1년에도 수십 수백 개씩 스타트업이 생겨나고 있다. 아마도 모두 미래의 구글과 페이스북, 그리고 아마존이 되길 희망하며 하루하루 가열차게 달리고 있다. 하지만 그 많은 스타트업 중 소위 성공했다 불릴 수 있는 기업은 손에 꼽는다. 능력 있는 창업가, 기발한 사업 모델과 아이디어 그리고 이를 뒷받침해 줄 기술력과 자본이 있다고 성공할 수 없다. 스타트업 기업을 굴러가게 하는 힘은 결국 그 조직의 구성원에게서 나오기에 성공한 스타트업에겐 모두 그들 만의 '조직문화'가 있다. 그게 모두에게 좋은 문화일 필요는 없을 것이다. 그 조직에 가장 접합한, 그래서 구성원의 구성원의 공감대를 사 '일하고 싶은 회사'가 될 수 있게 하는 '조직 문화'가 있는 스타트업이 수많은 인재를 모아 성장을 거듭해 올 수 있었고 그것이 결국 스타트업을 성공으로 이끌었던 것이다. 이런 조직 문화는 회사 초창기에 세팅할수록 해당 기업의 성공 확률도 높아진다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 기업을 대상으로 조직문화 유형이 스타트업 구성원의 조직 몰입과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증분석을 목적으로 하였다. 초기 스타트업 기업의 조직문화 차원은 경쟁가치모형의 혁신문화와 위계문화로 구분하였으며, 조직성과는 스타트업의 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도를 활용하였다. 조직문화는 외부환경에 대한 적응과 조직내부 통합의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 구성원들에 의해 창조 발전되어 학습되는 기본가정으로서 스타트업 구성원들에 의해 공유된 가치(values), 신념(beliefs), 규범(norms)의 체계로 정의한다. 따라서 어떠한 조직문화를 갖는냐에 따라 조직 구성원의 몰입, 충성심, 직무동기, 직무성과는 물론 조직성과와 혁신을 포함하는 여러 조직 요인도 직 갑적인 영향을 받는다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 혁신문화가 스타트업 구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입이 스타트업 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The shared economy has been growing rapidly in recent years, creating an innovative economic paradigm based on the growing interest in sustainable development in the environmental aspect, the development of ICT technology, and the spread of mobile, Internet and smart environments. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing of the shared economy on the intention of domestic consumers using shared economy services. Also we would like to find out if personal orientation on sustainable development actually have a valid impact on perceived values and intentions of using Shared Economy services. The result of the study shows that the factors affecting the intention to use Shared Economy service were perceived usefulness, subjective norm, perceived risk, and sustainable orientation which are characteristics of Shared Economy service. In addition the result of the indirect effect study Find that the individual felt the emotional value through the perceived usefulness and have the greatest influence on intention to use. Therefore, it implies that the marketing strategy of the Shared Economy service should take into consideration the elements that can feel emotional value through usability. In the future, We research on domestic success and failure cases of Shared Economy services and robust verification of influential factors could be continue.

본 연구는 농촌관광사업의 Stakeholders간의 관계 측면에서 참여주민의 특성이 개발기관과 주민조직의 특성과 어떤 관계가 있으며, 이 세 요소가 개발 성과에 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 참여주민의 특성으로 사회와 참여주민에 대한 가치체계, 즉 사회자본의 요소들인 신뢰, 규범, 공동체의식 및 네트워크에의 참여를, 개발기관의 특성으로 지원내용과 지원만족도를, 그리고 주민주직의 특성으로 주민조직의 경영역량인 기획, 조직, 지도력, 통제를 측정항목으로 설정하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 45개 마을에서 227명의 농촌관광 참여자들을 대상으로 상관분석과 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과 사회자본이 사업성과에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 0.60으로 상당 부분의 영향을 미침을 설명하고 있었다. 반면 개발기관의 지원특성은 주민조직의 경영역량과 유의성 있는 상관이 있었으나 사업성과에 직접적인 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발사업의 효과가 외부지원에 의해서가 아니라 주민 자체의 역량에 의해서 결정됨을 설명한다. 농촌관광사업이 효과를 얻기 위해서는 공동체의식, 주민과 개발기관간의 상호 신뢰감 조성 등 주민의식의 고양이 필요하며, 특히 주민조직체의 경영역량 함량을 위해 제도적 지원이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of transformative learning and the meaning and process of learning. Transformative learning explains that learning takes place in three aspects. First, Instrumental learning takes place in the process of acquiring knowledge based on facts, such as hypothesis testing. Secondly, Communicative learning recognizes the meaning of other people's thoughts or social norms, cultures and values through language. Thirdly, emancipatory learning makes through critical self-reflection by understanding oneself on the basis of psychological and cultural assumptions. The implications of outplacement convergence education, is that main purpose of outplacement education is to build theory and shift the perspective to learning conversion in general operation practice. The content of the outplacement convergence education is that it should shift from instrumental learning to communicative and emancipatory learning.

