국제해사기구(IMO)에서 진행하는 "e-Navigation" 프로젝트의 구성요소인 해상교통관제시스템(VTS)을 정의하고, VTS 시스템간 정보교류를 위한 기술로 IVEF(Inter-system VTS Exchange Format)를 소개한다. 현재까지 국제항로표지협회(IALA)에서 개발한 IVEF에는 접속자에 대한 신뢰도 높은 인증 기술이 포함되지 않는다. 하지만 해상교통정보는 국가적으로 보안수위가 높은 정보이므로 정보 요청 자에 대한 신뢰 높은 인증이 절대적으로 필요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 메인 인증 서버와 IVEF를 이용하여 VTS 시스템간의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 인증 시스템을 제안한다.

국내 텔레매틱스는 2001년 민간기업이 상용화한 이래 각 기업들이 독자적으로 개발한 서비스를 고객들에게 제공하여 현재에 이르고 있다. 바야흐로 사업자들의 공격적인 마케팅으로 텔레매틱스 시장을 확장해 나아가고 있는 현 시점에서 텔레매틱스 시장은 독자적 기술을 보유한 기업을 중심으로 시장을 분할 점유하고 있어 시장 활성화에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내의 텔레매틱스 표준화는 유관 기관에서 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 텔레매틱스산업협회(KOTBA)에서 운영하는 텔레매틱스 표준화포럼이 민간 주도의 표준을 주도하고 있고, 단체표준 기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) 내의 텔레매틱스 프로젝트그룹(PG310)이 표준화를 추진하고 있다. 특히 민간 사업자들로 구성된 사실표준화 단체인 텔레매틱스 표준화 포럼은 국내 유일의 텔레매틱스 사실 표준화 단체로 국내 표준 활동 뿐 아니라 국제 표준단체들과의 단일 접점을 통한 교류를 통해 보다 효율적으로 국제 표준화 활동이 가능하도록 교두보 역할을 수행하기 위해 2002년 설립되었다.

네트워트를 이용한 비대면 거래의 활성화와 국경을 넘는 다양한 인적 교류로 인해서 개인의 신원을 증명하는 사회적 기술적 수요가 나날이 급증하고 있으며, 더욱이 핀테크의 활성화와 국제적으로 벌어지고 있는 테러 등의 위협 등은 개인의 신체적 특징에 기반을 둔 바이오인식 기술의 발달을 촉진 시키는 계기가 되었다. 바이오인식 기술은 전자여권의 예와 같이 국가간에 바이오인식 정보를 활발하게 주고 받아야 하는 상황이고, 더욱이 개인의 신체적 특징정보를 취득하여 등록하는 국가와 국경통제 등을 위하여 개인의 바이오인식 정보 등을 취득하여 인증하는 국가가 상이한 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서, 바이오인식 정보간의 호환성을 유지하기 위한 표준과 이를 평가하기 위한 표준적합성 평가기술, 일정 수준의 보안강도를 유지하기 위한 표준화된 성능 평가 절차와 보증 수준, 바이오인식 정보를 응용한 개인인증 기술, 프라이버시와 밀접하게 연관 되어 있는 바이오인식 정보의 보호를 위한 표준 등이 다양하게 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 바이오인식 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 기구를 소개하고, 각 기구별 표준화 현황을 살펴본다.

In this study, web link analysis of the Korean National Archives has been Performed using LexiURL to show the dynamic web flow of the National Archives and to identify which closely related institutions the archives should seek to cooperate with for developing an institutional strategic plan. Inlink and co-inlink analysis were performed and, to identify related institutions of the Korean National Archives. a comparison was made with other countries such as Australia, England and the United Stats. Through web link analysis, several features can be detected and future directions are suggested. Most inlinks and co-inlink of the Korean National Archives were from public institutions, indicating that relationships with educational or research institutions are weak. Moreover, Korean National Archives involve fewer web links related to international activities than other countries. Proceeding from these results, educational function, research function and international activities should be fortified. Korean National Archives need to provide more materials for supporting educational and research activities and more cultural interchange among related institutions. Further research with different heritage institutions such as libraries or museums is needed.

"The Japan Sea Rim Natios" Is not one that was formed under a specific idea, as in the case of the European Community, in the respect of politics, economy and culture. At present, in particular after the Cold War, Japan has extended exchange on regional and private levels with the countries located on the other side of the apan Sea from the first stages of friendship to economic relationships. In the future, it is necessary to promote the establishment of an International exchange network and traffic system for each of the traffic facilities in order to build up the Block that will mainly contribute to the economies of countries and regions In the area. For the purpose, it is fundamental to reexamine the national land planning and the local development planning of each of the countries. From the standpoint of technology, the issues to be looked into are : study and development on marine civil engineering such as structures over straits study and development on the construction engineering of express ways and exprees rail roads : development of vehicles such as cars and trains I propose approaches to my vision of these traffic systems from my standpoint as an engineer in this paper.his paper.

