UN과 우주 강국을 중심으로 위성을 활용한 국제협력이 강화되고 있는 추세임. 특히 미국과 유럽 등 전통적인 해양 강국은 위성의 해양 분야 활용도를 확대하고 있으며 국제 협력도 구체화하고 있음. 'Space Rush'와 'Ocean Rush'에 이은, 우주와 해양의 통합 관리체제를 통한 새로운 해양강국 출현의 시대로 접어들 가능성도 있음다. 이번 논문에서는 우주 강국인 일본이 추진하고 있는 우주와 해양 융 복합 전략을 분석하였음. 이를 위해 일본의 해양과 우주의 행정 협업, 우주기본계획 중 해양분야, 제2차 해양기본계획 중 우주(위성 분야), 해양 분야 인공위성 활용 사례 및 국제 협력 사례 등을 제시하였음. 일본의 해양 분야 위성 활용과 위성을 활용한 국제 해양 협력은 향후에도 지속되고 확대될 것으로 판단됨.

The increase in international trade is clearly reflected by litigation and arbitration. Despite the importance of international commercial transaction, until very recently little was known about how the law interacts with actual practice. The CISG obviously plays an important role, but we are concerned with using choice of law to resolve issue that the CISG leaves unresolved. The case law UPICC is now accessible by means of UNILEX, the database on international case law that focus on CISG cases. The courts and arbitration tribunals throughout the world are developing a growing body of international case law on issues not resolved by the CISG, though arising from transactions to which the CISG applies. The application of the CISG is obligatory due to its nature as hard law an international convention. However, UPICC are only restatements and more flexibility, comprehensive instrument than CISG. This article offers to promote the UPICC application from their present status as a mere soft law instrument through analysing UNILEX cases.

국내 표준 활동 계획으로는 FIDO 구축, 운영 기술 등 FIDO 도입을 위한 컨설팅 표준안 마련이 있으며 국제표준화 활동으로는 국제표준화 기구 동향 조사 분석 및 개발 표준 적용, 활용 사례 표준 보고서 출간으로 글로벌 동향의 정보 공유와 올해 10월 FIDO 얼라이언스와 협력으로 국제 컨퍼런스 개최를 계획하고 있다.

International Development Cooperation (IDC hereafter), which closely relates to international trade and foreign direct investment, is gaining global importance regarding diplomatic relations and economic cooperation. As Korea contributes increasing resources to the international community, Korea should play a larger role in the IDC along with increasing academic cooperation, impling more necessity to grow research on the IDC as a crucial element of international trade. The IDC has focused on the provision of basic human needs, such as food, shelter, and clothing. However, higher education has not yet be explored for its effectiveness or validity as to service area including foreign trade or insurance. In this regard, this research aims to review existing IDC literature, to propose a project for insurance education, and to provide alternative ways for future development of the IDC. This paper is structured as follows. First, the literature review begins with the IDC's history and development, review of traditional methods of providing basic human needs (food or sheltering) and public health, importance of job creation and business activities to alleviate poverty, and the introduction of insurance education as a vehicle to reduce poverty. Results of the case study provide implications for service area projects including foreign trade education.

The aim of this study is to propose the effective management plan for (New) Library at International Science Business Belt in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed cases of domestic and overseas libraries which have been providing the special Science Business Service. Also user questionnaire surveys were conducted for the user demand in (New) Library. Based on case studies and user surveys, the management plan for ISBL was suggested as follow with its division into five realms; that is, information resources and special programs, manpower, space facilities, internal cooperation and international network. The research could be used as basic resources for the International Science Business Library in Korea.

방산 선진국에 비하여 상대적으로 기술적 능력이 미흡한 우리 나라는 무기체계의 공동연구개발협상에서 이들 국가보다 지위가 유리하다고는 볼 수 없다. 정책방향과 사업추진 발전방안 등에 대한 분명한 인식과 논리를 갖고 사업을 수행한다면 국가 이익을 확보하는 데 기여할 것으로 사료된다. 국제협력연구개발에 대한 발전방안을 보다 체계적으로 분석하기 위해서는 선진국의 사례에 대한 양해각서, 계약서, 결과에 대한 원천자료 혹은 체계적인 분석자료를 획득하여 이에 대한 문헌연구와 병행하여 국내의 기술협력사업에 관한 양해각서와 업체간 계약서 및 사업관리에 대한 사례분석이 보다 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

오디오, 비디오, 음성, 문자 등 모든 매체가 디지털화 되고 통신망의 고속화와 방송 서비스의 개인화 및 양방향화가 이루어짐에 따라 기존의 방송 서비스와 통신 서비스의 경계가 무너지고 두 가지 형태의 서비스가 융합되는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 방송통신 융합 서비스가 점차적으로 보편화 될 것으로 예상되어 이 분야에 대한 많은 연구와 제품이 개발되고 있다. 그리고 국제 표준화 활동에서도 방송통신이 융합된 형태의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술 표준들이 제정되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 고에서는 향후 정보통신 서비스의 핵심 서비스가 될 것으로 예상되는 방송통신 융합 서비스 기술동향과 국제표준화 활동에서 추진되고 있는 관련 기술 표준화 동향 및 표준기반 방송통신 융합 서비스 사례와 연구사례를 살펴 보았다.
