아파트와 단독주택 간 경계가 허물어지고 있다. 현대인들은 소득수준이 높아지고 삶의 질을 중요시 여기면서 편리함에 쾌적한 환경까지 욕심 내고 있다. 그래서 그들은 산과 들이 어우러진 곳에 살고자 전원주택으로 갔지만, 또 다른 현실적인 불편함을 극복하지 못한 채 다시 도시로 귀환하기 일쑤다. 이러한 현상에 맞춰 도심아파트에 단독주택의 쾌적성을 갖춘 아파트가 등장해 화제다.

우리주변에서 규칙적으로 내뿜어지는 매연을 우리들의 건강을 위해서 예측하고 제어하는데에는 여러방법이 있다. 이방법들은 몇개의 단계로 나뉘어져서 공기의 질을 제어하기위한 효과적인 계통을 이룬다. 본 고에서는 공기감시계통, 입지선택, 효과적인 초기경고계통에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

원자로제어계에 필요한 전력요구량을 과거방법과는 달리 원자여불규칙잡음을 최소화하는 N. Wiener 해법과 Bode-Shonnon방법을 이용하여 최적화하였고 원자로내부귀환을 고려하므로서 더 복잡한 System의 이용을 가능하게 하였다. 결정된 Lagrange 미정승수 값은 1.2였으며, 이에 대한 시간응답을 HITICHI-505 Analog계산기로 입증하였다.

오리자조금위원회가 새로운 수장을 맞았다. 2006년 오리산업의 최고 부흥기를 이끌었던 김만섭 회장의 귀환이다. 사람들은 지난해 오리 총생산액이 1조4,000억원에 육박하고 지난해말 오리자조금의 새로운 수장으로 김만섭 위원장이 선출되면서 오리산업의 부흥을 다시 한번 기대하고 있다. 오리고기 소비확신을 통해 오리산업의 재도약 의지를 밝힌 김만섭 오리자조금관리위원장으로부터 오리고기 소비홍보의 새로운 계획을 들어봤다.

A flexible one-link robotic manipulator is modelled as a rotating cantilever beam with a hub and tip mass. An active control law is developed with consideration of the distributed flexibility of the arm. Equation of motion is derived by Hamilton's principle and, for modal control, represented as state variable form using Galerkin's mode summation method. Feedback coefficients are chosen to minimize the linear quadratic performance index(PI). To reconstruct the complete state vector from the measurements, an observer is proposed. In order to suppress vibration of the manipulator arm to desirable extent and to obtain accuracy of the positioning, weighting factor of input in PI is adjusted. Spillover effect due to the controller which controls several important modes is examined. Experiment is also performed to validate the theoretical analysis.

This paper presents a design of deadbeat control system for DC motor driving such a rotational mechanical system with gear as a printing machine. The deadbeat response design developed for control system of a sampled continuous-data process does not guarantee zero intersampling ripples, but the proposed deadbeat control system that consists of the integral controller and the full-order state observer, has many advantages such as an output response without the ripples, and setting time than the optimal control system in the same sampling period. The results of case study through MATLAB simulation are shown that the efficiency of the proposed controller for DC motor driving a rotational system with gear is verified by comparing with optimal controller etc..

In this paper, we analyze the performance of transmit diversity techniques which are the key technologies of the third generation mobile communication systems. Transmit diversity techniques adopted on the specification of 3GPP are classified into open-loop and closed-loop methods depending on the existence of feedback data. In WCDMA systems, the DPCH signal is space-time coded to provide a mobile station with diversity. Computer simulations shall be performed to analyze and compare their performance considering the effect of mobile speed, number of path, power control, and delay of feedback with the WCDMA slot format #13 for application to WCDMA systems.

In this paper, we propose a new neuro-fuzzy controller based on reinforcement learning. The proposed system is composed of neuro-fuzzy controller which decides the behaviors of an agent, and dynamic recurrent neural networks(DRNNs) which criticise the result of the behaviors. Neuro-fuzzy controller is learned by reinforcement learning. Also, DRNNs are evolved by genetic algorithms and make internal reinforcement signal based on external reinforcement signal from environments and internal states. This output(internal reinforcement signal) is used as a teaching signal of neuro-fuzzy controller and keeps the controller on learning. The proposed system will be applied to controller optimization and adaptation with unknown environment. In order to verifY the effectiveness of the proposed system, it is applied to collision avoidance of an autonomous mobile robot on computer simulation.
