  • 지오펜스와 하이브리드 비콘을 이용한 입원환자 출입관리시스템은 모바일 앱, 관리자는 웹 화면을 이용해 입원 환자들의 병원 출입을 관리하는 시스템이다. 기존의 외출 시스템은 환자가 외출 신청서를 수기로 작성하고 주치의의 허락 하에 외출하는 형태이지만, 신청서 작성 과정을 거치지 않고 무단으로 외출하는 환자의 경우 외출 시점이나 현재 위치 등을 파악하기 어려운 문제가 있다. 무단 외출 환자를 즉각적으로 파악하지 못하는 경우 해당 환자들이 음주 또는 귀원하지 않는 등의 사고의 원인이 되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지오펜스와 하이브리드 비콘을 이용해 환자들의 병원 출입 유무의 정확성을 높이고 무단 외출 환자를 즉각적으로 파악하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 1949年後周作人散文中,有關魯迅的回憶文章是其重要組成部分。特别是《魯迅的故家》,展现了形成當下周作人鲁迅的过去经验,根源,历史,文化,地域传统以及逐渐衰败的士大夫家的荒凉内面。周作人在《魯迅的故家》上的魯迅回忆法很独特。明明以魯迅的文章《朝花夕拾》为引子,但很快就超越了原本。他望着被魯迅漏掉或遗忘的百草园内外徘徊。那里有鬼園,有漂泊在鬼園之上的灵魂,也有些生活在想象和历史的境界里的人。甚至还有被他遗忘似的祖父和父親。《魯迅的故家》在虚构和历史,想象和事实或魯迅和周作人这两个领域之間无数次往返,跳跃,并创造出上下四面扩张的新世界。但是在这个时空中,真实和虚构已经不再是個问题。因为在虚构和事实之间徘徊的《魯迅的故家》中的人和事不知不觉间变得更加立体,时时刻刻变化,拥有丰富的内涵。 但是另一方面,随着《魯迅的故家》中出现的魯迅周围人物和事迹具有具体的质感,魯迅本身其形象和存在感也变得模糊不清。因此,"《魯迅的故家》实际上是周作人的故家"的不满和由周作人對魯迅谈论的结果,被认为是 '对左翼鲁迅的放逐'。周作人復原了魯迅早年和青年時代。那是被推頌爲 "現代中國聖人","革命家"以前的周作人長兄的魯迅,是生活在衆多背景和事件中凡人魯迅,是非革命性的非戰鬥性的魯迅。這是周作人創造的另 一個世界,是周作人和魯迅的文學和學術發祥地,也接近于曾分化成許多不同面貌的原生質世界。

Pathological Mechanistic Study of Conducting Fire Back to Its Origin (인화귀원(引火歸原)의 병기론 연구)

  • The fire not to back to its origin(火不歸原) is said that source yang(元陽) of sea of qi(氣海) rises because fire(火) of lower energizer(下焦) can't return to its origin. Successive medical men regarded the cause of it as yang deficiency(陽虛) or yin deficiency(陰虛) generally, but Jangseoksun(張錫純) presented eight kinds of cause, they are syndrome of upcast yang(戴陽證), deficiency of qi(氣虛), yin deficiency, yin and yang deficiency(陰陽虛), thoroughfare qi ascending counterflow(衝氣上衝), heart fire(心火), yang deficiency with cold fluid retention(寒飮) in middle energizer(中焦寒飮), yang deficiency with sunken cold locked in(沈寒錮冷). The method of conducting fire back to its origin may be the treatment of fire not to back to its origin as an interpretation of the phrase in a broad sense, but it is limited to yang deficiency with sunken cold locked in besides syndrome of upcast yang as the treatment based on pathological conditions. By this standpoint Eunsuryong(殷壽龍) used conducting fire back to its origin to remove hidden cold(伏寒) and make rising false fire(假火) settle. The meaning of conducting fire back to its origin is not just raise yang qi(陽氣) but break sunken cold locked in by using the drugs like Buja(附子), Yukgye(肉桂). Jakyak(芍藥) can concentrate yang qi on the life gate(命門) by converging it, Sukjihwang(熟地黃) can supply yin essence(陰精) and check the intense nature of tonifing yang(補陽) drugs. So if we want to use the method of conducting fire back to its origin, we should confirm the symptoms of sunken cold locked in and yang deficiency not to misdiagnose yin deficiency.

  • We inquired into the prescription including Radix Aconiti(附子) on the records of the past. According to the role of Radix Aconiti(附子), we can divide into four group. (1) In the case of excess in the upper and deficiency in the lower(上盛下虛), heat in the upper and cold in the lower(上熱下寒), Radix Aconiti(附子) supplies the fire from the gate of life(命門火) and the fire of deficiency type(虛火) is recurred into the origine(根源) by it. (2) In the case that Yang(陽) is kept externally by Yin(陰)-excess in the interior(陰盛格陽), and there is heat syndrome in the exterior with cold syndrome in the interior(裏寒外熱), Radix Aconiti(附子) can remove cold(祛寒) and revitalizes(回陽). (3) In the case of the heat of excess type syndrome(實熱證), Radix Aconiti(附子) treats heat-syndrome(熱證) with heat-clearing(淸熱) drug. (4) In the case of wind-syndrome(風證) and phlegm-syndrome(痰證), Radix Aconiti(附子) supplies the kidney-Yang(元陽) and promotes movement of the other drugs. According to frequency in use of drugs, we can divide into four group. (1) In e case of the fire of deficiency type(虛火), Radix Aconiti(附子) is used with drugs of invigorating-Yin(補陰), invigorating-Yang(補陽) and diuresis(利水), such as Rhizoma rehmanniae(熟地黃), Cortex cinnamomi(肉桂), Fructus comi(山茱萸), Poria, etc. (2) In the case that Yang is kept externally by Yin(陰)-excess in the interior(陰盛格陽), Radix Aconiti(附子) is used with drugs of dispelling cold(祛寒) and revitalization(回陽), such as Rhizoma zingiberis siccatum(乾薑), Radix glycyrrhizae(甘草), Radix ginseng(人蔘), etc. (3) In the case of the heat of excess type syndrome(實熱證), Radix Aconiti(附子) is used with drugs of heat-clearing(淸熱), such as Rhizoma coptidis(黃蓮). (4) In the case of wind-syndrome(風證) and phlegm-syndrome(痰證), Radix Aconiti(附子) is used with drugs of dispersing(發散), invigorating(補氣), enriching the blood(補血), removing the phlegm(去痰), heat-clearing(淸熱). such as Radix oxterici koreani(羌活), Radix ledebouriellae(防風), Radix ginseng(人蔘), Radix angelicae gigantis(當歸), etc. Especially in many of cases, Radix Aconiti(附子) is used with drugs of nourishing-Yin(滋陰), but it is hardly used with drugs of treating middle-jiao energy(中氣).
