The development of the security solutions that can provide a variety of security services is needed urgently. For development of the security solutions, analysis of international standard security technology is the key. In this paper, international organizations' standardization(ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27, ITU-T SG-17, IETF Security Area, etc.) and the current trend of the standard security technology are mainly analyzed. The core of the latest security technology(Application Bridging, DNS-based Authentication, HTTP Authentication, IP Security, Javascript Security, Authentication Technology Next Generation, Managed Incident, Web Authorization Protocol, Security Automation, Transport Layer Security, etc.) is analyzed focusing on 18 working groups of the IETF.

International network standards for SOLAS ship are composed of instrument network that controls and monitors machine in real time, shipboard control network that controls and monitors system through computer by human and telecommunication network that connects ship and shore. This paper describes development of stack for instrument network protocol complied with NMEA 2000 that is IEC 61162-3 international standards for SOLAS ship and also that of engine room monitoring system using the developed stack. Developed engine room monitoring system is certified by NMEA according to standards that require to pass about 1,600 test procedures.

최근 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 그에 따른 기반 기술들이 요구되고 있다. 산업분야에 있어서도 작업을 수행하는 기계장치의 성능향상을 위해서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 중요성이 점점 증가함에 파라 해당 장치에 대한 성능은 물론 품질에 있어서도 소프트웨어의 중요도가 크게 향상됐다 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라 산업분야에 있어서 내장형 소프트웨어의 일종인 산업용 소프트웨어에 대한 품질인증.평가체계를 구축하고 이를 활용하여 산업용 소프트웨어 국제표준 적합성 인증 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다.

올 6월 약 4년간의 표준화 활동의 결과로 ISO/IEC 27009 "ISO/IEC 27001의 분야별 응용 - 요구사항"이 국제 표준으로 발표되었다. 이 표준은 ISO/IEC 27001을 어떤 특정 분야에 적용하고자 할 때 필요한 요구사항을 정의한 것으로서, 분야별 정보보호 경영체계 인증제도의 국제적 상호 인정의 기반을 마련하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 표준의 개발 배경, 내용과 의미, 그리고 관련 현황을 소개하고 국내 정보보호 경영시스템 전문가들의 대응 방향을 제시한다.

ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27는 IT 정보보호에 관한 국제표준 제정 활동을 하는 국제기구로서, 다섯 개의 WG(Working Group)으로 구성되어 있으며, 현재 WG4는 WG1의 정보보호관리체계(ISMS), WG5에서 다루어지고 있는 인증(Authentication), 프라이버시(Privacy) 등과 연계하여, 정보보호 관련 국제표준을 개발 및 제정하고 있다. 본 논문은 2010년 10월 4일부터 8일까지 베를린(Berlin)에서 개최한 회의에서 WG4에서 다루어지고 있는 네트워크 보안 국제표준기술 동향과 표준화에 대한 개요를 소개하고, ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 WG4 Plenary에서 필자가 제안하여 SP(Study Period) 단계로 승인된 표준안건의 동향과 전망에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 기술표준원이 (주)코리아데이터네트워크에 의뢰하여 작성된 설문조사결과를 활용하여 기업의 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동, 인증획득 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크, 기업조직특성, 산업별 특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 제조업에 속한 636개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형 (logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 기술혁신활동 변수 중 R&D집약도는 국제표준화활동을 제외하고 표준화활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동에 대해 정 (+)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 셋째, 소기업과 대기업보다는 중간규모의 기업에서 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동이 활발하다는 역U자 가설이 성립하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 모든 표준화활동의 유형에 대해서 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다.

Major accidents such as typhoon, tsunami, and chemical accidents have been continuously occurred. In this environment, Technical Commitment (TC) related to disaster management part in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) concentrates their efforts to enact the business continuous management in emergency situation for international standard. As a result of TC223, four international standards are enacted in 2011, 2012. In the Korean industrial standard, two international standard (ISO22300, ISO22301) out of four standards were enacted in 2012. This study analyzes a recent trend and proposes a method activating of international societal security standard for chemical accidents. Disaster certificate system for developing disaster safety industry is suggested. We hope each related organization could develop our disaster safety management policy and research based on this study.
