In order to effective transportation of goods & smooth traffic in west sea area, it is a plan to build Pyeongtaek bridge. Basically ship-handling operators have a mental difficulty and hazardous for navigation under bridge which is constructed across on the fairway. Therefore this study aims to propose the traffic safety assessment of navigation under the bridge by using full mission ship-handling simulator and also investigate the bridge design regulations of certain countries on the fairway.

A conventional wireless rf communication has relatively high ratio of power dissipation to transmit power for short-range links, susceptibility to interference, interception and jamming of electromagnetic wave. The study on alternative using ultraviolet signal to remedy the shortcomings of conventional rf communication has recently received attention. In this paper, the simulation results about the data rate performance of ultraviolet non-line-of-sight communication are provided. It is found that the direction of transmitting beam, receiving field of view width and the transmitting signal power have a seriously effect on the data rate of on-off-keying non-line-of-sight ultraviolet communication.

WLAN user authentication is mostly based on user password resulting in vulnerability to the notorious 'offline dictionary attack'. As a way around this problem. EAP-TTLS and PEAP protocols are increasing finding their way into WLANs, which are a sort of combination of password protocols and the TLS public-key protocol. This leads to the use of the public-key certificate of the WLAM authentication server, and naturally the concern arises about its revocation status. It seems, however, that any proper soulution has not been provided to address this concern. We propose a very efficent and proper solution to check the certificate revocation status.

해상 활동에 있어서 해상교통의 핵심정보인 항법신호의 안전을 강화하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 국내에서 발생한 전파간섭 발생 사례와 영향, 그리고 DGNSS 기준국 무결성 기능의 한계에 대해 조사하고 그 대응방안을 운영자 및 선박 운항자 관점에서 분석한다. 그 대안의 하나로서 항만 항법신호(PNT)의 무결성 감시 기술과 그 신뢰도를 결정하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 항만 PNT 무결성 감시 서비스에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 특정 항만에 항법신호 감시 시스템을 구축하여, 개발 시스템의 시범 운영 테스트를 통해 그 실용화 가능성을 제시한다.

'계시별 요금제'는 하계·동계·춘추계의 계절별과 경부하·중간 부하·최대부하의 시간대별로 구분하여 전기요금을 차등 적용하는 것을 말한다. 수요관리 및 소비자 선택권 확대 목적으로 미국·영국·프랑스 등 주요국에서 주택용 전기요금의 하나로 시행 주이다. 그러나 국내에서는 산업용, 일반용 소비자에게는 계시별 요금제를 적용 중이지만, 아직까지 주택용 전기요금에는 계시제가 도입되지 않은 상태이다. 하지만 정부가 현재 시행중인 전기요금 누진제도의 대안으로 계절과 시간대에 따라 요금을 부과하는 '계시별 요금제' 도입을 추진할 예정이다. 이는 소비자의 합리적인 전기 소비를 유도해 각 가정의 전기료 부담을 줄이고, 누진제 완화로 악하된 한국전력공사의 재정 부담도 줄이겠다는 취지이다. 그러나 신 요금제 도입에 따른 전기료 인상 논란 여기 이어질 전망이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 첫째 현행 '누진제 요금제'와 새로 도입될 '계시별 요금제'에 따른 소비자 전기요금의 변화에 대해 살펴보고, 둘째 가정용 ESS 도입에 따른 전기료 절감에 대하여 검토한 후, 마지막으로 계시별 요금제 도입에 따른 효율적인 ESS 도입 및 운영과 시범 적용 예정인 계시별 요금제에 대한 개선 방향에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop strategy for successful ecotourism in Sundarbans, Bangladesh, based on studying and explaining the ecotourism destinations success factors in already developed successful ecotourism mostly in developing countries. This thesis will analyze the economic potentiality of Sundarbans as an ecotourism spots of Bangladesh and its proper utilizations to enhance ecotourism as a profitable approach for economic growth of Bangladesh. The findings of the study are the current condition of Sundarbans and some applicable recommendations according to the needs.

It's been several years since IPTV(Internet Protocol Television), which is typical conversed broadcasting communication service come up to a new growth power. Although our broadcasting communication infrastructure has global competitiveness, it's been late to be commercialized rather than other countries due to lack of timely supporting policies. Also rising of smart circumstances beginning with smart phone makes smart TV grow faster, so expansibility of IPTV become shrink. This study suggests IPTV the way to get over this circumstances and the effort of government or industries.

90년대 말부터 새로운 지식정보국가의 패러다임으로 세계 각국은 ‘모바일, 브로드밴드, 극소형 컴퓨터, IPv6’의 기술이 창출해내는 컴퓨팅의 실체를 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 파악하고 각 국의 정부, 기업, 연구소들이 주도권을 잡기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 과거 30여년 동안 국내 기간 시설로 잘 구축된 유. 무선 통신환경은 유비쿼터스 정보통신이 바로 미래의 국가적 운영을 결정 짓는 초석이 될 것이다. 그러나, 유비쿼터스시대의 구현은 기술적인 발전으로 완성되는 것이 아닌 기초, 기반, 요소, 응용 서비스들이 효율적인 구축이 되어야 가능하다. 현째 까지는 IT 기술의 발전에 관한 연구들은 많이 진행되었지만, 시장의 수용과 관련된 사업적 상용화에 대한 연구들은 다소 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술 기반과 서비스 IT 기술 개발 분류와는 구별되는 마케팅 /고객 관점에서의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 재 분류를 시도하였다. 즉, 유비쿼터스 네크워킹 환경에서의 마케팅 환경변화의 단계를 설정하였고, 그에 대한 가상 시나리오 및 예측을 제안했다. 또한, 이렇게 분류한 유비쿼터스 환경이 소비자의 구매의사결정단계 (구매 전, 정보수집, 대안평가, 구매결정, 구매 후 행동)에 어떻게 영향을 미치고있는지에 대한 분석과 사례를 제시하였다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경이 구매의사결정단계에서 각 단계의 축소/압축의 형태에 대해서 집중 조명하였다. 이를 토대로 유비쿼터스 환경에서 기업의 마케팅 및 고객관리의 변화와 대응에 대해 제언하였다.

When faced with new projects, such as high-rise, complex, free-formed, and sustainable buildings, numerous participants in the building Industry use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. In 2009, the use of BIM spread to more contractors than eyer before. This paper aims to study the definition and characteristics of BIM, and to analyze Korean BIM application problems. Solutions for the application of BIM to the Korean Construction Industry suggested, by studying cases from developed counties and from Korea.
