국내에서 개발중인 항공기 지상이동유도 및 통제시스템(A-SMGCS)의 핵심 기능인 경로, 감시, 안내, 통제기능 중 통제기능은 충돌상황을 예측하고 관제사에게 이를 알려주어 충돌상황을 해결하는 매우 중요한 핵심기능이다. 본 연구에서는 A-SMGCS 충돌기능에 대해 소개하고 해외 검증사례를 분석하여 현재 개발중인 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 검증방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 항공기의 안전한 지상이동을 위하여 본 연구에서는 통제기능의 실제 운용시험평가를 하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

고주파화로 진행되고 있는 이동통신에서 사용주파수대가 고주파화로 향해감에 따라, 시스템은 소형화, 고기능화가 요구된다. 이러한 요구상황에 SAW 필터가 부응하기 위해서는 삽입손실 개선, Submicron 전극제작기술, 소형화를 위한 면실장기술 등이 앞으로 해결해 나아가야할 과제라고 생각된다. 이상으로 SAW 필터는 그 우수한 특성으로 앞으로 이동통신용 핵심부품으로 발전해 갈 것으로 생각된다. 이에 발맞추어 새로운 기술 향상과 신규시장에 대응하는 시기 적절한 상품화가 주된 관건이며, 국내업체는 위에 기술한 상황에 신속한 대응이 있어야만 세계 시장경쟁에서 살아남을 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

최근 GPS를 이용한 위치기반서비스(LBS)는 일상생활의 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 LBS 중에서도 가장 흔히 접할 수 있는 것이 차량 항법용 장치인 네비게이션이다. 초창기의 네비게이션이 단순히 목적지까지 가기 위한 가장 짧은 도로를 안내해 주는 것이 목적이었다면 최근에는 TPEG과 같은 실시간 교통 상황 안내, 이용자 선호도를 고려한 경로탐색, 에코 드라이빙과 같은 좀 더 높은 수준의 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 차량항법 시스템은 교통상황 안내 이외에는 현실적인 도로상황 반영이 어렵고 시간대별 통행량의 차이가 큰 국내 교통상황에 대한 고려가 미흡하다. 또한 교통정보 수집장치가 설치되지 않은 도로는 교통상황 안내마저도 제공되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 임베디드 DBMS를 이용하여 과거 통행이력정보를 저장하고 활용할 수 있도록 도로망 DB스키마를 정의하였다. 그리고 이를 탐색경로의 소요 시간 산출에 활용하여 실제적인 도로상황을 고려한 경로안내 방법을 제안한다. 실제주행이력은 네트워크 데이터의 링크단위로 관리되며 저장된 주행이력은 경로탐색에 필요한 정보인 진입시각, 진출시각, 요일, 통행횟수로 관리된다. 이렇게 단말기에 저장된 주행이력은 중앙DB를 통해 사용자간 공유가 가능하고 향후에는 실시간 동기화를 통해 더욱 신뢰도 높은 경로탐색에 활용될 수 있다.

Ubiquitous computing technologies become mature enough to be applied in acceptable ubiquitous services. In particular, in u-shopping area, personalized recommender systems which automatically collect the nomadic user-related context data and then provide them with products or shops in a flexible manner. However, legacy cooperative queries and context-aware queries so far do not come up with dynamically changing situations and ambiguous query commands, respectively. Hence, The purpose of this paper is to propose a personalized context-aware cooperative query that supports a multi-level data abstraction hierarchy and conceptual distance metric among node instances, while considering the user's context data. To show the feasibility of the methodology proposed in this paper, we have implemented a prototype system, CACO, in the area of site search in a large-scale shopping mall.

There are many different types of risk capital competing for deals in the korean entrepreneurial capital market. In the past, even though korean private venture capitalists did not have their distinctive competitive advantages, due to government support and subsidies, they could be survived in the market. However, the government controlled area has changed to a market driven area which emphasizes market forces and competition rather than support and protection. In order to be competitive, Korean private venture capital firms need to recruit high calibre professionals and build required financial skills for wise entrepreneurial investments. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationships among firm characteristics, human resources, and investment strategies of korean venture capital firms. We can find that the asset size of venture capital firms has a positive effect on the size of their human resources. However, we can not find any relationship between firm characteristics and investment strategies of venture capitals. Even though we find some evidences among some variables, we need to interpret the results very carefully. Further research would be needed to carried out to clarify the disputable interpretations and our understanding of this area.

This research tries to present the role of Jung, which is well known as Koreans' traditional emotional attachment in service recovery process. Prior research on the service recovery have focused on relationship among perceived justice, recovery satisfaction and forgiveness. Especially perceived justice including distributive, procedural, and interactional justice has addressed as most important antecedents of recovery satisfaction. Although the pivotal role of emotional factors for successful service recovery has agreed by many researchers, relatively little attention has been paid to this issue. During the service recovery process, even if customer perceived recovery effort from service provider as justice one, they might feel displeasure or dissatisfaction. It means prior researches have underestimated the importance of emotional aspect, especially for Korean perspectives. In this study, we examined customer reactions to service failure and recovery process in restaurant service settings. Specifically, we focused on the moderating effect of 'Jung' on the paths between perceived justice and outcome variables such as forgiveness and recovery satisfaction.

