The cost of preparing munitions in weapon system operation and management has been rapidly increasing and current weapon systems have become complicated and diverse due to new warfare pattern changes and the rapid growth of advanced scientific technology. Moreover, as a part of the execution plans of creative economics, the Korean government is actively reviewing how to minimize the costs of preparing munitions. Accordingly, this study derived the issues of munitions management for decreasing munitions preparing costs. First, the issues of munitions management were introduced through review and analysis with respect to the munitions classification criteria, regulations and systems, and equipment maintenance information systems. Second, we proposed the application and necessity for the real-name system which is responsible for munitions management and the fragmentation of the maintenance instructions status classification criteria.. Also, we were analyzed that the effects depending on the application. Finally, we proposed that the linkage system which is currently military active with equipment maintenance information systems as well as the total life-cycle management system (TLCSM) improvements to the itemized data and records management system by utilizing IT technology CMB that must be done in order to improve the issues.

This study was aimed to determine microbiological Quality by adding green tea extracts to cook-chill foods. For this study, Pyeonyuk were blended with green tea extracts to different concentrations of 0, 2 and 3% and prepared in a cook-chill system. Microbiological effects of green tea extracts were assessed during production process by measuring process time, temperature, pH and A wand determining total plate counts and coliforms. Effects of green tea extracts on total plate counts and coliforms were observed during cold storage at 3$^{\circ}C$ for five days. Green tea extracts improved the microbiological Quality and showed antibacterial properties when they are added to Pyeonyuk prepared in a cook-chill production system. The use of green tea extracts can be further explored as a means of enhancing freshness and Quality in cook-chill foods.

The objective of this paper is to provide an introductory scheme of Supply Chain Management(SCM) for the Air Force logistics support system. To accomplish our goal, we analyzed the successful example of the military logistics reform based on SCM in the United States, after we observed the concept and concerning methods of SCM. The introductory scheme of SCM was specifically provided on the transportation system and material information system of the aircraft repair parts, which are considered important in the Air Force logistics support system. The Air Force will be able to raise the complete mission supportability through the construction of an innovative logistics support system, which is low in cost and efficient, based on state of the art information and communication technology.

It is very important for weapon systems to manage the logistic support for the better combat readiness. Therefore, in this paper we review the issues of logistic support and suggest alternatives to effectively manage the logistic support for weapon systems by using performance based logistics, especially during operations and support phase.

방산물자 수출은 정부 대 정부, 또는 정부 대 회사의 경우가 대부분으로 무기획득 계획, 작전성능 요구사항, 국방획득 조달주기, 정책결정자에 관한 정보 및 해당 국가 방산업체의 마케팅 전략 등 방산물자 수츨울 위한 해외 시장정보를 얻기가 어려워 경쟁력있는 가격 제시에 한계를 가지고 있다. 국방부에서는 국방무관 및 군수무관을 활용하여 구매국에 대한 시장정보를 획득하고 있으나, 군수무관은 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 러시아, 독일 등 주요 방산생산국에 국한되어 운용하고 있어 군수무관의 운용 국가를 확대하거나, 국방무관에 대한 방산시장에 대한 정보획득업무를 정규업무로 규정할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 모든 군수업체가 국방품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 군수품의 품질신뢰성을 확보하고 품질보증체제로 정착할 수 있도록 발전방안을 도출시키기 위하여 군수품의 품질보증절차와 품질특성을 분석하고, ISO 인증시스템과 국방품질경영시스템 인증시스템의 운영실태 파악하고 현상분석을 하여 그 대책을 도출하여 발전방안을 제시하였다.

미래 전장 환경하의 복합/다종 무기체계를 대상으로 하는 군수 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법론은 기존의 에이전트 시스템에서 실시간성 및 신뢰성뿐만 아니라, 국내 군수 환경을 수용할 수 있는 모델이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이 같은 전장상황이라는 특수성에 맞는 다중 에이전트 기반의 모델링 방법론을 제안하다. 다중 에이전트 시스템에서 효과적으로 모델링하기 위하여 군수 시뮬레이션의 모델을 Information, Function model 로 나누고 에이전트 시스템의 중추적인 역할을 하는 Agent Management System(AMS) 을 Management model 로 구성한다. 제안하는 모델링 방법론은 다양한 도메인에서도 구성하기 적합하여 확장성과 유연성의 이점이 있으며, 각 모델이 플러그인 형식으로 구현되어 유사한 도메인에 적용할 때 재사용성이 높은 모델링 방법론을 제시한다.

본 연구는 ANP법을 활용하여 전평시 군수지원 시스템에 대한 운용평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 평가를 위하여 본 연구에서는 군 실정에 부합한 평가기준 재정립하여 기준별 구체적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. 그에따라 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시스템 운용의 최적조합을 판단하는 과정과 정수계획법을 통한 수리적 모델링으로 군수품의 배송비용에 대한 경제성 평가를 제시하였고 회귀분석을 통한 효용성 평가와 IPB에 의한 군수품 수송의 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 각 평가 결과를 ANP법을 이용한 종합 평가치를 산출하여 전평시 지휘관 및 참모의 부대지휘절차간에 구체적인 방책구상 및 선정시 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정할 수 있도록 하였다.

군수품은 통상 군에서 사용하는 물품을 의미하며 전투장비, 보조장비, 탄약류 등이 그 대표적인 예이다. 군수품의 품질경영은 성능품질 뿐만 아니라 운용단계의 신뢰성, 수명주기 비용, 서비스, 사회적 책임, 전략 등이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 효과적이고 효율적인 군수품 품질경영에서는 이와 같이 다양한 목적이 균형적으로 달성되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 균형적 품질경영을 제안한다. 이를 위해 총 수명주기 상의 각 단계간의 연계성을 강화하여 전체 최적화를 추구해야 하며 기존의 품질 경영 관점을 확장하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 균형적 품질경영을 소개하고 이를 위해 필요한 단계 간 연계성 강화 추진계획을 제시 한다. 그리고 여기서 국내 군수품 정부품질보증기관인 국방기술품질원의 역할을 소개하고자 한다.
