  • In this study, the buying pattern of consumers in domestic e-business is analyzed by conjoint analysis. We showed the followings through online survey: the consumers prefer comprehensive distributing company to broker type company, the product of the well-known company to that of the specialized company in brand, credit to e-money for payment. Quick delivery and the convenience in exchanges and refunds are more preferable.

A Methodology for Extracting Shopping-Related Keywords by Analyzing Internet Navigation Patterns (인터넷 검색기록 분석을 통한 쇼핑의도 포함 키워드 자동 추출 기법)

  • Recently, online shopping has further developed as the use of the Internet and a variety of smart mobile devices becomes more prevalent. The increase in the scale of such shopping has led to the creation of many Internet shopping malls. Consequently, there is a tendency for increasingly fierce competition among online retailers, and as a result, many Internet shopping malls are making significant attempts to attract online users to their sites. One such attempt is keyword marketing, whereby a retail site pays a fee to expose its link to potential customers when they insert a specific keyword on an Internet portal site. The price related to each keyword is generally estimated by the keyword's frequency of appearance. However, it is widely accepted that the price of keywords cannot be based solely on their frequency because many keywords may appear frequently but have little relationship to shopping. This implies that it is unreasonable for an online shopping mall to spend a great deal on some keywords simply because people frequently use them. Therefore, from the perspective of shopping malls, a specialized process is required to extract meaningful keywords. Further, the demand for automating this extraction process is increasing because of the drive to improve online sales performance. In this study, we propose a methodology that can automatically extract only shopping-related keywords from the entire set of search keywords used on portal sites. We define a shopping-related keyword as a keyword that is used directly before shopping behaviors. In other words, only search keywords that direct the search results page to shopping-related pages are extracted from among the entire set of search keywords. A comparison is then made between the extracted keywords' rankings and the rankings of the entire set of search keywords. Two types of data are used in our study's experiment: web browsing history from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, and site information. The experimental dataset was from a web site ranking site, and the biggest portal site in Korea. The original sample dataset contains 150 million transaction logs. First, portal sites are selected, and search keywords in those sites are extracted. Search keywords can be easily extracted by simple parsing. The extracted keywords are ranked according to their frequency. The experiment uses approximately 3.9 million search results from Korea's largest search portal site. As a result, a total of 344,822 search keywords were extracted. Next, by using web browsing history and site information, the shopping-related keywords were taken from the entire set of search keywords. As a result, we obtained 4,709 shopping-related keywords. For performance evaluation, we compared the hit ratios of all the search keywords with the shopping-related keywords. To achieve this, we extracted 80,298 search keywords from several Internet shopping malls and then chose the top 1,000 keywords as a set of true shopping keywords. We measured precision, recall, and F-scores of the entire amount of keywords and the shopping-related keywords. The F-Score was formulated by calculating the harmonic mean of precision and recall. The precision, recall, and F-score of shopping-related keywords derived by the proposed methodology were revealed to be higher than those of the entire number of keywords. This study proposes a scheme that is able to obtain shopping-related keywords in a relatively simple manner. We could easily extract shopping-related keywords simply by examining transactions whose next visit is a shopping mall. The resultant shopping-related keyword set is expected to be a useful asset for many shopping malls that participate in keyword marketing. Moreover, the proposed methodology can be easily applied to the construction of special area-related keywords as well as shopping-related ones.

  • The world whitening cosmetics market is fast being taken in 'complex functional cosmetics' including complex function. And highly functional cosmetics market that call cosmeceutical market is growing up with highly functional cosmetics market. In addition, natural cosmetics market including whitening function is growing up in the world in complex functional cosmetics. Distribution channel of the world functional cosmetics is digital communication through beauty and digital. Global companies are adding relationship in new space between customer and brand. So worldwide change phenomenon of whitening cosmetics distribution channel will suggest importance that it should be able to communication with customer in non-traditional space. Domestic whitening cosmetics market is decreasing to reference compound annual growth rate -3.61%. While complex type market is increasing to annual growth rate 33.28%. Since 2008, domestic whitening cosmetics market was changed in distribution channel of center of traditional door-to-door sales. Especially, online channel is about 1/6 level of offline, but since 2014, year-on-year increase rate of online showed 27.1%. In the future, it is anticipated that ratio of online sales is above offline. Whitening cosmetics distribution is being changed, and online channel is growing up, so domestic companies will need tragedy targeting new whitening cosmetics distribution channel and traditional offline channel at the same time. If new company go into whitening cosmetics market, the new company will have to consider natural cosmetics in complex functional cosmetics than whitening cosmetics market. To secure domestic competitiveness whitening cosmetics market, securing differentiation of brand or pursuing change of distribution channel, and we need to seek a method that company and customer can forge communication in new space.

  • 게임, 포털 등 디지털콘텐츠 시장을 주도하고 있는 분야에 대한 인수합병(M&A)이 본격화되면서 국내 디지털콘텐츠 시장이 뜨겁게 달아오르고 있다. 업계에서는 이제 과거와 같이 킬러콘텐츠 1~2개로 업계 선두권을 유지할 수 있는 시기는 지났으며, 다양한 분야에 대한 통합 콘텐츠를 가진 대기업형 콘텐츠 기업 시대가 도래할 것이라는 전망이 대두되고 있다. 실제로 그간 영화와 방송, 쇼핑 채널 등을 운영해온 CJ그룹은 플레너스를 인수하면서 전격적으로 온라인 시장에 뛰어들었고, SK는 지난 2002년 라이코스에 이어 지난해 싸이월드까지 인수하면서 자사의 포털사이트 네이트닷컴을 단번에 업계 3위권까지 올려놨다. KT그룹 역시 최근 KTH를 중심으로 한 콘텐츠 사업강화를 위해 M&A를 고려하고 있다고 밝히고 있다. 최근 디지털콘텐츠 기업들을 둘러싼 M&A 움직임을 통해 시장구도의 흐름을 살펴봤다.

