This study presents the political economics models to explore the political landscape of special interest groups influencing the government's decision making process for implementing international environmental standard. Starting with the popular menu-auction types of lobbying frameworks in the literature, the study extends its scope of research to multi-principal and multi-agency based international interest group politics and its hybrid case in order to bring the interaction of the relevant interest politics to the fore. Within a specific factor model of international trade between 2 small open economies, we compare the political equilibrium environmental standards in different institutional frameworks which can be feasible in the sense of recently growing role of environmental interest group. Although the conventional finding suggests that cooperative bargaining between the two countries can attain the globally optimal level of the standard, the paper rather explains that the cooperation between the national interest groups and the hybrid case also generate the stricter standard then national interest politics usually do.

본 고에서는 UR, TR 등 국제기술환경변화에 대응한 정보통신분야에서의 기술정책방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 국제기술환경의 변화를 지적재산권 보호의 강화, 지역주의의 확산, 전략적 제휴의 확대, 정부차원의 연구개발지원에 대한 규제 등을 중심으로 분석하였으며, 이러한 기술환경 변화에 대한 국내 정보통신 기술개발전략상의 문제점을 국제화에 대한 전략적 대비의 미흡, 신국제 기술규범에 대한 대비 미흡, 집단적 이기주의의 문제 등을 통해 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 정보통신 기술정책의 추진방향으로 국제 전략적 제휴에의 참여 지원, 신기술 국제규범에 대비한 연구개발 관리체제 개편, 특화기술의 집중개발, 북방국가와의 기술협력 촉진 등을 제시하였다.

국제해사기구(International Maritime Organization, IMO)에서 해양안전과 환경보호를 위해 국제규범들을 도입 및 시행 중에 있다. 그러나, 크고 작은 해양사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 인명사상, 환경오염을 유발하는 심각한 선박사고는 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이에, 인적요인 역할 강화를 위해 IMO에서는 선원교육훈련 지침의 개발을 결정하였다. 본 연구에서는 동 지침의 개발을 위한 주요 고려사항들과 해양사고사례에 얻은 교훈의 효과적인 활용을 위해 IMO의 다양한 인적요인관련 국제지침들과 교육 요령 등을 분석하여, 적절한 교육기법 및 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

과학기술이 더 가까워질 미래사회로 갈수록 전력은 신규수요와 대체수요의 증가로 지금보다 많은 량의 공급을 요구할 것이다. 이 때문에 환경문제에 있어 전력산업의 영향이 커지고, 이로 인해 전력의 청정공급 체계 구축은 국제규범의 수립과 함께 국민복지나 환경보존의 차원에서 필연적이다. 따라서 LCA는 청정생산을 위한 분석능력을 갖추고, 이를 바탕으로 점차 완전한 민영화 상태에서 경쟁구도로 이어질 전력산업 참여자들의 기업가치 극대화에 기여할 필요성이 대두된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 LCA의 역할 확산 경로를 거시적으로는 국제규범과 소비자 만족 그리고 미시적으로는 기업의 가치 극대화와 환경경영체제 수립이라는 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 제시하였다.

This paper studied about environmental protection and Free Trade in FTA. FTA is representative means that maximize trade profit through free trade. But Regulation for environmental protection is infringing profit of free trade(FTA). It is the natural matter that the all countries must do environmental protection. but, measure for environmental protection must not be used on trade limited constituent. This study studied about enactment plan of environmental regulation to achieve two targets of environmental protection with trade liberalization. Study Finding is as following. First, it is that to apply existent environmental standard in the FTA expands trade liberalization. Second, need enactment of rule that can interchange Environmental Goods or a technology effectively. Third, there is necessity to establish procedural regulations and substantial regulations that refer environment problems. also to include comprehensive form in case of choose Multilateral Environmental Agreements is reasonable.

This study examined the relationships among perceived values(environmental value, functional value), perceived risk, subjective norm, pro-social behavior, product attitude, and usage intention related to car-sharing service. The study also explored the moderating role of possessive desire between the antecedent variables and consumer attitude. 238 survey responses of Chinese consumers were analyzed by structural equation modeling. It is indicated that environmental value, functional value, subjective norm, pro-social behavior had positive effects on attitude, thereby affecting the usage intention of this service. Possessive desire moderated the relationship between environmental value, subjective norm and attitude. These results are expected to provide various marketing strategies for sharing economy services.
