The purpose of this study is to analyze how the changes of evaluation standards have affected Korean medical researchers' academic performance by comparing the publication status of medical articles both domestically and abroad. A total of 314,559 domestic articles in KMbase and 53,423 articles stored in MEDLINE published abroad by Korean researchers were analyzed. All of the data were compared per year according to the research field and indexed journals by numbers and proportions of articles published domestically and abroad. The analysis showed that the number of total articles and the proportion of articles published abroad increased continuously. In the early 2000s, articles published in Korea decreased, otherwise articles published abroad increased sharply. SCI articles showed a steady increase before 2000, and continued to increase over the next few years. KCI articles also showed a rapid increase in the early 2000s while other articles were decreasing. Publication trends shown in this study were similar despite quantitative and timely differences by research area. Performance evaluations focusing on SCI articles affected on quantitative decrease in the number of total articles published domestically. Quantitative growth itself is not an absolute indicator for academic achievement. Therefore, to complement any evaluation of academic achievement, qualitative analysis needs to be done as well.

국내에 교통학이 도입된 지 20여년이 지나 어느정도의 학문적 성숙단계에 올라 있어서 국내 교통분야의 연구경향과 학문적 성과를 정립할 필요가 있지만, 아직까지 국내 교통연구의 체계적 정리나 분석이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교통관련 논문들을 비교분석함으로써 국내 교통연구분야의 연구경향과 추이를 분석하고, 장래의 학문적 연구방향을 고찰하였다. 교통학회지와 토목학회지, 국토도시계획학회지의 3개 학회지를 대상으로 비교분석한 결과, 이론적 논문이 증가하고 교수와 연구원 중심으로 연구가 진행되고 있다는 결론을 도출하였고, 실무자를 위한 실증적 연구분야의 계획 필요성이 요구된다.

최근 학술정보서비스는 논문의 메타정보 중심에서 논문 원문의 전문정보(Full-text)로 구축 및 서비스 범위가 확장되고 있다. 학술지 논문의 전문정보를 기술하기 위해 해외출판사들을 중심으로 다양한 XML 양식이 개발되었으나, 2012년에 국제표준으로 제정된 JATS(Journal article tag suite)가 국내에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 국내 과학기술분야 정보서비스의 대표기관인 KISTI는 2014년부터 JATS 기반으로 학술논문 XML을 구축하여 서비스하고 있다. 아울러 KISTI는 2007년부터 국내 학술논문의 국제적 유통 활성화를 위하여 논문에 DOI를 부여하고 CrossRef에 기탁해오고 있다. 향후, KISTI가 주관하는 Korea DOI Center를 통해 논문 DOI 뿐만 아니라 논문의 비텍스트(표, 그림)정보까지 모두 DOI를 부여하고 서비스에 반영할 계획이다. 이를 위해, 현재까지 구축된 JATS XML에 대한 구성요소를 분석하고 비텍스트정보의 DOI 등록방법 및 활용방안에 대해 살펴본다.

KSCD(Korea Science Citation Database)를 기반으로 국내 과학학술지 논문에 대한 인용색인을 구축하였으나, 국내 학술지에 대한 인용현황만으로는 연구자들이 원하는 자신들의 논문의 인용현황을 포괄적으로 알기 어려우므로 해외 인용현황을 알기 원하는 요구에 부응하기 위해, WOS의 API를 활용한 인용현황 서비스를 구현하였다. 이에 기반하여 그 결과에 대한 데이터 분석을 수행하고 국내연구자의 SCI 전체 논문 분석결과와 비교하였다.

This paper aims to identify trends of domestic industry-academic cooperation through comparative analysis of domestic and overseas academic articles published over the past 10 years (2011-2021). To this end, keyword network analysis and topic modeling analysis were performed to identify the characteristics of the entire articles collected. As results, it turned out that domestic articles included school, employment, education, patent, and professor as a major keyword while for overseas articles, project, policy, innovation, and company were the main topics, and related keywords were found to be influential. These results suggest that domestic industry-academic cooperation would have been designed and led by universities focusing on education for employment, and need to be carried out more actively in the areas of 'research' and 'technology transfer with the government's related policies and support on establishing two-way relationships that can benefit both schools and participating companies.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 연구지원기관에서 기구축한 연구과제 데이타베이스 기술요소를 분석하여 CERIF(Common European Research Information Format)를 준용한 국내 연구과제정보 교환을 위한 데이타 포맷(KRIF)을 정의하였다. KRIF에서는 국내에 기구축된 연구과제정보 기술항목의 특성을 고려하여 CERIF를 확장 적용하였으며, 각 엔티티에 로컬정의 필드를 두어 교환이 불필요한 데이타요소를 로컬이 재량껏 정의할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 국내에 기구축된 이형의 연구정보를 단일 창구고 검색할 수 있는 국내통합연구현황정보 데이타베이스 구축 모형을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 공학교육과정에 기술사업화 교육이 본격적으로 도입되고 있는 최근 추세 하에 국내 공학교육 환경을 고려한 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 본 논문은 문헌연구를 통해 국내 공학교육 과정에서 전개되고 있는 기술사업화 교육의 주요 이슈들에 대해 진단하고 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템의 구축 방향을 분석하였다. 둘째, 본 논문은 문헌연구와 해외사례연구를 통해 공학교육과정에서 도입해야 하는 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 정의하였다. 셋째, 본 논문은 국내 공학과정에 이미 도입된 기술사업화 교육시스템과 효과적인 기술사업화 교육 시스템 모델간의 비교연구를 통해 현재 국내 공학교육에서 이루어지고 있는 국내 기술사업화 교육시스템의 문제점을 진단하고 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This paper summarizes on the state-of-the-art research on the reinforced concrete (RC) walls for evaluating and predicting the performance of RC walls analytically and experimentally. A brief discussion of the research trends is presented to propose the further research direction of RC walls. In the paper, 102 papers published on the ACI, Engineering Structure, KCI journal, and AIK journal are collected and reviewed.

국내 전자학술지에서 현재 논문 보조자료를 제공하고 있는 학술지는 총 1640종 중 52종이며, 학문 분야별로는 의약학 분야가 35종(21.6%), 자연과학 분야가 12종(12.8%), 공학 4종(2%) 순으로 나타났다. 보조자료 보유 종수의 대부분을 차지하는 의약학 분야, 특히 Synapse에서 서비스되고 있는 논문 보조자료 최근 5년간 현황을 살펴보면, 총 41종의 학술지, 총 109건의 논문에서 논문 보조자료를 보유하고 있었다. 보조자료의 자료 유형은 pdf 형식이 59%로 절반 이상을 차지하고 있었고, 이어서 동영상 파일 유형이 28%를 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구는 국내 전자학술지 현황을 조사 분석한 기초 연구이다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 국내 전자학술지 논문 보조자료를 원활하게 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 방안 모색이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.