개방형 핀테크 플랫폼의 정보보호 지침

  • 인터넷과 모바일 기기의 발달로 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 온라인 쇼핑 및 인터넷 뱅킹 등을 스마트폰 앱으로 결제를 하는 시대가 되었으나, 모바일 뱅킹 앱 경우에도 다수의 앱을 탑재하는 불편이 발생하여 이를 개선 하고자 하는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그리고 정부는 핀테크 산업을 국가의 미래 신성장 동력으로 인식하고 핀테크 산업 활성화 및 핀테크 기업 지원방안 마련에 적극 나서고 있다. 그러므로 핀테크 기업이 각 금융회사와 개별적으로 협약을 맺어 금융 데이터 및 서비스에 접근 하여야 하는 앱 기반 위주의 프레임워크는 상호운용 및 유지보수에 문제점이 점점 가중되고 있으며, 이를 해소하기 위하여 표준화된 개방형(Open) 플랫폼이 기술적 방안으로 권고되고 있고, 국내 ICT 기업들의 핀테크 비즈니스에 참여를 독려하기 위하여 개방형 핀테크 플랫폼의 정보보호 지침이 마련되었으며, 이를 기반으로 국제표준이 ITU-T SG17에서 승인되었다.

  • 인터넷 기술의 발전과 개인용 컴퓨터 성능의 향상 그리고 모바일 폰의 일상 생활화로 우리생활의 많은 부분이 변화하고 있다. 예전에는 상상으로만 가능했던 온라인 게임, 가상 쇼핑몰, 모바일 영상과 광고 등이 핸드폰 등으로 짧은 여가 시간에 장소의 제약을 받지 않고 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 플래시는 캐릭터 다운로드 서비스가 주도해온 모바일 컨텐츠 시장의 선두 자리를 위협하고 있으며, 향후 매우 발전 할 수 있는 분야라고 할 수 있다. 플래시가 주목 받는 것은 많은 사용자들에게 접근 할 수 있는 다양한 분야가 많고, 미개척 시장으로 그 가능성이 충분하다는데 있고, 근래 들어 국내 모바일 폰이나 상업용 광고에 플래시 애니메이션이 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 따라서 게임, 애니메이션 관련 학과들이 수 없이 많이 생겨나고 있으나 아직 모바일 컨텐츠를 위한 게임, 애니메이션 모델이 없거나 있어도 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 점에 착안하여 학생들이 스스로 게임, 애니메이션 제작을 할 수 있는 모델을 설계하고 구현 하였다.

  • 1990년 중반 이후 외국계 기업과 국내 대기업의 적극적인 유통산업진출은 중소 소매업을 어렵게 하고 있다. 또한 대기업 편의점의 급속한 확장 역시 골목상권 환경을 열악하게 하여, 중소 소매업 점포수의 폐점을 가속화하고 있다. 2003년 중소 소매업의 경쟁력 강화 및 자생력을 확보하고자 정부는 중소유통공동도매물류센터(이하, 중소유통물류센터)를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경과 온라인 쇼핑의 급속한 발전 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 갈수록 점점 어려워지는 현상에서 중소유통물류센터의 역량강화를 위한 현상분석 및 문제점 도출을 통하여 경쟁력 강화 및 효율적 운영방안을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The domestic courier market, large and small companies working in more than 100 leading logistics service market is fully open. Year since 2001 has increased by 10%. 1.3 billion per year in 2011 saying the shipping box, and the market size is about 3 trillion won. Courier in 2012 with the growth of online shopping is expected to develop the industry further. However, these courier industry in appearance, but the consumer's personal growth and exposure, exploiting the fears of crime is high. In this paper, using DRM (Digital Rights Management) delivery method to implement information security system is proposed.

  • In order to come up with satisfying product and improvement, firms use traditional marketing research methods to obtain consumers' opinions and further try to reflect them. Recently, gathering data from consumer communication platforms like internet and SNS has become popular methods. Meanwhile, with the development of information technology, mobile companies are launching new digital products for children to protect them from harmful content and provide them with necessary functions and information. Among these digital products, Kids Phone, which is a wearable device with safe functions that enable parents to learn childern's location. Kids phone is relatively cheaper and simpler than smartphone but it is noted that there are several problems such as some useless functions and frequent breakdowns. This study analyzes the reviews of Kids phones from domestic mobile companies, identifies the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the products, proposes improvement methods strategies for devices and services through SNS consumer analysis. In order to do that customer review data from online shopping malls was gathered and was further analyzed through text mining methods such as TF/IDF, Sentiment Analysis, and network analysis. Customer review data was gathered through crawling Online shopping Mall and Naver Blog/$Caf\acute{e}$. Data analysis and visualization was done using 'R', 'Textom', and 'Python'. Such analysis allowed us to figure out main issues and recent trends regarding kids phones and to suggest possible service improvement strategies based on sentiment analysis.

  • During the past years private brand sales in supermarkets grew more rapidly then manufacturer brands. Store brand products account for more than one-fifth of total volume sales in the United States and are outpacing national brand growth. The most compelling reason for this increased presence in the market is their price differential with national brands. A general tendency of store brand sales in Korea also is on the increase over the years. On the other hand there is something yet to learn in the field of private label. The research has resulted in consumers changing their perception of store brand products from one of low quality to one of premium quality. Reduced price is not the only answer for store brand to be survive. The new marketing approach should include better packaging improved quality and specific advertising and promotional programs designed to increase customer awareness and sales of store brand products.
