지난 7월 4일부터 7일까지 서울 삼성동 코엑스 1층 전시홀A에서 한국산업안전보건공단의 주최로 '국제안전보건전시회'가 열렸다. 올해로 29회째를 맞는 '국제안전보건전시회'는 국내 최대 규모의 안전보건 전시회로 미국, 일본, 독일 등 15개국 200여개 업체가 1만여 점의 최신안전보건 장비와 제품이 선보였다.

2011 산업안전보건강조주간에 주요 해상 가운데 하나로 '국제안전보건전시회'가 7월 4일부터 7일까지 서울 코엑스 전시홀A에서 진행됐다. 올해로 29회째를 맞이한 이번 전시회는 국제 최대 규모의 종합 안전 보건 전시회라는 위상에 걸맞게 우리나라를 필두로 미국, 독일, 일본 등 15개국 200여개 업체가 1만여점의 안전보건 최신장비와 제품을 선보였다. 특히 올해 제품들은 첨단 기술을 바탕으로 안전성이 기존보다 높아졌을 뿐 아니라 패션감각까지 더해져 관람객들과 국내 외 바이어들의 눈길을 사로잡았다. 이번 전시회에서 선보인 주요 안전보건제품들의 특징과 장점을 살펴봤다.

1996년 4월 24일 Madrid에서 열린 산업안전보건에 관하여 관련있는 국제 조직과 국제회의의 비공식화합에서 배부된 자료인 Background Information(VI)는 1995년 4월 ILO/WHO 합동위원회가 산업보건의 새로운 정의를 채택한 것을 다음과 같이 소개하고 있다.

그동안 관심을 모았던 국제적인 안전보건경영시스템(OSH-MS : Occupational Safety and Health management System)이 국제노동기구(ILO)에 의해 개발되어 발표 되었다. 지난 6우러 "국제노동기구의 안전보건경영시스템 지침(ILO Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems)"이란 제목으로 국제노동기구에서 공개했는데, 이것은 작년부터 국제 노동기구가 2001. 6울에 확정 지침을 발표하겠다고 밝힌 이후 나온 것으로써 지난 2우러 공개한 '안전보건경영체제에 대한 기술지침 초안' (Draft ILO Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems)을 4.19~27일 전문가 회의를 개최를 통해 수정 발표한 것이다. 따라서 이번 호에서는 지난 2월 공개된 초안과 6월에 확정된 지침을 비교하면서 확정지침의 내용을 소개 한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between global citizenship, self leadership and global health competencies in nursing students and utilize the basic data for development of educational program to increase of global health competence. A convenience sample of 207 subjects were invited from three university. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation with SPSS PC 18.0 program. Global health competencies showed that there were differences according to religion, taking education related to global health competency, exposure to mass media about global health. There were a significant positive correlation of global citizenship(r=.364, p<.01), self leadership(r=.372, p<.01) and the global citizenship of nursing students showed a significantly positive correlation of self leadership(r=.463, p<.01). Therefore, on the result of this study, when we develop the educational programs to increase the global health competencies for nursing students, we have to include global citizenship and self leadership.
