형인 내쉬균형을 계산하고 검증하였다. 또한, 경쟁의 균형에서 전력시장의 효율성을 최대로 하는 임계 용량가격을 계산하는 방법과 결과를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 뇌졸중으로 인한 성인 편마비 환자의 계단 높이에 따른 보행 훈련을 통하여 균형과 근활성도 변화를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 뇌졸중으로 진단받은 편마비 환자 30명을 대상으로 5cm, 10cm, 15cm 높이의 계단 보행 훈련군으로 나누어 계단 보행 훈련을 실시하였으며, 임상적 균형능력 측정도구인 Berg Balance Scale(BBS), Timed up and go(TUG), Functional Reach Test(FRT)와 근활성도를 측정하였다. 연구결과 균형변화에서는 세 군간 계단 보행 훈련 전과 후의 균형 변화량이 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나(p>.05), 10cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서 가장 큰 변화량을 보였다. 근활성도변화에서는 계단 오르기시 10cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서 넙다리곧은근, 넙다리두갈래근, 장딴지근, 15cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서 모든 근육들이 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p<.05), 계단 내리기시 근활성도 변화에서는 5cm 높이계단 보행 훈련군에서 앞정강근와 장딴지근, 10cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서 모든 근육들이, 15cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서 넙다리두갈래근, 앞정강근, 장딴지근이 통계학으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 따라서, 높이에 따른 계단 보행 훈련은 편마비 환자의 임상적 균형 능력과 근활성도를 변화시키는데 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 특히 10cm 높이 계단 보행 훈련군에서는 다른 높이의 계단 보행 훈련군에서 보다 약간 상대적인 증가를 보였다.

Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a radial nerve palsy case. One Radial nerve palsy case was managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. The patient showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.