In this study, a transnational social space which emerges in a rural village of the northern Vietnam called 'Korean Village' is analyzed. The immigrant women of whom the spouses are Korean were forming transnational network with family members through which frequent and active communications took place. At the same time materialistic exchanges were occurring by means of remittance. Like most rural areas where up-to-date life patterns co-exist with outdated ones, the studied region was turning into a transnational social space under the influence of indigenous locallity, culture and other economic factors. Women were found to play a virtual role as resonator in practicing the transnational activity of migration. With the migration routes getting more and more solidified, the evolution of the transnational social space and the role of resonator, the form of transnational migration which makes involved young women look like a sacrifice is ceaselessly expanding around a specific region. This is noticeable because a rural village seemingly far away from internationalization is not only becoming the transnational social space but also a stage of its evolution.

This study was conducted in 2014 with Osong International Bio Industry Expo volunteers as the subjects of the study. The study has analyzed whether their participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and educational training have moderating effects between their motivation and satisfaction. The purpose is to offer implications for successfully holding large events in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the internal reward, a sub-factor of participation motivation, had statistically significant effects on the six elements of volunteering satisfaction. Second, the external reward, a sub-factor of volunteering motivation, had statistically significant effects on the four elements of volunteering satisfaction: self-satisfaction about their abilities; satisfaction in pursuing changes; satisfaction in the event and satisfying interests. However, their satisfaction in self-growth and in interactions were excluded from the volunteering satisfaction elements that were critically affected by the external reward. Third, the training had moderating effects between their internal reward and satisfaction in the event. Forth, the training had moderating effects between their external reward and satisfaction in the event.

우리나라는 정부차원에서 교육과학기술부, 문화체육관광부, 여성가족부, 보건복지가족부, 법무부, 지방자치단체 등 관련 부처별로 필요한 분야에 한해 다문화 강사 양성이 이루어지고 있다. 교육과학기술부에서는 2007년 다문화가정 자녀교육 지원계획을 발표하고 2008년부터 각 교육청 주관으로 다문화교육 직무연수를 외부에 위탁하여 중앙 및 각 지방 다문화교육센터를 중심으로 현직교사 대상 '다문화교육을 위한 교사 양성 연수 프로그램'을 지속적으로 운영하고 있다. 문화체육관광부 산하 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서는 2008년에 다문화강사 양성과정을 개설하여 운영하였다. 그리고 여성부는 청소년, 이주노동자, 이주여성을 대상으로 다문화교육을 제공할 목적으로 2008년에 '다문화이해교육 강사양성' 과정을 개설하였다. 그러나 이들은 모두 일회성에 머물러 지속적으로 연계되지는 못했다. 또한 보건복지가족부는 2007년에 '결혼이민자 다문화가족 지원센터'에서 종하며 교육활동을 하기 위한 다문화 강사 80명을 일차적으로 양성하였다. 최근에는 각 지방자치단체별 다문화가족 지원센터에서 결혼이민자를 다문화 강사로 활용하여 청소년들에게 다문화 이해 교육을 제공하도록 하는 '다문화강사 양성과정'을 개별적으로 개설하여 운영하고 있다(설동훈 김찬기, 2009). 한편 법무부는 2008년 5월 다문화 이해증진 및 이민자 사회통합을 위한 정책개발 추진에 우수 대학의 적극적인 참여 기회를 부여하고, 관련 분야에 대한 대학의 새로운 학문 개척 기회를 마련하기 위해 공모 절차를 거쳐 20개의 ABT대학을 최종 선정하였다. 명지대학교는 2010년 3월부터 산업대학원 산업시스템경영학과 국제교류경영학석사 과정에서 국제교류경영 전문가 양성을 운영하고 있다. 경기도 지원 경기도의 새로운 브랜드 가치 실현을 위한 '다문화사회를 위한 의식개선 사업'으로 사회통합 - 다문화사회 공동체 형성을 목표로 총4개의 컨소시엄 기관(시흥시, 수원시, 화성시외국인복지센터, 의정부시외국인근로자지원센터)이 형성되어 2010년 2월22에서 2010년12월20까지 시행되었다. 본 연구는 '다문화사회를 위한 의식개선 사업'을 통해 교육대상자 구분과 사업장 교육 지역별 구분과 일반인 교육 지역별 구분을 파악하고 이를 기초로 우리의 다문화사회에 도움이 될 수 있는 다문화교육의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Higher vocational education in China has already achieved commendable results as a transition from rudimentary development to high-quality development after more than 40 years of development. After reform and opening up, our country's Institute of Higher Vocational Education has transported a large amount of high-quality technical and technical talents to each field. Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's education system, and is an important competency for cultivating "high quality", "practical" and "functional" talents, making a huge contribution to the economic and social development. At the same time, the employment stress of workers with relatively low skills, such as peasant workers, domestic veterans, and retired workers, is increasing. Against this background, higher education is essential to guide and support national policies in order to solve the unemployment problem and provide strong human resource guarantees to society. Higher vocational education policy not only highlights the characteristics of the times unique to the development of higher vocational education in China, but also reflects the trajectory of changes in higher vocational education. Not only is it related to the scientific development of higher vocational education, but it also deals with whether higher vocational education can foster high-quality human resources. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the change process of higher vocational education policy.
