By increase owning vehicle, infrastructure that accept vehicle is very poor on present that People's commuting is rapidly change to vehicle-use-form in metropolitan area. Although Transportation demand management is enforced, traffic is heavy but studies lake in internal and external. This study select Transportation demand management that enforce in internal and external and do a survey. Based on this survey, conduct AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analvsis, Transportation demand management that enforce internal and external compare, decide superiority and understand every particular items' importance and satisfaction that users think. Also based on importance that collect by AHP analysis compare Transportation demand management character. Finally figure that grasped by this study, analysis present, found future TDM course and applicate future transportation improvement.

본 연구는 배의길이 24미터이상 40미터미만 어선에 대한 국내 복원성기준과 IMO의 IS Code 기준 및 외국의 기준을 조사하고 비교하여 IS Code 기준의 국내 수용 가능성을 검토하고 그 결과를 토대로 하여 국내실정에 적합한 복원성기준을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 국내외 어선의 L, B, D 분포, 상관관계 및 선형특성 등의 기초 자료를 조사하고, 우리나라, 미국, 영국 등 선진외국 및 IS Code의 어선복원성기준 비교 검토하여 IS Code의 복원성기준의 각 항목(요건)에 따른 차이점과 수용 시 문제점을 도출하였으며, 국내 어선의 업종별 실선자료 수집 및 적하상태의 복원성능 계산, 국내·외 기준을 적용한 업종별 실선의 복원성능 평가를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 국내실정을 고려한 배의길이 24미터이상 40미터미만 어선 복원성기준(안)을 제안하였다.

선진 외국에서는 홍수예보 시스템 활용의 극대화를 위하여 홍수예 경보를 위한 정책적 가이드라인 및 홍수시 주민의 행동요령 등의 가이드라인을 제작하여 홍보를 하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 국내에는 현재 홍수위험지도(홍수피해예상지도)의 홍보 및 주민 대피요령 등 홍수피해경감을 위한 정책적 대책이 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 외 홍수예 경보관련 법 제도의 변화과정 및 현행 홍수예보관련 법령의 내용을 분석하였으며, 홍수예 경보관련 기관의 구조체계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 우리나라의 홍수예보 정책은 통합된 홍수예보만을 위한 내용으로의 법적 편제가 필요하며, 정확하고 신속한 홍수예보를 위한 정책적 가이드라인이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 홍수예 경보 시스템의 활용을 극대화시키기 위해서 국가차원에서의 국민에 대한 홍수 예방 교육 및 홍보, 아울러 홍수위험지도를 이용한 홍수위험 지역의 주민에 대한 홍수대피요령 등의 내용을 포함한 가이드라인이 필요하다.

본 연구는 한국 미국 유럽의 ITS 사업평가방법론을 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)하여 과학적인 국내 ITS사업평가지침 도입방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS사업평가의 문제점 및 국외 선진평가방법론을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 국내 ITS평가지침을 제도화하기 위한 정책방향을 제언하였다. 국내 외 사례(미국 유럽 한국) 비교분석결과, 국내에서도 중 장기적인 ITS 투자재원의 효율적 배분과 단기적인 시스템운영의 효율화를 위해서 과학적인 ITS평가지침(ITS Evaluation Guideline)의 도입이 제도화되어야 한다. 또한 세부추진방안으로 ITS사업을 지속적이고 반복적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 ITS사업평가체계의 도입, ITS 서비스의 효과척도(MOE)를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법(운영성능평가, 경제성평가, 사전 사후비교분석, 시뮬레이션분석)정립, ITS특성을 고려한 새로운 평가기법 도입(위험도분석, 행태분석, 시뮬레이션분석) 및 기타 정책적 활용을 위한 지원(평가자료의 데이터베이스화, 한국형 ITS평가용 시뮬레이터개발, ITS사업효과 계량화 등)방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

한국의 신발산업은 1920년경부터 국내시장의 수요를 충족시키기 위해서 검정고무신을 만들기 시작한 것을 효시로 고무수입이 용이한 부산을 중심으로 1950년아 대형 제조업체가 설립되었고 1900년대부터는 OEM방식에 의한 수출용 ORDER가 급속도로 수주되면서 가히 신발왕국으로 20여년간을 군림해왔다. (중략)

The purpose of this study is to suggest development directions and elicit future research themes of U-City and future city by identifying the research trends of U-City theses. For this, meta-keywords were elicited based on the theses of U-City and future city published from mid 1990s to 2010. Centered on the meta-keywords, temporal keyword analysis was performed to compare the research trends of U-City and future city theses in Korea and oversea. The results show that most of U-City and future theses in Korea and oversea mainly dealt with technology. U-City theses in Korea have a tendency to research technology, methodology, service, planning and management in order from the early beginning. However, the U-City and future theses in oversea have a tendency to continuously study U-City applications to city through the model based on the technology and methodology. Therefore, the U-City research in Korea should focus on aspects of urban regeneration, urban scale, and so on. That is to say, the research in near future is required to apply the U-City to various urban themes.