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

컴퓨터 게임은 이미 전세계적으로 가장 영향력 있는 엔터테인먼트 장르로서 자리잡아가고 있고, 우리나라에서도 차세대 성장동력산업의 핵심으로 간주하여 막대한 투자가 이루어지고 있지만, 어느 산업보다도 정책적 일관성을 유지하기 어렵고 일반인들의 정서적 공감대를 얻어내기 어려운 실정이다. 그 이유는 아직 게임행위와 그로 인한 결과물들에 대한 견실한 가치론이 구축되지 못했기 때문인데, 더 근원적으로는 제반 디지털 문화현상과 양립 가능한 세계관과 인간관의 기초개념이 정립되지 못했기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 바야흐로 게임의 철학이 요청되는 시점이다. 본 논문은 이러한 상황인식하에, 우리나라 디지털문화에 내재된 이중규범과 존재론적 전제의 오류들을 검토하고, 계산주의(Computationalism)와 가상실재론(Virtual Realism)이라는 이론적 맥락을 토대로 온라인 게임, 가상현실 그리고 현실이 일관되게 상호작용하는 구조를 밝히고자 한다. 그러한 과정에서 게임 폐인과 스타 게이머의 간극, 아이템 현금거래의 정당성, 인기있는 게임의 철학적 이유, 게임 심의규정의 현실 적합성 등에 대한 논의가 이루어질 것이며, 궁극적으로 게임은 단순한 엔터테인먼트 매체가 아니라 그 자체로서 '생활양식(form of life)'이기 때문에 어느 관공서의 표어처럼 말 그대로 "게임으로 하나되는 세상"이 가능하다는 결론에 이르게 될 것이다.

This study reflects the regional context of Northeast Asian countries embodied in US-North Korean nuclear tension. The researcher uses the methodological inquiry of practical theology to analyze the political affairs and intertwine with religious education. The ecology of religious education to dismantle the threat of ethnic and racial discrimination such as white supremacy supports a shared pedagogy between students and their teachers in the narrative of Jesus to challenge all forms of oppression as the democratic presence of God.

The purpose of this study was to measure the causal relationships among affective belief, ambivalence, subjective norm, attitude, intention to consume and meat consumption. A total of 318 questionnaires were completed. The structural equation model was used to measure the causal effects among constructs. The results demonstrated that the confirmatory factor analysis model provided excellent model fit. The proposed model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the baseline model. The effects of affective belief, ambivalence and subjective norm on attitude were statistically significant. The effect of subjective norm on intention was statistically significant. As expected, subjective norm and attitude had significant effects on meat consumption. Moreover, affective belief, ambivalence and subjective norm had indirect influences on meat consumption. Subjective norm also had an indirect influence on intention. The overall findings offered strong empirical support for the intuitive notion that improving the level of attitude toward eating meat can increase favorable intentions and decrease unfavorable intentions to reduce future meat consumption.

This study identified what children's TV program model should KBS offer to the realization of the value of children audience. Results demonstrated that educational and norm, content diversity & children's interest, cultural diversity, and program accessibility were derived as the characteristics of children's programs pursued by parents bringing up children. This study further expects the efforts of KBS to provide children's programs that people want may serve as a key mechanism for enhancing awareness of the need for public broadcasting and contributing to the realization of normalizing TV license fees.

Hate crimes should be viewed as a social problem, not a personal crime, and a preventive system should be established to have an acceptance system for people who can engage in antisocial behavior outside of the social integrated value norms. In particular, in order to reduce tragic hate crimes, society and the government should actively work to resolve polarization, and personality education linked to families, schools, and society should be provided, and policies to establish social safety network such as social security systems should be prepared. In addition, it is necessary to switch to a society in which principles are emphasized, and a society that cares for the weak rather than the strong, rather than the expedient policy of words.