In the 2007 recommendation, the ICRP evolves from the previous process-based system of practices and intervention to the system based on the characteristics of radiation exposure situation. In addition, ICRP recommends the application of source-related dose constraints under the planned exposure situation as a tool for the optimization of protection to workers and the member of public. In this study, the analysis of radioactive effluents from Korean nuclear power plants and the public dose assessment were conducted in reference with the use of dose constraints. Finally, the measure to implement the dose constraints for the member of public was suggested taking into account multi-unit reactors operating at a single site in Korea.

최근 들어 미국, 유럽, 인도 등과의 FTA체결 등을 통해서 대한민국의 경제시장이 날로 증가해가고 있으며, 이제 해외와의 협력은 우리에게 선택이 아닌 필수가 되어가고 있다. 얼마 전 한 신문에 국내기업과 일본기업의 경쟁력을 비교하는 흥미로운 기사가 소개되었다. 이 신문에서는 국내기업들이 한정된 내수시장을 극복하기 위해 해외로 적극적으로 진출하였기 때문에 우수한 경쟁력을 확보하였으며, 반면 일본기업의 경우 안정된 내수시장이 오히려 해외로 진출할 기회를 가로막아 스스로와 경쟁력을 감퇴시켰다고 분석하였다. 이러한 사례는 우리 대학들에 시사하는 바가 크다. 우리 대학들의 주요한 연구성과라 할 수 있는 논문의 경우 이공계를 보면 대다수의 논문이 이미 해외의 각종 유명 학술지에 게재되고 있다. 특히 우수한 연구성과의 산물이라 할 수 있는 SCI논문의 경우 2008년기준으로 경제규모에 걸맞은 세계 12위에 랭크되어 있다. 또한 특허의 경우 이미 세계 4위의 출원대국이다. 이러한 성과로 인하여 국제공개어에 한글이 채택되는 성과까지 거두고 있는 상황이다. 또한 MB정부가 들어서면서 매년 R&D연구비를 10%이상 증가시킬 계획에 있으며, 이러한 노력을 통해 연구성과물의 수준도 향상되어 SCIENCE, CELL, NATURE등의 저명학술지 게재가 늘고 있는 등 연구성과가 세계적인 수준으로 접근해가고 있다. 반면에 이러한 성과에도 불구하고 아직 대다수 대학들의 글로벌 산학협력은 미비한 수준이다. 교육분야에 대한 글로벌화는 최근 들어 많은 변화가 이루어지고 있지만, 산학협력부분에 대한 글로벌화는 활성화 되지 못한 것이 현실이다. 그러나 앞으로 해외와의 산학협력은 대학과 연구자에게 선택이 아닌 필수가 될 전망이다. 정부에서는 현재 국제협력 분야의 R&D연구비를 급증시키고 있으며, 우리나라의 기업이 해외로 활발하게 진출하는 상황에서 이제 연구수준도 국내가 아닌 해외에서도 인정받을 수 있는 수준을 요구 받고 있다. 이와 같이 급변하는 상황에서 이제 해외와의 산학협력은 대학과 연구자들에게 새로운 도전이며, 경쟁력을 업그레이드 할 수 있는 기회로 다가오고 있다. 이에 최근 한양대학교의 해외와 기술이전, 사업화, 공동연구, R&D센터유치와 관련된 산학협력 사례 소개를 통해 우리나라 대학의 산학협력을 업그레이드하는 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

2009년 기준으로 국내 전력회사에서 관리 운영하고 있는 전력량계는 약 1,800 여 만대로 이중 약 16만 여대의 고압용 전력량계는 전자식화를 완료하였고 기타 저압용 전력량계는 2015년 이내에 전자식화를 완료할 예정이다. 국내에 전자식 전력량계가 본격적으로 도입된 지 채 10여년이 되지 않은 상황에서 국내의 전력계량 기술분야는 단순한 전자식화의 틀을 벗어나 국가적 스마트그리드 사업의 추진과 연계하여 지능화된 스마트 전력계량시스템으로 급격하게 진보하고 있다. 본 논문 에서는 최근 사내 현안 연구과제로 수행된 '전자식 전력량계를 활용한 부가서비스 시행방안 연구'의 연구결과를 토대로 하여, 국외 주요국가의 차세대 전자식 전력량계 부가서비스 기술개발 추세를 조망하고 향후 국내환경에 적합한 차세대 스마트급 전력량계의 부가서비스 도출방안과 항목선정을 위한 평가 그리고 구체적 적용전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

우리나라의 가스소비량은 매년 크게 증가하고 있다. 본고에서는 국내에서 발생한 가스사고를 분석하고 배관건전성 평가방안 및 안전성 확보방안에 대하여 국내외 분석자료들을 정리하고 그 내용을 검토하였다. 국내 가스사고 자료는 배관손상뿐 아니라 각종가스 사고가 포함된 광범위한 데이터 자료이다. 국내 가스배관이 대부분 매설된 지 얼마안된 상태로서 손상사례가 드물어 매설배관에 대한 손상사례 자료의 체계적인 수집 및 분석이 아직 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 보에서 제시하는 데이터는 천연가스뿐 아니라 LPG나 일반가스까지 포함된 자료들로서 앞서 제시한 외국의 데이터와 직접적인 비교는 어려운 상황이다. 또한 가스배관 건전성 확보는 매우 중요한 사항이지만 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 국내에선 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 본보에서는 미국의 사례를 중심으로 배관 손상시 원인규명 방법과 손상 억제방안 및 배관손상 조기감지 체계 등에 관하여 설명하도록 한다.
