In this study, a total of 68 domestic and international papers were selected from 1993 to August 2020 in order to examine the research trends related to artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. The papers were compared and analyzed by the number of papers published by year, research method, research topic, keyword analysis status, research type, and implementation method. As a result of the study, the number of papers during the study period seemed to increase steadily. But in the case of domestic research, It can be seen that it has become active since 2016. As for research methods, development research accounted for 89.7% of both domestic and foreign research. Keywords was in Visually Impaired, Deep Learning, and Assistive Device order in domestic research. And it was in Visually Impaired, Deep learning, Artificial intelligence order in foreign research. There was a difference in the frequency of words. Research type were Design, development and implementation both in domestic and foreign. Implementation method were in System 13.2%, Solution 7.4%, App. 4.4% order in domestic research, and it was in System 32.4%, App. 13.2%, Device 7.4% order in foreign research. As for the applied technology of the implementation method, were in YOLO 2.7%, TTS 2.1%, Tensorflow 2.1% order in domestic research, and it was used in CNN 8.0%, TTS 5.3%, MS-COCO 4.3% order in foreign research. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the trends of artificial intelligence-related research targeting the visually impaired, to immediately know the current status of domestic and foreign research, and to present the direction of artificial intelligence research for the visually impaired in the future.

본자료는 2011년 4월 18일부터 10월 17일간(6개월)에 걸쳐 연구된 자료로써, 국내 골판지원지 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 지식경제부 무역위원회에서 실시하였던 "골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사" 연구용역 보고서를 인용한 것으로써, '골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사'는 골판지산업의 경쟁력 실태, 구조적인 문제점 등을 분석하여 향후 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 방안을 찾고자 연구를 시작하였다. 최근 들어 국내 골판지업계는 글로벌 경쟁심화에 따른 폐지 등 원료확보 경쟁, 국내 외 환경규제 강화 등 대내외 여건이 나날이 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 조사에서는 전체적인 연구진행 방향 및 골판지원지산업의 현안에 대해 학계, 산업계, 업종단체 및 주무부서 담당자등 전문가 의견을 광범위하게 수렴하여 국내 골판지산업이 지속적인 성장세를 유지할 수 있도록 경쟁력 강화 전략 및 정책방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 특히 해외 골판지산업의 비교분석을 통해 국내 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 찾는 한편, 중국 등 덤핑수입에 대한 무역구제지원제도 활용가능성을 검토하였다.

This paper is concerned with the domestic and foreign PV integrated projects in view of structural design. These projects are classified with public and display 6 facilities. The evaluated items are natural integration with building, engineering details and innovative new design. 6 domestic public and display facilities are frequently using isolated supporting system at roof, but show weakness in design integration. But the cases, using the PV panel in the stage of design some display facilities, are increasing. In the other hand, foreign public and display facilities are using the modul connection majorly and the structural and design integration are obtained.

본 고에서는 암호라이브러리 제품들에 기술을 제공하는 암호API의 국외 표준화 현황을 알아보고 이들 국외 API들을 비교·분석한다. 그리고 국내·외 암호라이브러리제품들을 지원 알고리즘, OS, API, 속도 등으로 비교·조사한 뒤, 안전성 면에서 많은 지적을 받고 있는 난수생성기를 기준으로 암호라이브러리 제품들을 분석한다. 또한 효율성 측면에서는 공개키 암호의 속도를 위주로 암호라이브러리 제품들의 성능을 비교·정리한다.

암호화 제품은 데이터의 기밀성 서비스를 제공하기 위한 것으로 크게 PC보안, 전자우편보안 제품 등으로 구분할 수 있으며 최근에는 키 복구 기능, 스테가노그라피 기능이 추가된 제품들이 나타나고 있다. 본 고에서는 암호화 제품들의 국내·외 현황을 알아보고 비교·분석함으로써, 국내 암호화 제품들의 새로운 시장을 개척하는데 도움이 되는 자료를 작성하고자 한다.

연안역이란 해안선을 기준으로 인접해 있는 육지(연안지역)와 바다(연안해역)를 포함한 개념이며, 배후 육지와 바다를 합친 자연환경대이다. 국토해양부는 연안역의 체계적인 개발과 보전을 위해 "연안역관리법" 특별법으로 관리한다. 하지만 연안역의 안전시설물에 대한 체계적인 설계지침이나 유지관리 등의 지침서가 아직 만들어지지 않았다. 따라서 현재 연안역 설치되어 있는 안전시설물에 대한 현장조사를 하였으며, 국내 외 도로, 해안, 항만구조물의 안전시설기준을 비교, 분석, 정리하였다. 본 연구에서는 설치된 안전 시설물들의 철저한 현장조사와 설계기준의 비교 분석을 바탕으로 적절한 설계지침을 마련할 토대를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 급속한 확장과 함께 ADSL장비의 안정적인 공급을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 ADSL장비 시험의 국내.외적인 표준 규격이나, 시험 방법에 관한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ADSL장비시험과 관련된 연구가 국내.외적으로 어떻게 진행되고 있는지 그 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 ANSI, ITU, DSL Forum등에서 제시하고 있는 시험 표준안을 바탕으로 Interoperability Lab(IOL), 국내 xDSL 컨소시엄 등의 국내.외의 연구소의 시험 방법 및 시험 환경을 비교 분석한다.

지난 14년 동안 발생한 자연재해에 의한 사망자수를 살펴본 결과 기존의 자연재해 중 호우${\cdot}$태풍, 호우, 태풍 순으로 높은 사망자수를 기록하였다. 이와 비교하여 폭염으로 인한 사망자수를 선행연구에서 폭염으로 인한 피해가 크다고 알려진 서울을 대상으로 하여 국외기준과 국내기준을 적용하여 살펴본 결과 서울의 기존의 자연재해와 비교하여 높은 사망자 수를 나타내고 있었다.

자동차용 필라멘트 전구는 모든 차량의 전조등, 안개등, 후진등에 사용 되며, 특히 H1, H3, H4 제품은 가장 대중적이고 차량의 적용율이 높은 제품으로 적은 체적에서 높은 광속 효과를 얻을 수 있어 차량용 조명등에 적용되고 있다 본 글에서는 안정성 및 신뢰성이 확보되지 않은 국내 자동차용 전구 및 저가의 중국산 제품에 대해 품질이 우수한 선진제품과의 신뢰성 수명 비교 평가를 통하여 현재 국산제품의 신뢰수준을 확인하고 평가결과를 제조업체에 Feed Back 하여 자동차용 필라멘트 전구의 신뢰성향상에 기여하고자 한다.
