국과연 종합시험단은 지난해 12월 국가정밀기술진흥대회 계량.측정기 개발 부문에서 "정방향 스텝 동압력 교정장치 개발"로 최고의 상인 우수상(국무총리상)을 수상하였다. 국가 정밀기술진흥대회의 목적은 산업의 고도화에 기반이 되는 정밀측정 기술의 개발을 촉진시키고 정밀측정 능력을 향상시켜 산업의 품질 경쟁력을 높이며 새로운 계략측정기의 개발의욕을 고취시켜 계측기기의 대외 수입 의존도를 낮추어 가는데 있다. 1971년 제1회 대회가 시작된이래 지금까지 31회째 정밀기술대회가 개최되었다. 본 대회는 국가차원에서 실시되는 기술올림픽에 해당하는 권위와 역사를 가지는 대회로 산업자원부, 중소기업청 및 한국경제신문사가 후원하고, 한국계량측정협회가 매년 주최하고 있다.

The competitiveness of the domestic construction industry is faced with a serious crisis due to the decrease of domestic demands, and is below par with that of developed countries as well as of competing nations. There is a pressing need for a way to overcome this problem and restore competitiveness of the domestic construction industry. Therefore, this research, through real case studies, suggested a method of evaluating construction performance, which eliminates waste factors in each construction phase and maximizes cost saving effects.

한국 IT아웃소싱서비스 산업이 안고있는 문제의 근원은 아웃소싱서비스 산업구조에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 이러한 산업구조의 문제가 서비스의 질적인 문제, 방법론의 정교화 문제, 계약의 문제 나아가서는 한국 소프트웨어 산업의 경쟁력 약화에 관한 모든 문제를 잉태하고 있다. 한국 IT아웃소싱 산업구조의 특이성을 무시한 IT아웃소싱의 문제나 문제의 증후군을 대상으로 한 연구나 정책적 해결책을 제시하는 것은 대증적 치료방법에 불과하며 한국 아웃소싱 산업의 경쟁력 확보 전략에 미미한 공헌을 할뿐이다. 우리가 미국이나 여타 국가의 아웃소싱 사례를 한국의 상황에 투영하여 이를 치유의 방안으로 제시하는 어리석음을 벗어나야 하는 이유가 여기에 있는 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 이와 같은 한국 정보기술 아웃소싱 산업의 근원적 문제구조를 제시하고 이것이 의미하는 IT아웃소싱 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다.

우리나라의 스포츠 산업 관련 분석은 그동안 영리 차원의 마케팅을 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 하지만 스포츠에 있어 핵심 요소는 경기력과 보급에 있고 이 기반 없이는 스포츠 산업의 확장도 기대할 수 없다. 최근 스포츠는 올림픽과 월드컵 등 메가스포츠 이벤트의 규모와 중요성이 더욱 커졌고, 각 스포츠의 국가별 경쟁도 갈수록 치열해지는 양상이다. 국가단위의 스포츠산업 활성화는 세계화를 통한 이러한 국제단위의 경쟁에서의 우위가 필수적이고 각국의 스포츠협회가 그 역할을 수행해야 한다. 따라서 스포츠산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 그 종목 스포츠협회의 외부 환경 분석이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 스포츠 협회중 가장 큰 조직인 대한축구협회에 대해 산업분석을 시행하여 외부환경에 대응하는 대한축구협회의 역량을 효과적으로 강화시킬 수 있는 경영전략를 제시하고자 한다.

정보화 시대로써 정보의 가치가 높아지면서 이를 불법적으로 취득하려는 공격에 대응하고자 정보보호에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 정보보호 기술 중 공개키 기반구조의 암호시스템을 사용하는데 필요한 모든 서비스를 안전하게 제공할 수 있도록 하기위한 인프라를 Public Key Infrastructure 라고(이하 PKI) 한다. 이러한 PKI는 정부나 다수 기업의 공동 연합체에서 주도적인 역할을 수행해야 의미가 있다고 볼 수 있는데, 이미 선진 각국에서는 PKI 개발 및 구축 노력을 하고 있으며 이는 21세기 새로운 국가 경쟁력으로서의 중요성이 인식되어 있는 상태다. 결국 PKI를 통한 정보보호 문제의 해결은 한 차원 높은 전자 경제 활성화의 경쟁력을 갖는 주요 포인트라고 할 수 있겠고, 범 국가 적인 PKI의 구축은 세계화의 경제를 이끌 수 있는 전자 경제의 중요한 기반 기술로서 그 영향력이 매우 크다고 할 수 있으므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 PKI의 국내 구축현황 및 기술에 대하여 살펴본다.

This study evaluates industrial competitiveness of 34 industries in the 41 countries in terms of several trade indices such as value-added RCA(VRCA) and value added intra-industry trade(VIIT). Conclusions are as follows: First, China is still showing week evidence to replace or overtake Korea in terms of VRCA. Second, it is not supportive of the assertion that the gap between Japan and South Korea had widened in the 1995-2011 period. Third, Korea's exports pattern in the manufacturing sector has shifted from the one featured by developing countries(re-exportation of final goods produced using imported intermediate inputs) to that of the developed (exportation of intermediate goods). According to dynamic panel analysis regressing the RCA gap on the IIT gap, intermediate-goods RCA and the market share gap, the estimated coefficient of the gap between value-added IIT and gross IIT is 0.253 and statistically significant at the 2% level. This implies that increases in IIT or intermediate-goods trade to sustain the global competitiveness are the main reasons for the gap between value-added RCA and gross RCA.

This paper estimated the technical specialization of UAV system by analyzing related patents. For that, variable indicators such as patent numbers regarding country, subsystem technic, periods and revealed number of patents are used in this paper. RPA and PII index are also used to estimate technical specialization of the coutry. Positive RPA value means superior competitiveness, and vice versa. PII means the quality of the patent. PII value more than 1 means that the quality of the patent is better than others, Otherwise the quality of the patent is worse. This paper estimated the specialization of technologies among countries using above two index.
