  • The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies to improve and revitalize public small libraries established and operated by local governments among small libraries in Yangpyeong-gun. For this purpose, basic factors to be considered for the analysis of the current situation were derived by examining the policies and prior studies of small libraries. Based on these factors, the operation status of the public small libraries were analyzed, and interviews were conducted with the itinerant libertarians and staffs. As a result of the analysis, the main problems were the deterioration of a building, the lack of manpower and expertise, and the collection and program that did not reflect regional characteristics. In this study, we suggested a revitalization strategy such as improvement of the operating system, development of community-focused life-friendly libraries, reinforcement of manpower and expertise, development of book collections and reading culture programs with regional specialization, and establishment of community networks.

  • 흔히 중소건설사는 대형건설사에 비해 안전관리 역량이 뒤처진다고 알려져 있다. 자금과 인력이 상대적으로 부족하다 보니 안전관리에 소홀하다는 것이 그 이유다. 그런데 최근 이런 인식이 한낱 편견에 불과함을 보여주는 현장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 강원지역의 중견건설상인 (주)대건이 시공을 하고 있는 '평창군 오대천 생태하천 복원사업 현장'이다. 이곳은 현장소장을 필두로 모든 현장 구성원이 적극 재해예방활동에 참여하는 등 자율안전관리의 모범을 보여주고 있다. 게다가 최근 안전보건공단으로부터 '위험성평가 우수 사업장 인정'을 받았을 정도로 안전관리의 수준도 상당히 높다. 하고자 하는 열정과 굳건한 신념만 있다면 중소건설사도 대기업 못지않은 우수한 안전관리를 펼칠 수 있다는 것을 직접 보여주고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

  • The battlefield environment of the Korean peninsula is rapidly changing due to the advancement of the weapon system brought by the political situation of adjacent countries and the 4th industrial revolution. The reduction of population also caused a sharp drop in the recruitment of military personnel, making it unavoidable to reform the military structure. This meaningful study is timely with recent news reports on the shortage of recruitment by 10,000 persons in the last five years. Universities are also seeing a decrease in the number of new students due to the reduced school-age population, and affiliated universities are responding to this issue with great seriousness. With a reduction in manpower, requirement-handling military units need to step up their efforts to secure competent noncommissioned officers while affiliated universities must also train capable noncommissioned officers. As a solution to the matter at hand, this study aims to suggest a method that may vitalize both the navy and the navy-affiliated universities based on the results of literature research.

Views of Public Dental Hygienist about Oral Health Hub Center - In the Area Not Implemented (구강보건센터 미설치 보건소 치과위생사의 구강보건센터 설치 및 운영에 관한 견해)

  • Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare started to implement oral health hub center to provide oral health preventive program and dental treatment to public, especially dental vulnerable class in 2006. But, there is no applicant area to implement it regardless of national budget arrangement in 2012. This study is aimed to investigate the reason not to be implemented and requirements of implementation. 293 among 1,000 public dental hygienists in the area where have not implemented oral health hub center were surveyed in Korea from April to July in 2012 through convenience sampling. The questionnaire consisted of the reason why oral health hub center have not been implemented, the requirement of implementation, duty area and duty position et al. After removal of insufficient responses, 217 questionnaires were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA using SPSS 20.0. The reason why oral health hub center have not been implemented were deficiency of the priority list as compared with other health program (72.4%), space insufficiency (71.4%), regional budget insufficiency (70.5%), will insufficiency of oral health promotion (70.5%) and manpower insufficiency (62.7%). The first requirement of implementation were space expansion and regional budget expansion, followed by reduction of record-originated and administrative tasks, understanding on oral health program of higher ranking public officials in health center, manpower expansion, reduction of other tasks than oral health program and volunteer source expansion. Budget insufficiency and manpower insufficiency in Metropolis were ranked higher than other area (p<0.05). The group not to discuss oral health hub center graded each reason not to be implemented significantly higher than the other group (p<0.05). We suggested that to promote the importance of public oral health program be needed to public and higher ranking public officials to implement oral health hub center. In addition, we insisted that more dental manpower and budget be needed for reduction of oral health inequity in metropolis.

A Design on Information Security Occupational Classification for Future Convergence Environment (미래 융합환경 기반의 정보보호 직업군 설계)

  • Recently advanced security threats have increasingly occurred, and the necessity and importance of Information Security has been growing with the advent of the era of convergence beyond information-oriented age. Most domestic studies in the field of occupational classification of Information Security have only focused on technology-oriented occupations. Relatively little research has been carried out on the occupational classification in the view of convergence environment. Therefore, in this paper we gave a definition of Information Security occupations, classified them and draw required capabilities by occupations in order to design the occupational classification system of Information Security and the required capabilities for future convergence environment by analyzing the previous studies. We also reclassified the occupational classification and required capabilities by occupations, and verified the validity of them based on National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education's the occupational classification system of Information Security considering the future convertgence environment. It is expected that the results of this study will be employed as base data for manpower demand and supply and improvement of working conditions in the future convergence environments. In the future study we will build standardized instruction methods which provide occupational capabilities by using the required capabilities by occupations.

