농어촌민들에게 안정적인 전력공급을 위해 낙후도서에 해저케이블 공사 중인 곳이 많다. 특히 선박통항량이 많은 무역항내 해저케이블 공사는 준설이 수반되기 때문에 안전위해요소가 많다. 안전위해요소를 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대해서 고찰해 본다.

선박의 안천한 항해를 돕기 위하여 해상에 항로표지를 설치하여 운영하고 있다. 해상 ICT(Information and Communications Technology)의 발달로 AtoN AIS(Automatic Identification System) 및 CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), LTE(Long Term Evolution) 등 다중통신망을 이용하여 항로표지의 상태를 감시하고 제어가 가능해짐에 따라 해양수산부에서는 항로표지 관리운영시스템을 운영하고 있다. e-Navigation 및 자율운항선박 분야 등에 항로표지 스마트화를 위해 정확한 항로표지 정보가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 항로표지 정보 제공을 위해 관리운영시스템 표준소프트웨어 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안에 대해서 소개한다.

Development strategies of Saemangeum New Port are as follows : First, get port terminal areas to be larger. Second, establish the strategy of investment attraction in consideration of the cargo to be handled in Saemangeum New Port. Third, attract regional cargo from such Chinese provinces as Gangso and Sandongseong so as to differentiate it from the existing ports. Finally, construct such connecting programmes as the strategy of the Hub-and-Spoke calling at ports that can make a mutual win-win competition rather than an opposing competition to attract the cargo from the existing port.

수면비행선박은 지면효과를 이용하여 해면과 가깝게 비행하면서 여객 및 화물수송이 가능한 복합운항형태의 선박을 말하는데, 이 수면비행선박의 원리와 수면비행선박의 안전운항을 위해서는 어떠한 항로표지시설이 설치되어야 하는지 관련 규정 및 군산지방해양항만청의 사례를 중심으로 조사 결과를 제시한다.

중력식 등표는 내·외적으로 충분한 구조적 안정성을 갖도록 설계되고 있으나, 시공 시 해상공사 특성 상 불가피하게 발생하는 재료 유실은 상당한 구조적 안정성 저해 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 시공 시 재료 유실을 최소화 할 수 있도록 토목섬유를 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the logistics strategies for the improvement Gunsan port's competitiveness. To accomplish the purpose, this paper reviews the concept & function of logistics firstly. Next we find out the main factors of improving port's competitiveness, build the basic model of the logistics strategy and apply the model to the case of Gunsan port. The strategies to improve the competitiveness of Gunsan port are as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

The physical characteristics and contaminant level of the dredged material generated by the channel maintenance and water quality improvement was analysed in a series of the study of the beneficial uses of dredged material in harbor. Dredged materials were sampled at Kunsan, Kohyun, Samchunpo, and Pohang Harbors and tested in the laboratory(leaching Test). From the experimental results, the specific gravity does not shows large differences, while almost grains are composed of silts and oyster shells except Pohang harbor containing gravels. The COD release rate and ignition loss is high in Kunsan dredged materials because of the watershed pollutants loads. The nutrient release rate is also relatively high. The release concentration of the heavy metals shows the highest values on Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu constituents at Kohyun, Kunsan, Samchunpo, Kunsan, respectively.