간호사의 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 영양지식

  • 영양사들이 영양서비스에 대한 중요성을 인지하고 있으나 과중한 급식업무에 많은 시간을 할애하고 있으며, 또한 영양사 인력부족으로 인하여 환자에 대한 영양상담이나 영양교육이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 병원도 있어 간호사들이 영양교육을 실시하는 병원도 있는 형편이다. 따라서 영양사의 원활한 업무수행 및 역할 확대를 위하여서는 이에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 의사, 간호사 등 타 의료진의 영양관리에 대한 인식파악이 필요하다고 생각되어 마산시와 창원시 및 경남 함안군에 위치한 2-3차 의료기관에 종사하는 보건의료인 중 간호사(197명)와 간호조무사(94명) 291명을 대상으로 영양관리 중 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 영양지식을 조사하였다. 환자에 대한 영양교육이 ‘매우 필요하다’에 74.2%, ‘약간 필요하다’에 32.8%를 보였으며, 간호사와 전문대 졸업이상에서 간호조무사와 고졸자에 비하여 영양교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(P < 0.001). 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 자는 47.9%, 이수한 자는 52.1%이였으며, 간호조무사(60.4%)가 간호사(42.1%)에 비하여 (P < 0.01), 그리고 근무경력 2년 이상(51.5-59.4%)에서 2년 미만(34.4%)에 비하여(p < 0.05) 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 율이 높게 나타났다. 영양관련 과목 이수자 중 영양지식 습득정도는58.7%가 ‘부족’한 것으로, 40.6%가 ‘보통’인 것으로 답하여 대체적으로 부족하다고 인정하고 있었으며, 학력이 낮을수록 ‘부족’하다고 답하여 학력에 따른 유의적인 차이가 있었다(P <0.05). 영양교육 연수경험이 있는 대상자는 8.6%, 없는 자는 91.4%로 간호사에게 영양교육 연수가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영양교육 담당자의 적임자로는 영양사 69.3%, 간호사 21.3%로 답하였으며, 간호조무사는 영양교육 적임자로 영양사 82.7%, 간호사 5.8%로 답한 반면 간호사는 영양사 63.5%, 간호사 27.9%로 답하여 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 기회가 주어지면 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 대상자가 47.2%, 참여하지 않겠다는 자가 52.8%로 약1/2정도는 기회가 온다면 참여하겠다는 의지를 보였다. 영양교육에 참여하지 않겠다는 대상자의 43.4%가 ‘전문지식 부족’, 40.5%가 ‘전문가가 담당하는 것이 바람직하다’, 11.9%가 ‘업무량 과중’을 이유로 들었다. 환자치료 시에 영양에 대한 내용을 지도한 경험이 있는 대상자는 48.8%, 지도경험이 없는 자는 51.2%로 나타났으며, 간호사(60.9%)가 간호조무사(23.4%)에 비하여 지도경험율이 높고(p <0.001), 기혼자(57.4%)가 미혼자(44.2%)에 비하여 높으며(p < 0.05), 근무경력 2년 이상이 2년 미만에 비하여(P <0.05), 그리고 전문대 졸업 이상이 고졸에 비하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 영양지식점수의 분포는 good group 55.3%, fair group 41.2%, Poor group이 3.4%이었으며, good group의 평균 점수는 16.1 $\pm$ 1.1점, fair group은 12.7 $\pm$ 1.4점, poor group은 6.6 $\pm$ 2.8점으로 세 군간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p < 0.001). 영양지식 점수의 전체평균은 20점 만점에 14.3 $\pm$ 2.5점이였다. 이상의 결과에서 환자의 영양교육 및 상담업무를 원활하게 수행하기 위하여 영양과 내에 급식관리와는 별도로 임상영양 및 영양교육을 담당하는 부서가 설치되어야 하며 영양사의 인력확보가 필요하다고 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과에서 간호사들은 영양교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었으나 간호사를 영양교육의 적임자로 보는 시각이 비교적 높았고 약 1/2정도는 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 의지를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 실제로 영양지도를 한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 1/2 정도가 영양관련과목을 이수하지 않았으며, 91.4%가 영양교육 연수경험이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Recent changes made lack of volunteers is ready for a lot of the black students lack basic physical fitness and to increase this by itself is a lot to announce the final selection from the first notes, the secondary Fitness NCO selection process and interview process. The trend of course, but also to life as a career soldier passed the sergeant exam showed the important need is ready to run out of the old basic fundamentals that can be said that a lot of beginners executives. Therefore, we propose an appropriate national security with the mental and physical knowledge that our military needs the basic data ingest through analysis of model train to make excellent NCO personnel by fitness programs.

  • 데스크탑, 태블릿, 스마트폰등 다양한 인터넷 접근방법과 크롬, 사파리, 파이어폭스등 다양한 브라우저가 사용됨에 따라 이런 여러 가지 인터넷 환경에 대응하기 위해 W3C에서는 HTML5를 권고하고 있으며 이에 따른 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 전 세계적으로 HTML5로의 전환을 빠르게 확산시키려는 움직임을 보이고 있으나 선도 기업을 제외한 공공기관 및 민간 기업에서는 전문 인력 부족, 학습 비용 투자 등 여러 가지 문제로 인해 전환속도가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 HTML5에 대한 국내외 표준화 및 시장현황에 대해 기술하고, 이를 기반으로 WYSIWYG HTML5 저작도구를 설계하였다.
